Tested again this morning and still negative (which is fine). Actually used two tests as tried the new ones and then used a clear blue as didn't trust the new ones. It took ages for the test to start working and then the window completely smudged so I didn't really trust it.

Anyways 'tis grand - I'll get my answer either way by this time next week hopefully and am fairly relaxed either way. If not this month we won't resume again until April as my parents are staying with us for the duration of FW this month so we won't be DTD. What will be will be I guess. I'd just like to know!

So CD10 today. I have a new box of CB OPK so started them last night after my failed one yesterday. Got a negative as first day thenagain today, not FMU and got a static smiley face 🤔 I normally ovulate CD10.. what the hell am I getting a peak fertility face on CD10 for? I normally don't get one until CD13..... I did an IC OPK last night and was negative.. just checked the actual cB stick and looks positive. We dtd this morning but first time this FW due to tiredness etc. I'm scared we have fucked it up this month

Wiggleyfingers · 04/03/2017 08:24

Aww grumpy my heart goes out to you!! It must be horrible to be in complete limbo. Do you have nice weekend plans? I think you're doing the right thing by taking a break for a couple of days. Distract and be kind to yourself!

Thanks for the list again seven! What would we do without you?!

Dancing well done with not retesting! It must be so hard, especially with changing symptoms. How is the nausea now? Was it someone on here that said there's a link between women who get easily travel sick go on to get horrendous nausea in pregnancy? Hope that's not too, I'll be a nightmare!

Buzz a bottomless prosecco lunch sounds lovely, I'd like to do that for my hen do. DM and DMIL won't be coming to the boozy weekend away so trying to find something little bit classier for them to join in with!

Great work on the new thread parsnips, are you testing again this morning?

TheGrumpySquirrel · 04/03/2017 08:07

Thank you all for the support. I know that line was pink and I have all the symptoms so I think it's either a chemical that hasn't implanted properly in which case I should get AF eventually, or it's like seven suggested - the same as my previous pregnancy with my DD where I got BFNs for ages.

AllTheGlitters · 04/03/2017 08:02

Thanks all for the reassurance, I haven't slept much since getting the BFP and think I was just feeling a little anxious, I need to let it go, and I think Grumpy is right, checked the sensitivity and they are not as sensitive as the strips!

Grumpy so so sorry to hear about your lines :( Flowers what an up and down 2WW it's been for you. I think it's most sensible to give yourself a break and relax, then see what comes of it Cake Wine Bear

How are the other upduffed ladies feeling this weekend? Grin I'm just waiting for the symptoms to drop kick me into bed, wonder how long it will take this time!

Noo mimi I'm so sorry, It's so hard to keep track of everyone!!
I'll add you on now!

Dancing I think that is the best thing to do. I'm sure it will all get easier all of this worrying stuff (probably when the child is 21...)

Grumpy you poor thing. It must be the same as before. You know you are pregnant but the stupid tests don't work. Aren't there some people that get negative tests until they're like 3 months gone or something crazy!

DancingUnicorn · 04/03/2017 07:04

Urgh grumpy! You're really being put through it this month. If you can take your mind off it for a couple of days maybe you will get your answer, but I know it's really hard, especially after the colour on the frer!! Sending ☕️ and 💐

Glitters try not to worry about the colour, a line is a line. And urine can be different levels of concentrate! And different brand! So many reasons. It's so hard to not worry though. 💐

Since I saw the word pregnant on a digital, I haven't let myself test again. Have been tempted, but I think I feel better for not. It's hard though as every change/new symptom/disappearing symptom is terrifying.

Buzz enjoy the bottomless brunch. I could not cope with that, I'm such a lightweight! And there's next week for more amazing weight loss skills!!

Mimilicious013 · 04/03/2017 05:45

Thanks for the new thread parsnips
Sorry to hear you are worried glitters but here is hoping all is well .
Sending you hugs grumpy , it must be super frustrating to be in limbo. Everything crossed for a clearer bfp in a few days.
seven you absolutely left me out (hope mother nature doesn't too)mimi, age 36,cycle 22,bfp due 8march Grin
Amazing weight loss buzz well done

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 04/03/2017 04:58

Awk grumpy. Here's hoping that your strong lines are only a few days away at most. How annoying. It's an expensive little habit!

Glitters I agree with Grumpy. The tests all vary so line fluctuations are normal. Don't worry.

OP posts:
HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 04/03/2017 04:56

They're called preg n care early result tests. But I think they are only 20ml sensitive so not expecting much. At least it's pink dye. There are only two choices here. That one or clear blue. No consumer choice whatsoever!

Bottomless prosecco lunch sounds amazing! We are going for a lovely roast today!

OP posts:
TheGrumpySquirrel · 04/03/2017 04:50

Oh and glitter if it was a different brand you can't compare the lines! Midstream would show fainter too I think

TheGrumpySquirrel · 04/03/2017 04:49

Hi guys. Well the line just now on the FRER was the same or actually even less obvious than the one from Thursday night, which definitely had pink colour. It's not even worth posting a photo Sad feeling really fed up so going to take a break from obsessing for a few days and maybe test again in a week if AF doesn't show. I know I didn't imagine that pink! FFS. I was so sure.

Sorry to hear you are worried glitter I think MrsC had the same thing and the next test was darker again so I think levels can vary.

AllTheGlitters · 04/03/2017 03:11

Ergh. Lovely DP went out this evening to go get me more tests because I was worried the one good positive wasn't enough! Only the co-op was open, and they only did these cheap midstream tests called Acutest. Did one straight away as I couldn't wait and the line is a lot fainter than the strong one I got yesterday Confused Have scared myself by Googling and now feel anxious something is going to go wrong :(

Seven0fNine · 03/03/2017 23:53

Phew. I made it just onto the first page with the list!

A bottomless prosecco lunch sounds fabulous buzz I wouldn't mind one of those. Looking forward to your tipsy posts tomorrow afternoon! You can do it with the wedding dress, you've done brilliantly well so far!

Hope your OK MrsC we are totally here for you to moan at. That's alot of stress especially for a newly bfped girl and I hope you are relaxing now xx

I got Tetly decaf teabags the other day and they're not as bad as I thought they'd be. And we aren't a Tetly household either but they didn't have PG tips..

Whoever said on the last thread they were off for newborn snuggles tomorrow. I'm well jealous, they're the best! Enjoy xx

buzzmoon · 03/03/2017 23:29

hb thanks! I've still got more to go because my dress was bought too small yes! 😱 so it does up but is a proper squeeze! About an inch around my waist and should be okay but I'm shitting myself that it's not going to fit!!

A M A Z I N G weightloss buzz Did you buy a smaller size wedding dress in anticipation, or major alterations?!

buzzmoon · 03/03/2017 22:08

Awh mrs sorry you're feeling shit. Hot water bottle and duvet sounds perfect I think. Got any chocolate?
Thank you! I've been shit this week and going for a bottomless prosecco brunch tomorrow! So excited but deffo not going to have lost this week!!

So excited for your frer in the morning grumpy!

confusedat23 · 03/03/2017 21:26

Tigger can you taste the difference? I'm on PG Tips decaf atm as its the nicest tasting by far...

I had my B12 injection today and everyone at the doctors was really excited about the pregnancy (i have the same nurse who has kept me alive for the last 5 years)... when i walked in she said she lined up my meningitis vaccine for this time but i was all like nuhuh i'm with child now Wink... so shes going to trade it for a whooping cough one in 14 weeks time! Lol

What is the brand name Parsnips?

Grumpy you should get a better line in the morning but don't trust the ICs! They are so crap its amazing how they can sell them as 10mlu!

Happy hump week Mummy how annoying the CB OPK mucked up though as it stays on the screen for 48 hours!!

Mrs do you have a hot water bottle? I know its not the same but i used to be someone who laid in the bath for 3 hours with it scorching hot... and having a hot water bottle and snuggle under the duvet is a good substitue!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 03/03/2017 21:26

Aww MrsC that sounds really tough! Can you snuggle up with a hot water bottle?

MrsC2017 · 03/03/2017 21:24

Also forgot to add buzz u win the baby challengers slimmer of the year, u go girl, that's super impressive!

MrsC2017 · 03/03/2017 21:23

Also feel like vomming since 4pm, I know I shouldn't moan so sorry for bringing down the positive tone Sad

MrsC2017 · 03/03/2017 21:17

Well done parsnips can't believe how fast we plowed through that last one! I hope them pink dye tests are ok!!
grumpy I think u are as well off to wait til morning, fresh day, fresh wee, fresh frer, fresh BFP!
Fx for fertile week mummy!
laura I would kill for a hot bath right now. I've had a shit evening, my back is in agony and my neck (which is nothing new but normally helped by a soak and glass of sodding sauvignon), people in work were dicks today and it's pissing down and I mean pissing down, so much so that my wipers have broke and now I have to fork out 500 quid for new wiper linkage or some shit!Angry

Tigger83 · 03/03/2017 20:57

Well done parsnips mines a disgusting decaf Wink
