I'll probably test again in the morning Jupiter. Another negative today but I don't think the tests are that sensitive and I only have the rubbish floody ones left. It does say they are effective from up to four days before AF so theoretically I'm in the timeframe. But anyway.

I feel a bit sick today but that is probably more to do with hectic workload. Still have really tingly boobs but could easily be PMS so I'm not counting my chickens just yet.

Might nip to pharmacy on way home to replenish stocks.

(Or you're nearly back in the 2ww mummy anyway)

HeyJupiter · 06/03/2017 14:10

Thanks Penguin, totally agree need to give myself a reality check :) It's so sad and so unfair but IVF is still an option so fingers crossed.

When are you testing again parnsips? Hope your day improves!

mummy that all sounds very hopeful, I get all those symptoms when I'm ovulating. Can't believe we're both back in the 2ww either, definitely not using Ovia so much this month..

Mummyme87 · 06/03/2017 13:38

You will be a fabulous mummy confused I do understand those feelings though, along with other things about coping, money etc.

I wonder if my ovaries are trying to pop an egg out. Low pelvic aching, right hip ache and lower back ache. Saying that, I do get a low pelvic ache after dtd when my cervix is open.

Can't believe I'm almost back in the TWW, but I'm not symptom spotting this time, Ovia is redundant this month

Penguin27 · 06/03/2017 13:38

Jupiter, your poor friend, what an upsetting situation for her! Flowers

You don't sound selfish at all... it's only natural to worry if you've had similar symptoms, although try to give yourself a reality check as it's very unlikely that you have the same thing!!

HeyJupiter · 06/03/2017 13:29

God my last post makes me sound selfish. Obviously my friend was my first thought!

Penguin27 · 06/03/2017 13:15

Oh Confused Flowers don't worry, I'm sure it's completely normal to be a bit overwhelmed right now! Just take care of yourself and try not to stress. I'm sure you'll be a wonderful mum.

My day is ok... just so bored at work! I said to my DH the other day that I just need to get pg already so I can go on mat leave and not have to put up with it any more haha!

HeyJupiter · 06/03/2017 13:12

Oh confused I'm so sorry that you are feeling sad. I think it's really natural to worry about those things and we all have hang ups (particularly where parents are concerned!) that we worry shape us too. I imagine between you and DH you will do a wonderful job but it's a learning curve as with most things Flowers My BFP due 16th (next thurs) but might test on 14th (12DPO) as it's my day off :)

Red you're so right! But it's so easy to obsess. Someone close to me was diagnosed with fluid in her fallopian tubes yesterday and will likely have to get them both removed :( So sad for her and I'm (I don't mean to make this all about me!!) worried now as she gets lots of watery cm and so do I. I know really irrational of me.. but this process doesn't do much to help and so easily to diagnose loads of fertility problems..

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 06/03/2017 13:01

Aww bless you confused. What set that off? I'm sure it's normal to have those kind of worries. You'll be a wonderful mother I'm sure. Also how you were parented is no indication of the type of parent you will be. We make our own choices.

How is everyone doing today? I am having a really stressy week. My boss is on hols and I am swamped with work. He's only been gone one day (nearly two thank god) and I am already struggling! Hurry up weekend!

Hey ladies sorry i have been quiet... had one of those evenings yesterday where i was crying because i'm convinced i am going to be a bad mother! (I have mummy issues) and DH bless him was trying to sort me out.

Agree with Dancing and Tigger I just feel really crap at this stage! Im guessing its hormones etc but all i can think about is i wish i was further along, i wish i hadn't swollen up already and i wish i had more money... i'm sure all very very normal but i'm trying to keep in mind how lucky i am to be pregnant whilst trying to forget the worry about actually being pregnant lol

Yay for +ve OPK Mummy almost TWW time for you!

Sorry your cycle is playing up Red but i guess all i can say is maybe carry on trying to opk so itsnot a wasted cycle? You might not get one anytime soon but at least you will know when you ov'd?

High five on the Corpus Luteum pain Jupiter I am thinking it's a very good sign!! When is BFP due?

Grumpy I used to suffer like that with AF the pain in the privates is the worst! Its like someone has kicked your foof lol

xlaura · 06/03/2017 12:00

Morning ladies! Had such a busy weekend..haven't dtd once this weekend. I woke up and my house looks like a bombs hit it..I've still got so much to sort out. And I currently have a new front door being fitted and plasterboarded and skimmed as we speak. I can't wait for the weekend to get painting the spare room 😂 I love decorating! Just so expensive to do it. My whole house is sikevr and grey and then I add colours with accessories because I get bored easily it doesn't cost that much to change it then! How's everybody doing today??

Redpony1 · 06/03/2017 11:46

Yes that's right Penguin, cycle 2! My first cycle off the pill was 65 days...
Cerelle & Cerezette are the same i think, i was on Cerezette and then Dr changed it to Cerelle Smile

I also have no idea how long my cycles were before birth control... (not sure it even returns to how it was anyway?)

Penguin27 · 06/03/2017 11:39

Red definitely try not to obsess over ttc, especially in the very early stages! It seems that you, grumpy and I are all in cycle 2 after coming off cerelle/cerazette (are they the same?) so are all learning the ups and downs of our natural cycles at the same time.

Redpony1 · 06/03/2017 11:04

Thanks Jupiter, i am just concerned it will become all consuming so soon. Stressing will just lower my chances of getting upduffed anyway, plus i have absolutely zero idea of how my cycles are or anything yet thanks to Cerelle! So, i am just going to chill out, track things on my app and go from there Smile

HeyJupiter · 06/03/2017 10:43

Red that sounds like a really healthy way to approach all of this :)

HeyJupiter · 06/03/2017 10:43

Tigger and Dancing sorry you're both feeling rotten.. am sure radiance is just around the corner!

mummyme so confusing about the CB OPKs! Maybe you had a surge then which didn't quite do the trick so now it's trying again. Am sure I've read that can happen?

seven hope you're feeling refreshed after your relaxing time last night. Still chance the light AF could be implantation?

4DPO here and trying not to symptom spot. Had lots of left ovarian pain last night - way too early for implantation so guess must be corpus luteum making progesterone? Or just trapped wind Grin

Redpony1 · 06/03/2017 09:33

Sorry about AF Grumpy Sad

Redpony1 · 06/03/2017 09:33

Morning ladies!

Waahhh you've all been so busy!

Welcome newbies Smile

I'm not tracking ovulation now, i am CD26 and all OPK's have been negative up to Friday. Decided i am not going to obsess over TTC right now. I aim to track the length of my cycle this month & next, then perhaps take it more seriously in May when i have lost more weight & have a better idea on what my cycles look like!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 06/03/2017 08:43

I forgot how horrible real AF is. What is the point of giving you an upset stomach as well eh? Cramps and backache and nausea and achy bits. Stupid nature.

TheGrumpySquirrel · 06/03/2017 08:33

Ahh mummy hope your back feels better soon! At least you've got some swimmers ready for your eggy!

Yes I was on Cerelle / cerazette too. Maybe it is the withdrawal from the fake progesterone/ getting used to natural progesterone that's caused the nausea. Squinters totally baffling me especially the pink ones on the IC I got the morning of AF! I don't trust them now - will not line hunt next month!

AF hit full flow by mid morning yesterday and I am still in a lot of pain. Hope it's like last month where I had only 2 days like this then 2 days of light flow no pain.

Happy Monday all...

Mummyme87 · 06/03/2017 08:08

Got my positive OPK this morning on CD12. Looks like I'm ovulating slightly earlier this cycle..

I've done my back on yesterday closing the boot on the car before work. My friend massaged it and it helped but then dtd last night appears to have properly broken it 🙈

grumpy sorry it looked like AF was on its way last night. What pill were you on previously? There is a thread in this topic with someone who has come off Cerelle and having similar symptoms to you.. dizziness, nausea etc. Doesn't account for the squinters though.

Morning all Smile

Sorry you both feel like you're looking shitty, tigger and dancing. Hopefully in a couple of weeks you'll both have that glow that you were expecting!

Cocktails30 · 06/03/2017 06:48

wiggley we know we could try but then there's a 50/50 chance any baby would have the gene so the risk is high.

How is it Monday 😭

Wiggleyfingers · 06/03/2017 06:25

Ohh Cocktails I can imagine it must be so frustrating! Do you have any sort of timeline for when you will find out if you can ttc naturally? It seems like it's always a waiting game for whatever stage we are all at!

Cocktails30 · 05/03/2017 22:52

Wish I could oils join you all in ttc 😞For what it's worth I've come on today. My cycles have no rhyme or reason! Range from 30 days to 45!

I've looked back and can't see wardrobes!
