Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

Oh wow. I did think wether my cycle was effecting the change but I'm not sure. I can see it dips and rises but I'm not sure if it coincides with anything.

@juneybean bfn this morning at 9dpo.... on a frer though.... hr stayed the same.... if no rise tomo I fear I'm out.

At the moment I'm just using the cheapie strips that came with my opks.

This is my 8th cycle but TTC #1

I've already tested twice as I thought I was further along but I fiddled with my chart today and now I'm 9dpo. I'll try again tomorrow!!

Well I'm fairly sure, had some cramping and got positives on OPKs but then again I suppose that doesn't mean anything. AF is due Tuesday/Wednesday so I guess it's the waiting game. X

Mmmm have you looked at other charts? Here is mine..... I think I ovulated between 2-4th June..... not sure when I would have implanted cause there isn't a noticeable dip apart of 1 here n there! Are you sure you have ovulated??

I'm starting to look at heart rate during my cycle. What do you think of my chart? I think I ovulated on 7/8 which would correspond with the spike but now has dropped....not looking hopeful is it? 😢

My HR seems to rise after ovulation unfortunately. I don't know if I'll ovulate Tuesday or Friday as the last few months it's been day 12 or 15! Nightmare!

When are you due to ovulate?? Are you able to notice in last months when you ovulated?? My hr is just continually raising now......

CD8 and my heart rate has been quite low lately so that's weird! Just a waiting game until Monday when my fertile week will start!
