Thread 6 already. We are a bunch of ladies who are either

  • humping (TTC)
  • by humping yet (waiting to TTC)
  • humped (preggers)

And everything in between!

We've had 7 BFPs in three months and we love a bit of lucky lube and a squinter on 9DPO - come and join the madness!

Jupiter I've heard the weeks indicator can be really hit and miss. Don't want you to be worrying!! Glad it sounds like you're chilling out, definitely important!

Seven0fNine · 26/03/2017 16:31

mummy I love the car and that you keep popping in.

Tigger that's so cute!

No ttc gossip here cd25 but no idea of I ovulated or not so no idea where I am up to really.
Finally got dh insured on his dad's car so he's gonna be commuting this week which will be exhausting but less stressful than staying away for him (and me!)

Back onto my diet starting with tonight's meal. Planned my weeks dinners and done shopping so hopefully will loose a few more pounds this week.

Off to mow the grass now! 😁

HeyJupiter · 26/03/2017 16:28

I know you're right seven, it's for reassurance but actually may cause unnecessary stress... will think on it :) thank you x

Seven0fNine · 26/03/2017 16:26

Jupiter if you already have one in then go for it. If not then I would use the money and buy yourself something nice instead. You are preggers and taking a digital may just cause unnecessary worry and stress. says the one most likely to poas every 2 secs once she gets a bfp

HeyJupiter · 26/03/2017 14:41

Hb Hope the lunch is going well! :) Those superdrug tests look shocking, googled them and they have loads of bad reviews. FRER is the way forward.

Dancing so glad the midwife appointment went well. It’s really nice that you’ll get to meet the team beforehand too. Got to love the NHS.

Wilde yay it must all be starting to feel more real.

Hi mummy, lovely to hear from you. Love the car!! And the flowers in your garden :)

Penguin you never know lovely, roll on the next few days..

How are you feeling MrsC is the nausea getting any better?

Tigger that is so sweet of your DH. Happy Mother’s Day to you too.

All fine here, feeling exhausted (although probably more to do with my cold than pregnancy) so knitting booties for my now-overdue niece/nephew and watching trashy TV. Going to sit in the sunshine in a bit and read my book. Still lots of cramping and bloating but am getting used to that now.

I’m tempted to do a CB digital this week with the ‘weeks indicator’ thing as should be at 3+ now (am 5+1 today) but don’t want to freak myself out if comes back with lower weeks. What do you all think?

Tigger83 · 26/03/2017 13:38

I got my first Mother's Day card (well mummy to be card) my oh is so cute. I'm really lucky. My bloating is still there however just looked in the mirror and for the first time in my life I have a truly amazing rack lol!! So you win some you loose some! Happy Mother's Day to you lovely ladies xxx

TheGrumpySquirrel · 26/03/2017 13:28

Same here penguin I don't feel pregnant at all and just about to kick off a very boozy Mother's Day lunch 🥂 I will be good now and try to not test till Friday I think! Otherwise I'll go mad squinting!

Mummy congrats on the new car it looks great! I still haven't decided what to get. Welcome back Flowers

Hb you are keeping us all in suspense!

DancingUnicorn · 26/03/2017 13:24

Love the car mummy! Hope you are having a more relaxing time of things atm!

My midwife (I should se mostly the same one and meet the whole team in case mine is busy when I'm in labour!) is lovely!! Appointment took about an hour and I didn't faint when she took my blood! :) Win!

Hope everyone is having a lovely day and has the same glorious sunshine we have here!

buzzmoon · 26/03/2017 11:26

Love the car mummy! How exciting!! Nice to see you and glad that you are well! 😘

MrsC2017 · 26/03/2017 11:13

hb how annoying, and you've been so patient!!
mummy welcome back, I think you are having the right idea this cycle! Love the car!!

Mummyme87 · 26/03/2017 11:00

Yes wilde definitely stop by end of first trimester. Don't continue unless advised to for other reasons, and certainly avoid in 3rd trimester as close to delivery

NaturWilde · 26/03/2017 10:58

Mummyme87 lovely car and such beautiful flowers!

I took baby aspirin from ovulation and til now - heard to keep taking it until first trimester, last trimester...unsure but I think I'll keep going to 6-7 weeks (once placenta kicks into action).

In bed, DD and DP at the shops treating me to breakfast...!

Penguin27 · 26/03/2017 10:38

Morning all! Happy Mother's Day to all the yummy mummys!!

Sorry for not checking in yesterday, was at a family thing pretty much all day (got fairly drunkConfused) and it will be the same again today (with less alcohol!)

Loving the car mummy!! Glad to hear you're doing well Smile

Congratulations Wilde, you're definitely preggo so you can stop peeing on sticks! Wink

Thanks for thinking of me grumpy! I'm totally devoid of all symptoms except cramping and just don't "feel" pregnant so I'm not hopeful for my testing next week... good thing is though it stops me from wanting to POAS every day! I should definitely make more of an effort to drink less though, I'll be better!! How are you feeling today lovely?

And how are all our lovely preggos?

Mummyme87 · 26/03/2017 09:53

Morning ladies 😊 Just a check in.
Congrats wilde lovely news

We got our new car yesterday. Love it!!
I'm CD8 today, started on the CB OPK yesterday and have started DTD today. I'm not obsessing over it at all this month, what will be will be. My AF is due 14th April, if it arrives I'll be kept busy as travelling to Newcastle for Easter that day followed by NY the week after. However I have added aspirin in to my daily vitamins as Its supposed to increase the uterine lining which increases chance of conceiving and reduces miscarriage risk.

Enjoy the weather!!

That's so cute buzz !

Sainsburys own are blue dye wilde

JB1983 · 26/03/2017 09:46

I've seen people recommending Superdrug tests before but will definitely steer clear now.
Yeah Jupiter I love my job, just not the weekend or night shifts.

buzzmoon · 26/03/2017 09:40

Oh hb!! I want to drive and bring you a frer!! 😂😂

NaturWilde · 26/03/2017 09:24

Congratulations on your Masters JB!!

So frustrating Hb!! Rotten luck that they would both be faulty?! How many dpo/days late are you now?

Definite progression so I'm slowly starting to believe it! I'll text again Tuesday, when AB was due....I've 4 Sainsbury's own tests. Are they Blue or Pink dye? Are they any good?

Will test every few days to see if lines get darker. Only for the next week or so. Then that's it!

Doc at 5/6 weeks, I've the registration form for the hospital printed and filled out, all ready!

HbH · 26/03/2017 09:15

I'm up to my elbows in filo pastry😂

Will have to try and get to the shops later!!

They're superdrug early detection!! Steer clear, there was another thread on here about them doing dodgy things!!

HeyJupiter · 26/03/2017 09:02

How interesting!! Do you enjoy it? We'll be coming to you with any questions about blood work :)

JB1983 · 26/03/2017 08:52

No I'm a biomedical scientist, so I work in hospital lab and test all the samples.

HeyJupiter · 26/03/2017 08:50

Ohhh what do you do JB? Midwife?

HeyJupiter · 26/03/2017 08:49

Hb when will your 12 lunch guests appear? They'll have to wait whilst you find yourself anothe hpt!

JB1983 · 26/03/2017 08:49

It's ok it's my job, haha

HeyJupiter · 26/03/2017 08:42

Oh and thanks for the blood test info JB :)
