Ooh wiggley how do you know you have a tilted uterus? Will it affect TTC in any way? Will you have yo do pillows under the bum?

Sorry for the questions! Im intriguedHmm

Wiggleyfingers · 09/03/2017 22:00

I agree! I also have a tilted uterus so that means more pressure on my bowel! Clearly going to poo myself in labourBlush---- I swear it all feels the same apart from ovulation pain. That one I know. Grin

HbH04 · 09/03/2017 21:56

Jupiter i thought i could feel Ov earlier but on second thoughts, it could well have just been wind 😂 Things are all a bit close together down there!

Penguin27 · 09/03/2017 21:54

Haha don't worry, I'm also useless at telling the difference between lady pains and wind!

DancingUnicorn · 09/03/2017 21:05

Jupiter I also cannot tell the difference between uterus and wind!

Orange she's so helpful...!

Lovely good luck with the opks. Hopefully time to ttc will come speedily!

HeyJupiter · 09/03/2017 20:55

It's so difficult to know orange, I keep getting all manner of pelvic twinges but on both sides. Swear it's actually wind but everyone else seems to know what's their uterus and what isn't apart from me :) is implantation most likely on day 9? Sure I read that somewhere. Roll on the weekend!

Have fun OPK-ing dinosaur !

orangefolly · 09/03/2017 20:45

Oh and good luck with the OPKs lovely!

orangefolly · 09/03/2017 20:44

Hey jupiter my cycle buddy I am good, how are you? Your comment about the DHs made me chuckle, bless the shower singing fools!
Evening everyone! This TTC lark is crazy isn't it. I felt a bit nauseous this evening and my first thought was 'yay! I feel sick!' I think it is a bit early to be a symptom. Ovia even helpfully told me 42% of women report nausea in luteal phase (her way of telling me not to get too excited) Blush

TheLovelyOtherDinosaur · 09/03/2017 20:02

Hi everyone, it's been a while since I popped in. Hope everyone's doing ok! I'm relieved to have my AF this week as those trying to conceive vits sent everything all to pot! I've ditched those and am just taking folic acid and vitamin D now. Going to start to use the OPK's this month and am going to wait until May now to start ttc due to my cycle mess up!!

HeyJupiter · 09/03/2017 20:01

Thanks MrsC , glitters and penguin, maybe I am next to test… orange might be joining me depending on how she is feeling I think. Felt more bloated this month that usual (can feel ovia getting excited) but that could just be what I’ve been eating. Ugh, no point symptom spotting… roll on Tuesday.

Oh confused your little dice! That’s so small but also a proper size that we can see and imagine which I find exciting.

Dancing enjoy the comfy bra! Nothing better.

Orange how are you cycle buddy?

DancingUnicorn · 09/03/2017 19:23

Feel like I have a pregnancy fail today. Went to buy a new bra, as it feels like my boobs are giant. Tried on the entire shops worth. Came away with one the exact same size I'm currently wearing!! Sigh. Oh well, at least it's crazy soft and lacking wires.

Hope everyone has had a nice day! Parsnips it's the weekend! :)

HbH04 · 09/03/2017 17:52

I'm the same penguin, wouldn't pick a December baby if i had the choice (May eould be preferable!!) but I'm not going to not try now I'm finally in the game!!

Hope I haven't jinxed it now Confused

Penguin27 · 09/03/2017 17:41

Glad you've not been feeling too bad MrsC
*
Grumpy* I'm in a similar boat that I'd prefer not to have a December baby... Mine's more to do with not being able to afford all the birthdays that time of year as it is on top of Christmas! But we're still going to actively try because we'd just have to make do... I can understand your concern about being off at the end of year appraisal time!

Jupiter 7dpo could be a little early for symptoms so don't pay too much attention to not feeling pregnant! Fx for Tuesday Grin

MrsC2017 · 09/03/2017 14:17

I'm much better today glitters panic over re work anyway! Other than that im ok, my main symptom is sore boobs, I'm a little bloated, slight nausea on and off and I'm hungry alot, other than that..... I Feel pretty normal! How about u? I just think I'll feel better when I get to 6 weeks only 4+5 now so I guess it still feels like it's not real

AllTheGlitters · 09/03/2017 13:23

AllTheGlitters · 09/03/2017 13:22

How are you feeling MrsC?

Jupiter so excited for you, honestly I didn't really feel any different, I had some mild nausea in the evenings that was just noticeable but that can happen for other reasons. I've had waaaay more convincing symptoms on cycles where we definitely weren't pregnant and weren't even trying! Don't be too disheartened by a BFN at 12dpo either, if that does happen :)

confused a dice, that's adorable _

MrsC2017 · 09/03/2017 12:22

Hi ladies!
jupiter I know so funny, mum works mainly with adults now but she did work with children previously! I think possibly u are next to test! Very exciting!!
wiggly ignore ovia, I would have missed FW if I listened to her, opks helped me work out mine but eod should catch it one way or another!
tiggergood luck with the scan lovely, very exciting and hopefully gives you great reassurance!
grumpy good luck with clear blue, hope u find it helpful!
confused a dice how cute!!

Redpony1 · 09/03/2017 11:48

Good luck in your scan Tigger Flowers

HeyJupiter · 09/03/2017 11:08

Wow MrsC that's such a coincidence! They might know each other.. although SALT is a massive field. My mum works with children. Good luck to your sister Hb, it's a lovely profession :)

Really hope the scan goes well Tigger, am sure it will. Then you can relax and enjoy. So happy for you. What an amazing journey ahead of you x

Wiggley I'd second the eod approach. I ovulated on CD12 last month and if I'd relied on Ovia would have missed the bulk of my fw. Good luck!

Yes who is texting next? I plan to next Tuesday.. eeek. Still feeling very unpregnant on 7DPO though :(

AllTheGlitters · 09/03/2017 09:50

Aw Tigger I wouldn't worry too much, I remember being exactly the same last time, I found out late December and on New Year's day I left work early, tears streaming down my face on my way to DP because the severe localised pain I felt in one side since finding out I was pregnant had me convinced it was an ectopic. It wasn't at all, I couldn't believe it was perfectly normal! Best of luck with your scan Flowers

Good luck to all of those in the 2WW! x

Redpony1 · 09/03/2017 09:47

ladyglittersparkle only you know when to start TTC for the next one, it could take ages, it could happen fast!

If money was no object i would own & run a large equestrian competition center!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 09/03/2017 09:01

Tigger that's so exciting fx all is ok x

I'm going to avoid FW this month as an early /mid Dec due date would be a disaster for year end review / pay negotiations (willing to bet this is the month I get pregnant by accident lol!). It would be more manageable from January although I'm worried that it's the pregnancy ANNOUNCEMENT that I should be worried about wrt work rather than due date (but still prefer not to be off over year end). But that means no BFP till August, I guess we will just see what happens from next month.

Using the CBFM for the first time to track ovulation, should be interesting - although I don't need to start testing for another few days.

confusedat23 · 09/03/2017 08:49

How exciting Tigger I was worried with you and the pain you have been feeling! but it is amazing to learn how much everything is stretching! I have just read the 7 weeks info on Ovia and the uterus haas doubled in size at this point! how insane is that and Bubble is only the size of a Dice!

But my little podge of belly that is between my hip bones (Normally just a visible podge between them sticking out) is now rock hard which is probably bloating but making me feel very heavy and pregnant whilst walking lol probably all in my brain!

Whos up next to test? I cannot believe all the early ovs this month!

Penguin27 · 09/03/2017 08:41

Sorry about weird formatting... it definitely didn't look like that before I pressed post Confused

Penguin27 · 09/03/2017 08:40

Morning all!

Get humping wiggley!! Strange that you seem to be ovulating earlier each cycle... hopefully that just means shorter cycles and more chances** Smile

Sorry you're feeling rough tigger! I can understand your nerves about the scan tomorrow but I'm sure everything will be fine. Can't wait to hear about it!

Happy Friday parsnips!
