Aw jellybean let us know what you decide to do. Symptom spotting is a total bummer, it takes over your life! Sometimes I think testing helps so that you can tell things for sure but then I also agree with misty about waiting to test after testing two days after af due date as well. Maybe if I tested later I would have just thought my period was late and not even know I was pregnant. Ttc is so hard eh! All these confusions etc no one tells you about!

Misty I've really got my fingers crossed for you for Thursday, it's such a worrying time. But just know that whatever happens you are strong enough to deal with it and you will get through it. Such a shame that things happen to so many people but I suppose talking about it really does help and shares your worries! Praying it's good news for you xx

Marie90 · 28/03/2017 15:07

MistyBxx i really hope it is just the dates being out!! I'm really sorry to hear you're having such a tough time! It must be exhausting trying to figure out what your body is doing!

And I've got a bit of creamy cm today.. not sure that I've noticed in at this point of my cycle before.. any clues? (And yes i am aware i said i wouldn't symptom spot... Failed already)! 🙈

JellyBean89 · 28/03/2017 14:57

@MistyBxx i have everything crossed for you and I'm praying you got your dates wrong. I can't even imagine the stress you must be feeling. Do you feel any better today or do you still have cramps?

I don't want to test...I'm scared. I know it sounds silly with everything else you guy have going on but I just don't want to see that BFN. I know a LOT of people get pregnant same month they come off the iud but I also read too many stories where side effects mimicked pregnancy symptoms. I keep telling myself "your period is on the way, next time you go toilet you'll see it" but nevertheless I can't help but hope that it won't come. Before I got my iud in we were trying for almost 10months, it really knocked my confidence.

MistyBxx · 28/03/2017 13:49

Hi girlies, sooo I started bleeding about an hour after my last post on here last night, along with pretty bad cramps. I phoned nhs direct who suggested I went to hospital (coz of the pain, they thought it may have been ectopic but I didn't and don't think that, it was ordinary period pains not agonising) so off I went. By 2:30am I was out of there having had my tummy pressed and an apt in the EPU for this morning at 10. Bleeding stopped overnight, more like brown smudges now. Scan showed exactly what it did 5 days ago, sac but no contents, not even a yolk, just the outer sac. They said again I could be as much as 2 weeks out on dates but I can't be coz I've tracked. All I can think is if I ovulated later than I thought and caught the ONE time we dtd a week after fw ended... but it's highly unlikely. They've taken bloods now though and I'm going back Thursday morning for bloods #2. So basically, if the hcg has increased correctly between now and thurs then I'm still pregnant and I MUST be wrong on dates. But if the levels have dropped, then obv my pregnancy has ended and my body is taking a while to get the message. Sac measured 5mm bigger than 5 days ago but that would happen if it "thinks" there's an embryo in there, which there definitely wasn't. So either way, Thursday is B-day. Baby yes or baby no. Weirdly they were very unconcerned about the bleeding and said it's quite normal at this stage. Especially as with my clockwork cycle, if I hadn't caught last month, I would be due my normal period tomorrow.
So sorry for the long and depressing post. My hopes are hanging on 48hrs but my mind is being cruelly logical.
On the plus side, the suspected endometrioma (cyst) the sonographer saw on my left ovary (which was 4.5cm!) seems to have disappeared in 5 days. Both clear and good looking ovaries she said today. Small mercies hey.

jellybean I would defo want to test soon!! But saying that, given my experience, I wish I had tested when Af was 2 weeks late rather than 2 days late. I've only known I've been pg for 24 days and it feels like 24 months with all this shit going on lol so I'm now a firm believer in the later you test the better! It doesn't change the outcome but I'd have had less days of stress already 🙈

pibbee I totally get that. Hubs was barely in the mood through my fw last month but was like a horny teenager the other weeks. So annoying.

Wishing you're all well chicks. Just sat here chilling wondering WT actual F is going on in my body. It's a rough few days not gonna lie.

Xxx thanks for all your wishes you lovely lot 🌺

Marie90 · 28/03/2017 13:15

Hi pibbee I'm ok.. on CD 23 atm and trying not to test until Monday (CD29) although I'll probably cave and test at the weekend!
Trying to keep my rational head on this cycle as last cycle i was symptom spotting constantly and that definitely made it worse when AF showed up. I'm currently trying to ignore achey boobs as they can also be a sign of AF! Blush

That's so frustrating that you know you're at your most fertile and your DH just wants to sleep... My OH was the same last cycle and i just wanted to scream at him!! Can you try and jump on him when you get home from work??

Jellybean they all sound like promising signs! When are you testing? Fx for a bfp for you!

Anyone else testing soon??

JellyBean89 · 28/03/2017 10:57

@Charl19 I am so sorry for what you went through! I really hope you get a BFP soon and its the right time xx

@Misty how are you feeling today? it's good you have the week off work at least you can stay at home and hopefully try to get some rest every now and then xx

@Pibee I totally get you! its so frustrating. I swear 90% of the month they want to DTD every day and when we actually need them too they have other things going on grrr Angry

@Flatwhite how are you feeling??

As for me well I am now on CD25, CM went from creamy to dry to watery, actually feels like i peed myself sometimes Blush
Boobs are really sore, not as puffy but heavy and my nipple look bigger to me. Also since yesterday my saliva tastes metallic, i actually checked if my gums were bleeding! This started within half hour of my CM changing. I am once again bloated but now its worst. Like I can't sleep on my belly, I actually woke up the other night as i was sleeping on my belly and it started hurting me. Past 2 nights have been horrible, i only manage a few hours of interrupted sleep, and some of my sleep is filled with horrible dreams, i also wake up really hot (not sweaty) which is weird for me as I am constantly cold Confused. I stopped taking my prenatals last week as I thought maybe they were causing the bloating and it did go down for a day or so before coming back. So bloated to the point I came to work with my trousers undone Blush (Thank Goodness for baggy shirts). Sorry for the essay guys, I just feel so out of sorts and tired and to top it off i feel like i have cold coming on.

Pibbee · 28/03/2017 09:31

Morning all! Hello @Marie how's things?

I am peed off this morning. DP decided to embark on a ridiculous sleepathon last night until right before it was time to get ready for work this morning which meant no DTD either last night or this morning, and to make matters worse, out of morbid curiosity I peed on a stupid stick this morning and got the solid smily (wasn't expecting that so soon as have only had 2 days of flashing ones) which means am pretty much out for this month automatically unless there's a small chance of anything tonight. Great.

I used to stress on about whether or not things would all be in functional order and it seems they are, which is good, but no bloody point if DTD isn't happening! He knows it's prime baby-creation days too cos I told him. Humph.

Sorry for ranting and I know people have got worse things going on....

Marie90 · 27/03/2017 22:09

I've been AWOL on MN for a few days and just come back and seen the news..
Charl I'm so sorry you had to go though that, i can't even begin to imagine how hard it must have been for you and your OH. Hold your chin up high and know that, as heartbreaking as it is, trust that your body knows what it is doing, and that soon you will have a little someone who will make this whole crazy ride worth it! Flowers

MistyBxx you must be going stir crazy waiting! Try and take the time you have to look after yourself..And know that you we are all thinking of you and have our fx for a positive outcome. ❤️

I love how supportive everyone is on this thread... No matter where in your cycle you are, or what's happening to your, there are always people here to give advice and lend an ear! X

charl19 · 27/03/2017 21:10

Aw misty thank you that was lovely, just what I needed to hear!! I love this thread as well everyone is so lovely.. thank you everyone for your kind words 😘 I wish i came on here sooner to say, that's what everybody is here for after all!

misty I've still got my fingers crossed for you and defo don't rule anything out until you know! It's so hard isn't it thinking about everything going on whether ttc or early pregnant, your mind just goes crazy. The thing about it all for me was I felt more at peace just knowing for sure.

Thanks ladies you are all so lovely on here and I can't wait to hear of some new bfps soon ☺️

Pibbee · 27/03/2017 20:51

I love this thread too!

Flatwhite31 · 27/03/2017 20:26

Love this thread! You're all such lovely ladies. Sending you lots of love charl and Misty. Xx

ttcnovice · 27/03/2017 20:20

That was a lovely post Misty - I love this thread ❤️

MistyBxx · 27/03/2017 20:06

Oh charl I actually just filled up reading that then chick. I am so, so sorry for your loss 🌺 thanks so much for opening up and saying about it on here, that's brave and also really kind because you thought of me too and I really appreciate that. I'm in Carmarthenshire so my EPU is in Glangwili Carmarthen. Having spoken to my sis yesterday who's had 3 mc herself, I'm starting to accept things as they are. Like you say, it's impossible to change or prevent anything, and worrying and stressing is gonna do nothing but upset you more and really bring you down. It's heartbreaking to think of it but it's totally true, things are going to happen to some of us, and that's just the way life goes. I'm so glad you're ready to bounce back and I've got no doubt you'll get another bfp soon and it will be the right time. Same for me I'm sure. Although I'm not out of the game just yet, I'm trying to stay positive but expecting the worst and I can honestly say after reading your story, whatever the result, I will think of you and keep my chin up. So rest assured chick that you have made a difference to me today, that may be small mercy given what you've been through, but you've given hope and a better idea for the future to an anonymous friend across the net, and that means so much to me. God us women are special creatures 💪🏼😍xxx

Pibbee · 27/03/2017 20:04

I'm OK. Nothing much to report. Had flashing smilies on OPKs the last 2 days but DP has been too knackered for DTD....Plus I think I'm not going to do the stupid sticks any more - it stresses me out which then stresses him out and then things stop working IYSWIM. So feeling a bit meh about the whole thing really. I'm trying not to pile pressure on but find it really hard to not get wound up about it. Neither of us is getting any younger and whilst (in theory at least) I've got a good few years to go, it's not like I'm in my 20s and therefore don't have to worry so much about limited time. He's a few years older than me but it's different for blokes innit, they don't run out of time Hmm

Pibbee · 27/03/2017 19:57

So sorry to hear that @charl. Must have been really difficultFlowers

ttcnovice · 27/03/2017 19:49

So sorry to hear that charl SadFlowers must have been so hard xxx

charl19 · 27/03/2017 19:18

Mrsj Defo agree with what you just posted! We can try and take precautions etc but things will happen if they're going to happen!! Hope you're feeling ok, exciting about your little scan xx

charl19 · 27/03/2017 19:17

Hi everyone, I'm back. Been hovering around on this board and the pregnancy board quite silently for a while, didn't know whether to pop up at all but since your scan misty I wanted to message and see if you were ok etc? I'm in South Wales as well so we can't be far away from each other.. did you go to epu at the Heath?

Just to update you all I am back.. unfortunately had a MC coming up to two weeks ago. Was totally devastated and haven't really wanted to say but am fine now and back to normal.. had to go for a scan at the hospital to confirm everything and they did a test but I was bleeding so heavily by then I already knew. But there was nothing there on the scan and the test was negative. So gutting, but just means it wasn't my time then. Nurse said it can happen to 1 in 4 this early on, and tbh glad it happened earlier and not later. Back to trying I guess!! Anyway been watching still and quiet!

If it's taught me anything it's probably not to be so precious about it all. If it's going to happen it's going to happen, so just to carry on as normal and stop over thinking everything.. not that that's easy at all 😂

Anyway sorry long post! How is everyone? What day of cycles are we etc? Xx

MistyBxx · 27/03/2017 18:41

Thanks so much girlies. I feel so fed up of thinking/talking about it, I'm sure everyone else is too 🙈 just glad I'm off work this week now, couldn't cope being in work and trying to be normal, I can't concentrate! Slept about 4 hours this afternoon coz not getting much sleep in the night which isn't like me, I usually sleep like a puppy anywhere! Oh well, one day nearly down, another 6 to go. Hope everyone is ok on here! Any symptom spotters about??xx

ttcnovice · 27/03/2017 16:21

So sorry you're going through this Misty the waiting must feel like forever Sad. Your GP sounds awful too I'm sure that hasn't helped! Sending you positive thoughts and energy Flowers feel free to rant away here whenever you need and we'll all listen. Keeping my fingers crossed firmly for you xxx

JellyBean89 · 27/03/2017 00:09

@MistyBxx I'm so sorry for what you're going through! I can't even imagine the stress, it's mush be horrible. Your GP sounds like a right a**hole!!! How insensitive. I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers xxx

MistyBxx · 26/03/2017 22:41

That's true mrsj 💕

mrsjkerry · 26/03/2017 22:20

@MistyBxx my dad's wife said to me yesterday, that worrying achieves nothing and nature will have its course anyway. Just have to let it do what it wants to do and make your plans around and accordingly.

Flatwhite31 · 26/03/2017 21:39

Haha Pibbee! There's still time! Wink

You're being very strong Misty, bless you. Good on you. Talking with your sister will definitely help.

I'm terrible for googling! I've been researching coming off the pill loads, but at the end of the day, everyone is different! That still doesn't stop me from wanting to read about other people though!

I'm going to test next week if AF doesn't arrive, as that'll be over 4 weeks since stopping the pill, although I'm very aware my first proper period could end up being very delayed. On top of that, we haven't DTD'd as much as planned due to me being ill. I'm fully expecting a negative! We are going on honeymoon in a couple of weeks anyway, so not going to think about TTC much til we get back.

Pibbee · 26/03/2017 21:30

Yes @Misty Dr Google is our worst enemy!!I am terrible for that, am always googling all kinds of things and stressing myself out Hmm why do we do it!? Hope you and your sister can have a good chat in the week.

As for me, I have embarked on opk madness, had flashing smily face today and am trying not to sulk about the fact we have had all day to DTD and yet haven't.....I am a crazy person when it's FW I have come to the conclusion!!!!
