Hippychic79 · 11/04/2017 12:55

So we are rolling on to thread #five –
We are not giving up, our PMA is still alive.

Put pure and simply,
We want to have babies,
God, please help everyone of these lovely ladies.

We support each other,
We are funny and kind,
And we will not be giving up,
Until we see that thick BFP line.

magpie I have no words and I'm sure us telling you that we're so so so sorry is of absolutely very little comfort. But in true Pma style I wholeheartedly support the pampering and the fact that you can take some comfort in knowing that your body can do this, this just wasn't THE month, but it is one month closer xxxx big big big hugs xxxxx

Lol @Archies he's probably forgotten about you already and having a great time with whoever is looking after him- he'll have them round his little finger and have a long weekend of being spoilt no doubt! Grin This might be your last as I imagine it will be a bit different when there are 2 dc in the mix! ;) xo

ArchiesMamaBird · 29/04/2017 08:59

Thanks Moo! At the airport now but suffering majorly with separation anxiety from DS 🙈 I'll be fine once I'm there, and he was happily waving us off this morning but I just hate being away from him so much.

Magpie I am so, so sorry. Sending so much love your way 💕

youngmummy3105 · 29/04/2017 08:42

Thank you Rose. I will make sure I do that! X

Anna2006 · 29/04/2017 08:37

MissMagpie I'm so very sorry Hun 😔😔😔 what bitter disappointment. Take comfort in that you can fall like you said. And fx them Doreen's will meet your egg again soon. Utter utter shit. 💐

Havibg a gathering today for coffe & cake morning so that's my PMA for today.

Xxx

Moo31 · 29/04/2017 08:34

@Anna it only takes one wee doreen so don't be defeated. Also no symptoms is "the symptom" for some people so it isn't a sign you're out either! Stay positive and I have my fx for you! Smile

Moo31 · 29/04/2017 08:31

@Magpie I'm so sorry Flowers some me time will be good for you. Thinking of you.

@Hippy haha robbing at 5am! Can you come to my house and clean after you've done yours?

@Amanda sounds like Peggy has / will imminently make an appearance!

@young - welcome! I second what @rose said about ic opks, you Def need to do more than 1 a day to make sure you catch your peak.

Happy bank holiday weekend! Hope everyone has nice plans :)

@Archies enjoy Barca! I love love love Barca! Grin

MissMagpie · 29/04/2017 08:16

It's all over ladies. Don't even need to test - full on bleeding. Oh well. At least I know now.

So hoping my body clears itself out and I can get back on it for cycle 11.

At least I have learnt that I can still get pregnant which is a crumb of comfort. Opening the prosecco later and going for a massage as need a bit of pampering.

Hippychic79 · 29/04/2017 07:09

*meant going to bed at 5am .... not sure why it changed that to robbed ... just to clarify I've never gone robbing at 5am 😂😂

Morning ladies :))

magpie praying hard for a positive result for you. Come on mini magpie bean xxx

rose I lurk on other threads but have never thought to nose in the ante natal threads :)

amanda love the fact that like me you've reported lying there straight after dtd .... #girlgang #alwayssharing

Well I'm 6dpo today and with my cheapie hpt tests upstairs... and with silly Ovia emailing me telling me I can test ... I'm not gonna lie ... I'm very very tempted. Having had acupuncture last night as usual it sent me off to sleep at 9:30pm #rocknrolllifestyle ... so I've been up since 5am cleaning #sayagainrocknrolllife :)) long gone are the days when I was going robbed at 5am!!! Oh well ... remind me not to complain when I'm up this early with my little bundle of joy :))

I am CD17 and I swear I have HUNNERS a of CM - feels like iv peed myself honestly
Lol and also quite a lot of left pain. Anyway DTD now just lying in bed now moving 😂

Didn't buy anymore CD ovulation kits as I am trying so hard to just relax this cycle. God knows what's happening 😭

Roseandbee · 28/04/2017 22:18

crossing everything for you Missmagpie, they do say some women don't suspect they are pregnant because they still have what they think is a light period. Hopefully this is whats happening. I think if you continue to be unsure whats going on the doctors can do a blood test to see how much your HCG levels are rising. Sending lots of PMA your way x

Moo thanks for sharing the pic, how amazing!, i sometimes lurk in the ante-natal threads just to have a nose at people progress so its great having all our graduates around updating us on whats to come

Welcome young I use the cheap opks, my one bit of advice with them is when your very near mid cycle test more than once a day. I usually get my positive in the afternoon, so the morning one is negative and if you didnt test till the next morning and waited to dtd that evening, you may miss your window. You may see the lines getting darker and darker as you get closer to you peak so you will know to test more. GL x

CakesALot · 28/04/2017 20:28

@MissMagpie so sorry you're stuck in this limbo hun. Def keep testing and see what happens. Hopefully it'll keep getting stronger. Pregnancy hormones have a habit of sticking around for a while but hopefully you're so early on that you'll get clear answers either way. Really hoping it's just some random bleeds. They do happen! Xx

Hippychic79 · 28/04/2017 20:23

Hope you had a nice evening at the theatre patience xxx

dolly same as you - just chillaxing my way through the weekend and trying hard to keep my mind off 2ww. I've deleted the Ovia app cuz it was getting my fertile dates mixed up and for that it got a de lete ... but Ovia hasn't got the hint and is emailing me telling me I can do a pg test already ... at 5dpo .... got a feeling frer or cb run Ovia :))) lol anyway the point is I'll be trying hard to keep busy and not test 😂😂

young acupuncture is a traditional Chinese healing practice.... and is great for regulating your menstrual cycle and reducing pms symptoms .... I have it weekly

Magpie, so sorry for this rollercoaster. As if ttc wasn't bad enough! I agree that taking a new test and see if it's stronger is the only way to go. There really isn't much you can do at this point anyway. But completely understand how rubbish it must feel. Fx for you!

Young my cycles are of similar length as yours. I use both ic and clearblue opks and test in the morning with CB and afternoon with ic. What I like about the CB I have is that they also tell me when the surge of estrogen is taking place, and this is a couple of days before ov. Very convenient when cycle length changes from month to month I find. But try the ic first, and likely you will not need to buy the ridiculously expensive cb ones.

Thanks for the positivity last night ladies. I needed a reminder of Pma. Great to have a cycle buddy sarah, although I suspect that I will fall behind you with my annoyingly late ov (cd 25 this cycle, argh!!).

youngmummy3105 · 28/04/2017 19:59

What is acupuncture archies sorry if I'm being dumb lol x

Dollydaydream2829 · 28/04/2017 19:58

Awch magpie - what a worrying & frustrating time for you! If only you could know either way what's happening! Try and keep as positive as you can and hopefully the test will read positive and your bleeding will stop! In the meantime, dig into a tub of ice cream tonight!

Hi youngmummy - i used the cheapie OPKs! First cycle I used them, I convinced myself I didn't get a positive as I think they can be easily missed if you're not quite sure what you're looking for but second month, I defo had my positive. I started using them about CD10 as I usually ovulated around day 14. On about late day 12/start of day 13, the line would start to darken/appear and I would POAS 3 times a day just to make sure I caught the true positive (where line is as dark or darker than control line) and took it from there! Good luck!

Have a great time in Barca archies - I'm so jealous!! Bring back some sunshine.... #itsbaltichere

No concrete plans yet hippy - just finished a 7 day shift stretch so I'm pretty knackered and looking forward to a relaxing weekend of some sort! I don't even get the bank holiday as I start nightshift but I intend to enjoy the next couple days! What have you planned?

Anna2006 · 28/04/2017 19:56

So sorry missmagpie. I think best bet would be test tomorrow morning with FMU. Use a FRER again if poss and assess the line. Ie. Is there still a line and if so is it darker than the one you took few days ago. It should be shade darker.

That best advise I can give you on. I'm praying for you there is gonna be a bolder darker line on there and it's naughty IB. You are a strong women though an will deal with whatever that test shows you 😘😘

I had a baby bomb today but DH best friend. Very happy for them. But gutted for us.

7DPO today. But I feel nothing. Yet again like every other cycle deff don't feel pregnant. Few days to go as yet tho... we only DTD once close to ov so hoping it was a goodun!

Hippychic79 · 28/04/2017 19:53

You're welcome young 😊 I think time does go slow when your ttc xxx

OP posts:
ArchiesMamaBird · 28/04/2017 19:39

Young my cycles were like yours and it was so annoying that I had to wait an extra week more than everyone else to OV. But I've been having acupuncture for the last month and for the first time in 10 months I OV early on day 15 Smile

ArchiesMamaBird · 28/04/2017 19:38

Oh Magpie, it must be awful for you being in this limbo. I have everything crossed for you that this is just an annoying IB and that your little bean is hanging in there Flowers

Hippychic79 · 28/04/2017 19:36

Hi magpie I have been keeping everything crossed for you ... I'm sorry I have no advice. Good luck with testing in the morning, please keep us updated xxx

OP posts:
MissMagpie · 28/04/2017 19:29

An update from me...
Had hardly any bleeding yday but this morning wiped bright red blood. Have had a bit of bleeding today. Have still only slightly bled on one towel but that was bright red. I have definitely not had the amount of bleeding I get with a normal period. No way near.

Might test in the morning to see if it's gone.

Anyone who has any advice on what I shod.do or expect, it's most welcome.

youngmummy3105 · 28/04/2017 19:24

Thank you hippy I will do! I wish my cycles were shorter though because it just drags!! Xx
