cakes you're welcome reference the quotes .... I keep a gratitude diary and it definitely helps to keep my PMA on track ... my dp is shocked that I can find at least 5 things to be grateful for every day .... but it really is easy when your mindful of the little things ... like flicking the kettle on or washing your hands in fresh water - I sponsor a little girl in Rwanda and she doesn't have these simple privileges

bella it's that crappy thing where you feel like you should know what's going on in there!! I think as long as you're dtd nice and regular then you'll be covered. Those Doreen's can party in there for a few days!

Hi girls first of nightshifts done. Still no AF. Still so crampy though & boobs feel big but not sore as yet. CD 30 & 4 days to AF due apprently.

Oh @anna feel ur pain. I'm prob about the same but my BFN on Tuesday has bothered me so much and I think ur right like when u know u know & I don't feel it this month! However she's not appeared yet!!! So maybe it was just too soon I tested xxx

@Anna - I had no idea and as @hippy said many women don't have symptoms. She hasn't showed up so you're not out yet ... I got my bfp at 12dpo so there's still time for you. Don't loose hope yet :)

@Rainbow I think there's a pregnacare liquid one? I might be making that up though!

@cakes - you got this girl! 2 weeks is nothing in the grand scheme of things :)

@hippy I'm feeling good thank you :) got my midwife appt for 21 March. I'll be almost 7 weeks so I'm crossing everything for a smooth and healthy pregnancy. Still can't quite believe it! xo

@CakesALot nope on the surge front, CD14 today. last cycle was my first and it was text book, 28day cycle, surge at cd12, peak at cd14 and AF arrived bang on time (if only the text book would say "must be upduffed first cycle). suppose it was naive of me to think it would always be like that BUT i will not be broken by something that i cannot control. was in a cranky mood yday so don't want a repeat of that today. IC OPKs was blankety bank this morn so i'm just gonna keep SMEP'ing and ensure DH complies with the absolutely essential obviously not but who can blame a girl two orgasms before he shoots and scores (hopefully) at some point 🤞🏼

I only had a 12 day LP so my period will be here tomorrow or Saturday. Deffo no bean implanting there this month. I think you just know when your pregnant!

bella yeah I ovulated late - I think it was because I was a bit stressed at the beginning on the cycle though which caused the delay not the rlt as I've drunk this in previous cycles and it's not delayed ovulation. The watercress n spinach soup is delicious but I do use organic fresh watercress n spinach and Kallo organic chicken stock - I omit the nutmeg as I read elsewhere that this isn't good for tTC. Xxx

rose you're right - there is an element of fun in testing ... this is making me wanna cave ... I'm 10dpo today but have just wasted my fmu and dp is still upstairs asleep - and my frer's are in the drawer next to the bed ... he doesn't know how hard I'm trying and so I can't let the cat out the bag... I will have to wait till Saturday morning as dp won't be here (has night shift Friday). I prefer to test at wk end tbh gives you time to get your head round it either way.

@Bella (?) - I read that rlt might push ov back and lengthen your cycle ... not helpful I know! I think I ov'd cd16 which I think was normal for me (I only opkd Jan and Feb though so if you can class 2 months of a pattern as normal!)
