@EdmundCleverClogs fingers crossed for you! But that definitely looks like positive. Do it with FMU tomorrow. I think I will do another POAS tomorrow as well cause I still can't believe it and nervous on how this will go after the previous ones

EdmundCleverClogs · 05/04/2017 17:30

Well I messaged my partner, who's come home with half of Superdrug (bless him). Then said 'go on then', like I have a magic bladder that can fill on request (not so bless him). Anyway, hopefully will have a clear answer in the next couple of days!

Emma2803 · 05/04/2017 11:13

Oh @Edmund I can see a line too as well as a smudge!! Fingers crossed for Friday!!
Glad you feeling a bit better @mrsb87!! Though definitely rest, just leave the cleaning!!

Bisquick · 05/04/2017 10:45

What's everyone doing to keep themselves busy and distracted? It's way too early for me to even think about POAS yet - still only 5dpo so too early for implantation even.
Going to a yoga class in the afternoon.

That looks very promising @EdmundCleverClogs - fingers crossed for you!!

mrsb87 · 05/04/2017 10:25

Friday isn't far away edmund, it would be lovely to start your week off together with a bfp.
Yea she is an angel, luckily ds absolutely adores her and her ds!

EdmundCleverClogs · 05/04/2017 09:42

I know, it's sort-of positive, sort-of flooded. Earliest I can test now is Friday unless I ask my partner to get me one. I don't want to get his hopes up without reason though! He's off work next week, so would be a nice surprise to start the week if positive. Sorry about my fluffy comfy trousers in that picture btw, didn't realise how bobbly they've become Blush.

Mimilicious013 · 05/04/2017 09:37

Bless your friend @mrsb , she's heaven sent. Rest up dear

Oh edmund that's so annoying! Definitely get a super drug testing for tomorrow. What happened to that test?!

Mimilicious013 · 05/04/2017 09:35

Ohh @edmund !!! I can see a second line and l can also see a smudge. I'm getting excited for you because chances are it's a positive Grin.take another test please.
Well done @emma keep up with the dtd hun.

Thanks mimi, getting there with feeling better. An excellent friend from church has taken the toddler this morning and yesterday morning so I can rest up (clean!). I guess being ill is stopping me from symptom spotting! Small mercies I guess.

EdmundCleverClogs · 05/04/2017 09:08

As can be seen, a bit of a dud. Oh well, still only 10 dpo, so really overly keen! Not usually one to manically test, but I don't usually have many pms symptoms. I'm thinking either I'm pregnant or about to have a 'bad' (v heavy and crampy) period.

Emma2803 · 05/04/2017 09:07

@mimi no positive opk for me yet! Hopefully today, I'm keeping testing and dtd!! Lol

cottoncandee · 05/04/2017 08:55

@Mimilicious013 had slight nausea in the morning and in the middle of the night. But almost no spotting now, just barely there when I wiped, no cramps but boobs are tender.
@EdmundCleverClogs did you take photo of the test? My symptoms are bit of nausea and I feel tired easier in the afternoon apart from the IB. And last night I weeped like a baby while watching Finding Dory. Try FRER or Superdrug, they should be better cause they have less chance of evap line compared to CB. Fingers crossed for you :)

YouBoggleMyMind · 05/04/2017 08:55

7dpo and progesterone blood test done. Still brown discharge and a bit crampy. Making me nervous now.

EdmundCleverClogs · 05/04/2017 08:15

Morning Mimi! I did another test this morning, but still haven't learned my lesson about Poundland cheapies. They never give a clear result for me - been spending the last twenty minutes debating whether I can see a line under the plastic or not (whilst intermittently throwing toast in the toddler's direction). Going into town tomorrow, so will buy a Superdrug test I think.

What symptoms do you have? I had a sore lower back yesterday, but it could well be an old injury flaring up again.

Mimilicious013 · 05/04/2017 06:51

How are you feeling today @cotton ?have you calculated your edd yet?

Time is definitely moving slowly. I am imagining symptoms already. I have a lot of creamy cm . could it be a sign Wink ?

Thank you @huffleclaw , fingers crossed to everyone else who is going to test.

I don't mind having Christmas baby but my DH initially did not really want a Christmas (or almost Christmas) baby but yeah, beggars don't get to choose.

Mimilicious013 · 04/04/2017 20:13

I agree with you all. Beggars can't be choosers. I am happy with a Christmas baby .

Anyone testing tomorrow. Good luck

Brilliant line cotton! Looks really clear. Congratulations!!! Great start to the thread to have two BFPs so quickly...hopefully lots more to follow soon!

I wasn't sure about a Christmas baby but will probably work well with school terms and organising maternity leave so fingers crossed it happens this month.

It seems at the moment like everyone around me is getting pregnant their first month of trying so getting a bit fed up.

MummyBearToOne1988 · 04/04/2017 16:33

Yes I'm exactly the same as you lot, beggars can't be choosers... and I did think about a big summer party for the little one to break the year up. Besides the bonus is the 3rd trimester would be in the colder months

Emma2803 · 04/04/2017 16:27

I would love a Christmas baby too!! Mine and hubby birthdays are two weeks either side of Christmas and just occurred to me he takes off work two weeks after Christmas (self employed) so would actually get to be home with baby as he had to go back straight away after ds

mrsb87 · 04/04/2017 16:18

I'd love a Christmas baby! Everyone is always in a good mood, family are usually around and my husband is quieter work wise over the winter. All good things imo Smile

Emzsta · 04/04/2017 16:12

My wedding anniversary is 24th December. Xmas day after..New Years few days after & Husbands birthday is 10 days after that. Ideally I would've wanted a bit of a break (future wise) from the celebrations, presents etc and not have it so busy and close together.

But hey beggars can't be choosers! I would be absolutely overwhelmed with joy to even have the blessing to fall pregnant.. we so badly want to be parents.
Husband said he would love it as it's a perfect anniversary & birthday gift for him.
Not sure exactly how I feel. Who knows.. I might end up absolutely loving it if it happens. Life has crazy surprises Xx

EdmundCleverClogs · 04/04/2017 16:04

Yeah, it's not absolutely ideal but I'd rather have a Christmas baby than no baby. Have been trying since last summer, so just a result would be nice.

If I could choose a month to have the baby in, it would be July - it would help in terms of not being pregnant over a hot summer, my partner would have a lot of time off to help, and it's a nice balance between a birthday and the expense of Christmas!
