Stopped mini pill no period

Hello,

So i stopped taking the mini pill on the 29th Jan and have had unprotected sex a few times since. I still havent had a period yet.. I havent had one when i changed to the mini pill last year.

Has anyone had any experience and how long did it take for your period to come back. Me and my partner are really excited to try for a baby but i want to know that i havent just messed up my body by taking the mini pill.

I did take a pregnancy test the other day just to make sure but it was negative.

I'm still waiting for mine to show up too😣I did a pregnancy test on Wednesday and it was negative. Still holding on to the small chance I could be pregnant bit I think it's more likely to be the mill messing up my cycle. It's now 56 days since I took my last pill x

Hi! I’m after some advice so I hope you can all help, I’ve come off Cerelle after 7 years of taking it due to recently becoming married and looking to start a family! I last took my pill back in August and haven’t had a withdrawal period as of yet, I’m worried after being on the pill for so long I’ve damaged my body and it will take forever to conceive! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hello. I haven't had any luck either. It's cycle day 63 and still no sign of a period and negative tests. I keep feeling like giving up and seeing a childless future but keep thinking there is hope.

Hi Kate. I found out that I have PCOS. 😟 How are you coping with it? What have you been told? Feels like there's barely any point in trying now! Doctor said its probably medically impossible for me to get pregnant!

Remember everything in your past that you wanted that you actually got. Did you think you'd get all of it? You just have to keep patience and hope.

31 now. I know I guess I would love to be a mum now. I have pcos and worried it might not happen. Moments like that I wish there was a Crystal ball to find out if it will happen.

Awww Kate :( I think a lot of women don't let on how long it really takes. Everyone I know "got pregnant right away". Sure they did. We'll get our BFPs, Kate. We will just have to wait. They'll be even more special then!

30 is not that old btw (you said you were 30 didn't you?). I'm 30 next month BTW. We have years before we even need to worry about anything!

Hello! Ive had 2 periods. Long cycles and still no positive. People I know seem to have much more luck than me and have been trying for less time :(

Also 3 weeks late (so 7 weeks since last period) AF arrived. I've never been this late before in my life. Really weird. So I honestly thought I was pregnant. Had symptoms too. The nausea might have been in my head but I was mega bloated which was not in my head and I was completely exhausted sleeping over 12 hours one night. Also not in my head. I never got positive on the OPKs but maybe I was drinking too much and was diluted. Hugely dissapointed. Really thought I was pregnant

Can I ask you guys how your body is a few days after ovulation. Ive had my first month in four years of naturally overlating and ive had stomach cramps since sunday night on and off. Its like a mini period cramp but not as painful. Is this normal when you overlate? Normally on the pill I only had cramps on the day I was meant to overlate and then it went.

Emmi that is really strange af hasn't arrived? Perhaps your body was gearing up to ovulate and then didn't? Did you get positive opks? My first cycle I had thought I'd ovulated as lines were dark so stopped testing then two weeks later had a really sore back so I did a test and that one was obviously positive so I didn't ovulate when I initially thought I did.

Hi ladies. 11 days late for my period and have done a zillion pregnancy tests since then. All BFNs. Not sure what to do next. Just wait I guess. I hate waiting.

I believe it's possible to ovulate without a period but I'm not an expert. You just need to hang on in there. Really sucky Kate. The waiting for all of this is the hardest part.
