My announcements went well today, we gave them 'granny to-be' cards with our due date on the inside. Both mums were in shock at first as nobody knew we were trying, but they were both so excited. My mum has gone into super protective mode ALREADY! It was lovely to see their excitement actually and it's even more difficult to try and not get too carried away until our scan. But for now, we're in a bubble! Hope yours went well too moo

Thanks everyone. Feeling a bit more rational now after a day with friends and kids. My DS was entertaining everyone and being completely hilarious. It makes me realise how much I have now to be thankful for. AF won't get me down. This just wasn't my month. It soon will be.

@Magpie sorry about AF. I'm also 11DPO and POAS this morning to a BFN 😢. I expect AF will rock up tomorrow or Tuesday as my luteal phase has been a little shorter since DD. Anyway #PMA - I'm not totally out yet, but if I am, this must be one cycle closer to my BFP....

aw @MissMagpie sorry to hear AF arrived and on such a horrible day. she's a bitchy mcbitchface! remember we're in the #girlgang and you have all our support. my PMA took a dock when she checked in at Bellas B&B so i had to remind myself she's an essential part of my TTC process, albeit we're looking forward to her fucking off for 9 months! throat punch a pillow, cry, scream, let it all out as being internally mad can bring you down. once it's all out maybe try writing 5 things you are grateful for, which is difficult on cd1, but give it a go, hopefully by the time you get to no5 you'll be able to smile xx

Magpie sorry to hear about AF #throatpunchthatbitch but cycle 10 is here! It's a fresh try and an extra chance at meeting your perfect baby. There may be some unknown (for now) reason to as why baby is waiting til cycle 10 to meet you. For example, they could be a scientist discovering the cure for a horrid disease but only have funding 20 years and 9 months from now!
Your time will come, good things come to those who wait.

Happy Mother's Day, all! We are supposed to be going out but my family member is in hospital with suspected kindey problems so I think I'm just going to take my mum and Nan their daffodils to their respective houses!

Evening ladies!! Loving the spring vibes going on. Sunshine brings so much posivtity. Had a lush day in the sun today. Soaking up that vitamin d! Saw my friends delicious newborn. Spent ages gazing at her and attempting to send a signal to my Peggy stash that this is the end goal and to have a word with any Doreen's they meet!

@Sophsta good skills not delivering the throat punch! My DH doesn't like to know when I'm testing, he can't handle the suspense! He wouldn't dare interfere. That,and I do my test shopping on amazon!

@Dollydaydream2829 puking on the bus! Eek! I did it once in the car and carried around some sandwich bags with me after that, just in case!! That's pretty gross when I think about it!!

Lol well done sophsta!! It's difficult to restrain yourself sometimes, I just tell mine to wait till he's asleep and I'm gonna put spiders on him!! I find the fear in his mind outweighs a throat punch!! 😂 Xx

Just quickly dropping in - was stood by the FRER tests in asda and DH told me to 'be patient'. Managed to avoid a throat punch but only just.
