Thanks noroom I've cried so many times tofay already, OH is being an insensitive arse again too... just not my day, think I need to go to bed :(

noroomonbroom · 17/02/2017 21:28

Oh ok fluffy so could be as early as the 28th I'd need to be checking from.
Thanks for the heads up.
Although I think am just going to keep dp very busy as soon as we are able.

noroomonbroom · 17/02/2017 21:20

Am keeping everything crossed for you Crazy
Can normally tell when OV but am expecting this month to be completely hit and miss.
How mental is is it to have worked out a plausible due date for a baby I haven't yet conceived?
Have I actually turned into this person?
I mean like if I could start trying again on the 20th, I would OV around the 6th of March and be able to test on 20th,giving me due date in December .
Can you tell I like lists and a plan?

BertieBotts · 17/02/2017 20:49

I ovulated really late this time, CD28. So I'm not due until the end of the month now.

Crazyvaperlady · 17/02/2017 20:28

I ovulated around day 10 of a 28 day cycle :(

fluffiny31 · 17/02/2017 20:21

Oh dear. Test again tomorrow. Do you ov really early then because my af starts about 10days after ive ov. I tested today to see if all has gone but didn't use fmu so I got a negative just need to double check in the morning. Fingers crossed for you crazy. Flowers

fluffiny31 · 17/02/2017 20:13

No room I think I ov yesterday which was 15 days after surgery I'm not positive though but everything changed just for yesterday. I also bled for 13 days. Spotting for most of it.

Crazyvaperlady · 17/02/2017 20:11

No not good... tested earlier with fr and didn't use FMU I used midday almost clear urine and it gave me a BFN... how stupid am I?!

noroomonbroom · 17/02/2017 19:14

Had a pound shop cheapie so tested and it was negative.Am going to check with fmu but am hoping that means everything has gone now and can start to think about ttc.Have never been so happy to see one line.
MVA was only yesterday afternoon hence double checking it really is negative.Just spotting now.
Spent a train ride working through dates, what do you reckon on using opk from 10 days after bleeding has stopped?Or do you think I should give them a go sooner normally 30 day cycle OV between day 14 or 16.

fluffiny31 · 17/02/2017 18:16

Have you not had a good day crazy?

Crazyvaperlady · 17/02/2017 17:59

Feeling awful as I had a few pints after work :( needed a release though but feel a dick now :(

looking4hope · 17/02/2017 17:23

Hi all, I've finally managed to catch up with everything (I think!). To all the new joiners: so sorry you're here, hope you'll feel better (both emotionally and physically) soon. To all those in their 2WW or who recently got their long-awaited BFP: fingers and toes crossed, you all deserve a happy ending!

I have a quick question: my period arrived exactly 4 weeks after my natural MC. It wasn't heavy, but I had a decent flow for a few days. However, a few days after it ended, I started spotting. It happens every day now, particularly in the afternoon and evening. It's typically brown, only occassionally very light pink, and it's mixed with CM (sorry for the TMI!). Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried? I had a scan just after my MC and I was told everything was eliminated.

Last night I watched The Light Between Oceans - very bad idea! All those memories came flooding back and I could barely hold back tears. I read the book years ago and assumed I would be okay watching it, but couldn't have been more wrong... I desperately want Wine and Cake, but I'm trying to lose a bit of weight. Guess it will just be treadmill for me tonight Hmm

emily86 · 17/02/2017 17:03

It is a funny old feeling isn't it fluffy.

fluffiny31 · 17/02/2017 14:31

Just had my negative test after mmc. It feels so strange that it makes me happy and sad. True realisation I'm no longer pregnant. But at least it's all gone to try again.

Waterfeature · 17/02/2017 10:11

I'm going to try my hardest not to test until after AF is due. Last time I forgot to test, AF was 1 day late, and voila! None of that awful peering and convincing myself I saw a line.

In fact if I'm even lucky enough to conceive again, I don't think I'll sign up for maternity care until after a private 12 week scan. I can't bear to do another pointless booking appointment.

putputput · 17/02/2017 10:00

Harriet- I had to really spell out to my DH how I was feeling. He's normally fairly intuitive but I don't think either of us were prepared for the level of grief it took me to.

If he's not supportive there are others who will be.

harrietm87 · 17/02/2017 09:58

Thanks WL I think you're completely right. I'm all over the place myself - swing from thinking don't be silly, could have been so much worse, other people have it so much worse so get a grip, to feeling totally bereft and heartbroken, to panicking that there's something wrong with me, to feeling desperate to try again as soon as possible and just move on, to wanting some time to grieve. I keep googling mad things about fertility after miscarriages, statistics, pros and cons of various supplements, private fertility clinics etc etc etc. DH meanwhile is just getting on with life - I should be happy for him or at least jealous but instead I'm cross!

WLMcI · 17/02/2017 08:41

Harriet I'm sorry for what you're going through!

I think it's sometimes hard for the OHs to grasp that from the moment you see that positive test, you think of that cluster of cells as an actual baby with a potential life ahead of it. And of course a life change for yourself, in the role of mother. I know that I had just spent a couple of months getting used to the idea of myself as a pregnant lady, and now I have to unconvince myself of that! So with an early loss it can be difficult for them to understand your grief. It was only when my DH saw the scan photo (sadly when our mmc was confirmed) that he started to cry, and I think that's what made it real for him. Had there been no scan photo, and had I had an ERPC away from him to clear everything, I don't know if he really would have understood the emotional side of it either. As it was, he was incredible through my natural MC at home. But the good thing is, that the ladies on here do get it! So you can talk to us, and maybe explain how you're feeling to your OH when you feel you can.

Hugs and Flowers to you!

Crazyvaperlady · 17/02/2017 08:34

mulder not murder Grin

Crazyvaperlady · 17/02/2017 08:34

murder the no nail varnish is for the pulse monitor on your finger, the machine can't get an accurate reading through varnish.

MulderitsmeX · 17/02/2017 08:06

Thanks water and owl guess i will just have to be more patient. Hospital said 4 weeks ish but have since seen it will probs be more like 6-8. Normally i hate having my period, just need it to come so soon.

Have spent the last week convincing myself I have ashermans, I was so chilled when I was prego too!

Your doctor sounds v odd water i think every time i have GA they say fast for 8 hours so surely he must know that is standard? I've also been told in the past no nail varnish so they can monitor your colour etc.

Crazyvaperlady · 17/02/2017 07:46

Morning ladies... anyone testing today? I'm not due AF til the 25th and it's dragging, although ovia is for some unknown reason telling me I can test tomorrow Confused I know if I test today it'll be BFN but can't bring myself to wait, it's like a sickness Sad

noroomonbroom · 17/02/2017 00:23

Before he bogs off can he travel 9 months into future and give me heads up.

Waterfeature · 17/02/2017 00:20

Waterfeature · 17/02/2017 00:19
