Thread 6 already. We are a bunch of ladies who are either

  • humping (TTC)
  • by humping yet (waiting to TTC)
  • humped (preggers)

And everything in between!

We've had 7 BFPs in three months and we love a bit of lucky lube and a squinter on 9DPO - come and join the madness!

So glad to hear everyone is safe and sound. Horrible and frightening.

Buzz I love your hen do reveal! What a great idea Smile send us a picture when you get one!

Thanks to everyone for the ideas on my unwelcome friend. I will definitely be doing all I can. AB arrived today so feeling very angry at my vagina in general. (Although can't blame it for the AB, it has no reason not to so far!)

Tigger I think that sounds like a great plan! Baby Tigger will be a lovely age and hopefully not too much on the move! Maybe a bit of bum shuffling but not walking?! How about Italy? Me and DP went there a few years ago and it was wonderful for Air B&B. We stayed wth lots of lovely families but also got some beautiful hotels for parts too. I would recommend hiring a car and driving through Tuscany.

Seven0fNine · 22/03/2017 18:26

Shit glad you're all OK xx
Welcome nature
busy day here. Had to drive an hour to pick dh up then stuck in traffic on way back. New car isn't going to work out I don't think as insurance will be too much and dh is pretty stressed out about it all. But it's so nice to have him home and he has the doctors in a bit so hopefully he can chat and work through some stress with her as she's lovely xxx getting a pizza and beer after and hopefully dtd tho no sign of ov yet (may have missed it).

Yay new thread!!

NaturWilde · 22/03/2017 17:44

Hope all Londoners ok.

Thanks @HeyJupiter (cool user name!).

Period due a week yesterday, so 6 days...I may use an IC Friday morning! And a proper test on Sunday - I bought a few Sainsbury's tests last time I was in the uk.

HeyJupiter · 22/03/2017 17:39

Are all our Londoners okay? So sad. Just got home to the news :( No wonder you are all feeling so wobbly on the tube etc. Sending lots of love Flowers

Thank you for the lovely new thread parnsips

Tigger DH and I got married in October and went to Crete on honeymoon. Was still really warm but end of tourist season so got amazing deal on beautiful villa with heated pool. Stayed there for a week for around £900 with flights included for both. We were by the beach too and away from big cities but hired a car so went on little trips. Perfect for us - isolated but good amenities.

Hi Nature and welcome! Have you got a testing date in mind? That all sounds very promising.

Penguin27 · 22/03/2017 17:27

I'm ok Smile I don't work close to the scene, but in a high-risk area so we were on lockdown in our office! Feel quite nervous on the way home though.

MrsC2017 · 22/03/2017 16:47

NaturWilde · 22/03/2017 16:44

Thanks all!

DD is 5 and this will be my first with new partner, so all new to him!

Chatting to a friend today who had fertility issues for years - preseed, baby aspirin and eating liver were the recommendations!

HbH04 · 22/03/2017 16:38

Hope the central Londoners are safe and sound x

Welcome Wilde

Penguin27 · 22/03/2017 16:10

Hi Wilde!

I think you should go for it red, it doesn't hurt to practice your interview skills even if you don't accept the job if you're offered it.

MrsC2017 · 22/03/2017 15:45

She just text it was called the sani resort, she said they have lots going on for kids and have childminders etc if you want an evening out!

MrsC2017 · 22/03/2017 15:40

Tigger my friend went to some fancy pants resort in Greece with her just 1 year old a couple of years ago for honeymoon , it was all geared up for child friendly and they had like baby swim in the pool and lots of stuff, I text her for the name so ill try get it for you! She's a posh friend so it could have been super expensive but it's your honeymoon so a bit of luxury is nice!! 10months is a good age, most vaccinations are done at that stage and they are more robust!
Hi wilde!

Tigger83 · 22/03/2017 15:28

The plan is to get married sept next year (to give me a few month to try and shift the baby weight!!!) so baby tigger will be around 10months!

buzzmoon · 22/03/2017 15:09

Ah how old is your #1 wild?

buzzmoon · 22/03/2017 15:09

If you get SMP in your current role, you'd be alright in the next one? Fingers crossed for the interview! 🤞🏽

Welcome wilde!!

NaturWilde · 22/03/2017 15:07

Cycle 1 (though have been relaxed with contraception last 4 months!) TTC#2. Am 38.

buzzmoon · 22/03/2017 15:03

Oh tigger 🙋🏽 what a fab idea! We haven't booked anything yet so I was thinking a nice spa break straight after the wedding and then wait till after to do something. How old do you guys think would be a good age to take Keith?

HbH04 · 22/03/2017 14:29

Wooooo shiny new thread!! Thanks Parsnips

Oooh Tigger what month & how old will baby tigger be at honeymoon time?!

Redpony1 · 22/03/2017 14:20

Welcome Wilde! What cycle you on?

Tigger I'm not holiday expert either... only been on a proper holiday once!! Blush

Dancing Yeh i was thinking about maybe using it as a bargaining tool, my new manager wants me to do some new projects so i think it might be time! We only get bog standard SMP here anyway Sad

NaturWilde · 22/03/2017 14:14

May I join? 9dpo, had spotting yesterday! Think I've sore boobs too. Did lots to try and help (aspirin, seven seas, EPO etc). Didn't try preseeed but will do so if this isn't my month...
