KR24 I had cramped no yesterday, and dull achy feeling in my lower abdomen and ovaries today. Feel bloated and like it's pulling. This time in my cycle I normally have nothing so and crossing my fingers and toes!

Flossylolly85 · 11/04/2017 15:28

Hi ladies,

Mind if I join in too, I'm 10dpo and going crazy! Pretty sure af is going to show up as usual tomorrow (will be cd28) as have all the normal signs. Have managed to put off testing yet, which is a first! If no af going to wait until saturday which will be 14dpo as DH works away and not back till then.

Wantingbabywilliams1 · 11/04/2017 15:13

@Downbutnotyetout I choose not to drink or as little as possibleduring the 2ww, which is extremely hard as we go to the pub once a week with my DHs family! I know they are on the look out for "pregnancy signs" from me so it's very awkward haha.

In terms of keeping busy I started listening to audio books (audible free trial) to keep my brain occupied when no one is about!

KR24 · 11/04/2017 15:12

Thanks @Hotpinkangel ! Gives me a little bit of hope x

Hotpinkangel19 · 11/04/2017 15:09

@KR24 I've had 3 children and only had implantation bleeding once. I wouldn't worry about that xx

KR24 · 11/04/2017 15:01

EROg84 11dpo as well today !! And had a few different things but wouldn't say too much different from AF although was up town today and kept commenting on certain smells that then turned out no one else could smell, probably my mind doing overtime though lol. Do you have any ? I've not had any spotting either which is assosciated with implantation which is a bit of a downer have you had this ?

ERog84 · 11/04/2017 13:22

KR24** I'm 11dpo today! It's driving me mad, have you had any symptoms that you don't usually get?

Busymee · 11/04/2017 13:01

For those who want to track and keep logs of info I have the maya app on my phone it's pretty good for that, shows a monthly calendar of your cycle and updates you daily on what your body is doing it's quite good, you can make notes on each day x

Hopelessworrier84 · 11/04/2017 12:50

DappledThings this is definitely a work of art! I'm very jealous and going to start one immediately. Thank you ever so much for sharing xx

Downbutnotyetout · 11/04/2017 12:44

Hello all, I am doing 2ww as well and I hate it! We are cycle 2 of actively ttc no 3. I have a 3.4 yo and lost a baby (sadly we had to time) last Oct. I got pregnant pretty easially last 2 times but after what happened I am putting a lot of pressure on myself to be pregnant ASAP. I am super overweight and older now, I seem to be ovulating early-ish which isn't ideal. I don't feel pregnant yet but still hopeful. Will be testing in 8 or 9 days. Any suggestions for distractions on my 2 hour round trip commute (rather than obsessively googling early pregnancy symptoms) would be most welcome...

Mostly am planning what I will do differently next month to help me manage the possible disappointment.

Also do you all go alcohol free during tww? I have dinner plans with colleagues tomorrow night and not sure if I can / should drink.

Hotpinkangel19 · 11/04/2017 12:18

What CD did everyone ovulate on? X

DappledThings · 11/04/2017 11:20

Hopeless so you asked about my spreadsheet. It's a work of art! Has one sheet which is a list of every day, CM, results of OPKs and pregnancy tests from 25/04/14 to July 16 when I had 12 week scan with DS. Then sheet 2 has a table which shows average cycle length plus average time of first seeing EWCM over both times of trying. Did I mention I was a touch obsessive?! Never attached a pic before, will see if this works

Finally got positive opks Sunday and Monday so tww officially starts today!!

DappledThings · 11/04/2017 09:25

Mammabear sorry for BFN. But you're not out for his month I don't think.

I had various appts in 2014/15. All a bit vague really. I saw an endocrinologist who said I was fine, a fertility specialist who just told me to have more sex (err, thanks) and then the Assisted Conception Unit which said we needed IVF. Then I was pregnant and found out a week before first IVF appt. My issue was that it took about 18 months to get depo fully out of my system and I don't think I was ovulating at all all that time but all the specialists didn't listen to me saying that. Hope you have a better experience.

Mammabear31 · 11/04/2017 07:59

Thabks ickle. BFN this morning, how wonderful.

I tried talking to my best friend about it last night and she just kept going on that I shouldn't be testing and that I should wait until AF is late. She totally does not get it (And I don't hold it against her, she's not been through any of this so if course she won't get it at all) but it makes it hard to talk to her, or anyone really.

Has anyone been to a fertility specialist yet? Waiting on an appointment with the hospital and have no idea what to expect.

Wantingbabywilliams1 · 11/04/2017 07:46

Hi guys, I'm new to mumsnet but this 2ww is driving me insane. So I'm hoping I can join in??
Ttc #1
Pcos but acupuncture is helping!
Age 26
Dpo 7

I'm also a teacher so being alone during the day (as DH is at work) this week is killing me, I'm my own worst enemy 🙈

Busymee · 10/04/2017 22:42

Has anyone had any experience of cassinovum PT's £4.50 for a pack of 5 on Amazon? Reviews look quite good x

Icklepickle101 · 10/04/2017 21:16

Mama I so get it. DS was conceived by accident from 1 day of dtd, I never thought we'd be at cycle 12 for dc2 and couldn't even comprehend the heartache of long term ttc, the disappointment on bfns and every period it seems less and less likely. fingers crossed you get good news but 10dpo is still early!!

DappledThings · 10/04/2017 21:04

Hopeless I'm 37 now

Mammabear31 · 10/04/2017 20:31

Hi op - saw your name and wondered if I'd started a thread and not realised! Smile

Cycle 14, just been referred to fertility clinix and waiting for an appointment.
9dpo, AF due Thursday. Testing tomorrow with a frer. Desperately need to talk to others who "get" this situation.

Hopelessworrier84 · 10/04/2017 20:26

DappledThings how old are you? I'm 32, nearing 33 and hoping it doesn't take us that long. Two years sounds like a lot of frustrating 2wws!

KR24 · 10/04/2017 20:04

Thanks for clearing that up chaotickate our bodies can be so cruel to us ! Anyone else due to test this week at all ?

DappledThings · 10/04/2017 20:03

Could do tomorrow, it's on work PC!

First BFPs were both at 25 days but my cycles were a bit shorter then. Took 2 years for DS but was because I was coming off Depo. Really hoping for a lot less this time

Busymee · 10/04/2017 20:01

I'm new to all of the Mumsnet chat, is there a way of tagging a fellow poster or can you only type and make it bold manually ? I have the app x

Busymee · 10/04/2017 19:58

We love Broadchurch can't wait for that later!
Will give 13 reasons a go as I have Netflix - Thanks 👍🏽
