The tests from the MMC showed there wasn't anything wrong with her and she made it through to 8+5 so something was going right. It was me that somehow stopped her from growing - either an issue they haven't diagnosed or a tiny glitch that could have been a one off. I cling to knowing there wasn't anything wrong with her but then it makes no sense, so it's not actually helpful at all 
We're on 4 now, but the first one's never really counted in my head as it was ages ago, unplanned and with my ExH who was a twat.
One dodgy egg is probably a complete fluke isn't it? Does knowing what happened give you a way forward or anything that can help - either physically (like diet, tupperware avoidance etc) or emotionally (having had a reason and thinking it's unlikely to happen again)? Do they know why a dodgy egg implanted? And just because it wasn't a perfect egg doesn't mean it wasn't your beautiful baby who you loved x
