Brilliant news confused! Does this mean you're discharged from the EPU and can transfer to the hospital you like?

I've decided I need to tell my boss today. Will wait until the end of the day when hopefully people will have gone home, but I'm absolutely terrified! (Which is irrational, because my boss is lovely, but I don't want to be letting work down...)

TheGrumpySquirrel · 13/03/2017 13:41

Ooh yay two POAS-ers for the morning! How many dpo are you orange and Jupiter ?

orangefolly · 13/03/2017 13:38

red fancy - AF being nice for once!

And red I'm glad your cycle seems to be getting into a pattern! Enjoy lots of relaxed humping before you start to worry about officially ttc!

buzzmoon · 13/03/2017 12:22

Oh my goodness how have I never heard of bullet journals!! Pinning this shit all afternoon!!

confused so happy for you! I felt emotional at the pic!

Redpony1 · 13/03/2017 11:40

Yes going to start properly trying in May!
I never got a remotely positive OPK last cycle, but working backwards, it looks like what i thought was my fertile week (EWCM etc) was when i thought it was Smile So should be a bit easier to track this cycle? Who knows!

HeyJupiter · 13/03/2017 11:15

Red that's fab news, really reassuring that your body is doing what you need to :)

TheGrumpySquirrel · 13/03/2017 11:08

Congrats confused so happy for you!

Yay red that's great that your cycles are regulating! So are you properly trying from May?

Redpony1 · 13/03/2017 10:51

Fab news Confused! & an unusual scan picture too!

Sorry about BFN Buzz Sad

Great updates from everyone! I have had a mad busy weekend, spent so much time with the ponies, plenty of riding in the sun!

Today i woke up with a cold, out of the blue. Oh and AF!! Which means i had a fairly normal cycle length of 32 days - woooohooo! It was very out of the blue though, i seem to have gone back to how i used to regards to that, zero AF symptoms, then BAM, she's here.

So CD1 for me. Not trying this month, just relaxed DTD when ever we fancy it. Roll on May....!

HeyJupiter · 13/03/2017 10:50

mummy what a lot of lovely stuff to be getting on with!

Builder should start this week on our little utility room.. can't wait!

HeyJupiter · 13/03/2017 10:49

confused that is so wonderful! Made me feel quite emotional. Lovely little bubble is turning into a real baby :) So happy for you. Hope that's taken the edge off some of the other stuff..

I love the goal setting grumpy, that must feel so satisfying. I think I need to do something similar (alongside TTC) so I remember that there are other things in my life that I can focus on and feel good about.

parsnips love the idea of your journal.. I also love stationary. This may be something I need to do too!

Mummyme87 · 13/03/2017 10:44

Fab news confused lovely scan picture aswell 😍

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 13/03/2017 10:36

Hb I'm Just using mine for all my little lists but being a bit neater and more arty in how I fill it in. I bought a gorgeous little book in paper chase and lots of lovely pens and I'm going to spend a bit of time filling it in and presenting everything nicely even though it's only me that will see it!

I keep all this information spread over like three books anyway so will be good to have it all in one place.

LOts of organising going on on here!
We have decorators in 2weeks for hallway and landing.. can't wait to get that finished. Then busy couple of weeks over Easter time travelling to Newcastle and New York, when we are back we will get on with living room including shelving and cupboards for alcoves, underfloor insulation, new carpet, new sofa and painting! Expensive year
Hopefully this will all keep me occupied whilst TTC 😊

confusedat23 · 13/03/2017 10:27

So just got back from the scan... they tried external and couldnt see it... them tried internal and when he said baby is fine i burst into tears! Bubble has a crown to rump length of 7.4mm which dr said is 6+4 but a quick google says 1mm for everyday over 6 weeks which makes me 7 weeks which makes sense with late ov!

Thank you all so much for your help i feel so so much better now after the scan!!!

Really great clear goals grumpy
Will be so satisfying to tick off, especially as they're pretty major things!

parsnips I've seen bullet journals on pinterest and they really intrigue me but I don't quite know what they're for!!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 13/03/2017 10:12

So that means aiming for a June BFP.

We have DTD EOD since the end of AF this cycle so far, so I need to be careful now.

I keep forgetting the bloody CBFM I looked at it this morning and it says I've missed 4 tests oops will try to do one tomorrow morning CD10

TheGrumpySquirrel · 13/03/2017 10:05

Parsnips I am with you, still so much to do before we are ready for baby! Which is the point of this thread I suppose.

I'm on day 3 of paleo and the carb cravings are slightly easing however I have terrible tummy ache to the point I'm considering going home from work. I really need a holiday!!! So tired!

So things I need to do before baby:
• hire and train my junior person (happening v soon, he will need a year before he is able to cover me I think) so a march 2018 due date would be great & I get the summer off then (I think I'm going to still aim for that, announce my pregnancy before year end review and just be really aggressive on pay negotiations, they'll be afraid to discriminate I hope)
• negotiate my next pay rise (December)
• get to goal weight of 57kg. 60kg this morning so 3kg to go (7lbs)
• buy a new car (decide and just do it! Land Rover Defender 3/4 or an Alfa Romeo 159 estate??? We need to do second hand to be sensible.. budget is 5-15k., thoughts?? We need a comfy family car for long journeys + boot space)
• redo my bathroom (new builders went AWOL as well, wtf is wrong with these people, good job I had not paid them yet)
• declutter and redecorate rest of the house

Phew! Feels good to have a plan now though.

HbH04 · 13/03/2017 09:22

Haha! Same to you jupiter !

Any surplus can easily go on the LubeExchange, so they'll be no waste!

HeyJupiter · 13/03/2017 09:16

Oh Hb, I'm exactly the same.. each month I vow just to DTD lots and toss the CB OPKs aside and be all casual. Unfortunately my personality always gets in the way of that plan. Hopefully you won't even need them! x

HbH04 · 13/03/2017 09:11

Good luck again confused

I've just ordered some OPKs!!

I thought just lots of DTD was a good plan but the control freak in me is furious that I don't know if/when i ovulated!!

Hopefully I'll invoke Sod's Law & won't need them.... but this is such a lottery, who knows?!

HeyJupiter · 13/03/2017 08:37

Oh forgot to say well done seven on the dieting!!
