Temp/temping- is taking you basal body temperature each more when you first wake up and a change in temp can tell you about your cycle..I THINK! I'm sure someone can inform you better than me, Would you normally class spotting as day 1?
I've never had spotting before which is pretty annoying its always just full blown so i dont get much warning 😣
Is it too late for implantation bleeds? X

I used to have pre-cycle spotting but didn't count it as CD1. But yours may well be. Temping was the only way I could tell...

Well i dont know if I'll be trying next month as i think i need to have my mmr re-done. Im going to try and get an appointment at the doctor's tomorrow. I was supposed to have it after dd was born but forgot ans just remembered today! 😣 goodluck to you though Smile im hoping the non ttc period after the vac's is 1 month and not 3 because i really want to be atleast 12 week before i go holiday.. otherwise i will have to wait until sept to start ttc..booooo

@BlueSpottyTiger a little yeh. I'm not sure when to test again with AF with been due Friday just gone. Every time I go to the toilet I check but there's nothing there at all not even any spotting, I don't have a clue what's going on xx

@BlueSpottyTiger I've only ever been constipated when been pregnant with my 3 kids 😞. I really don't know what's going on with my body at all it's never been late before it's driving me crazy xx

saz oh no can't you take anything herbal to help? Never actually ever had that problem myself, i dont know what to recommend 🤔 I've accepted im not pg and just thinking af hasnt arrived due to breastfeeding messing up my normally VERY regular cycles... just strange it happens the one cycle i start ttc again.

Snap I'm waiting till monday-Tuesday I was due yesterday. The only problem I'm having is I'm really constipated (sorry tmi) iv not Been in 3 days 😞 I can go everyday xx
