Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

Mine dropped again the a few days after implantation dangle and then rose again! Fingers crossed for you!!

No there isn't so I'm finding this thread really interesting. I'm probably clutching at straws but worked 10 hours yesterday and same again today and don't wear my Fitbit on my wrist while I'm here (have it in pocket) so hoping that's why my Hr has dropped but I doubt it 😂

Yeah it may just be a little early to pick anything up yet if you implanted later. But your heart rate does look positive, a lot more positive than mine that's for sure 😂x

Based on dates and CM, I think the 13th. Had a few crampy/bloated days last week but that seems to have gone now.

I got a negative today but know it is still early, I was impatient and none the wiser really!

I don't know if it's good to look for positive signs or not?

When is your bfn/af due dangle? We are not out till then!! Fx!

This is v interesting for me. I said I wouldn't temp to not get too crazy obsessive but have now been keeps my a keen eye on my HR. Due on between 27th and 30th. What do you think?

I also expect them to date me at 7 weeks not 7+3 at my early scan on the 4th May. I will keep you posted.

It's so interesting isn't it Boggle. Your chart follows very similar patterns to mine. By looking at your chart I would say you ovulated then too, and going by when you said your period was I think you ovulated on Cd 17, I'd be interested to see do they date you 3 days less than your lmp date!!

The dip just before the 31st march I think was ovulation.

Hi Emma, I had what I thought was implantation bleeding for a few days around where that first dip is, just before the 8th. I thought it was AF coming early!!

Here's a chart I got off the Internet of someone who was pregnant, that's where I got the bit about the dip for implantation. Fingers crossed!!

I thought that emma about the layout, I tried to change it but there's no option too, hard trying to sus out a pattern when you've got nothing else to refer to. Aww I hope your right! X

I don't really know about the temping one but you know what when I study your chart more you have had a 3bpm drop which I had on dpo 7 which I took as implantation. Maybe that's what it is?! Keep an eye on it! Hopefully it starts to go up again tomorrow. Yours is laid out differently to mine so it looks like a bigger drop when it's not really

Thanks for keeping us posted boggle :) congrats too!! I think I'm out again this month looking at mine. Shame there's not much more on the internet about it but that would prob make me even more of a crazy researcher 😂 x

Hi ladies, been keeping an eye on this thread and just wanted to put my fit bit graph out there as I'm 5+5 today. Heart rate has been elevated for a fair amount of time so it really does work!
