Hi everyone,

Hope you don't mind me staring a new thread as the last is full to the brim now!

Just to recap myself:

Age 31
Ttc no.3
6dpo
1st cycle! (Agh!)

Anyone else?

Anyway I'm still clinging onto the bus but feeling extremely negative about this cycle as I've had what has almost! been the flu Sad
Couldn't get my sorry head off the pillow yesterday and feel like I've been 8 rounds with Tyson aiming right for the lungs!

Going to test on Thursday 19th as had my last two Bfps at 10 DP0

And just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the old thread that kindly gave me advise and a much needed pick me up with regards to being so --pathetically - Ill lol I took all advise on board and today I feel like it's finally letting up a little (woo!)

Hope are well and good news is coming for us all!! X

Woke up feeling crampy so didn't POAS as thought AF was imminent. No sign on AF today not even spotting. Last cycle was 25 days do AF due today if this is a 25 day cycle. My cycle before pill was 28 days.
Cycles in the last 6 months have been 27, 26, 24, 27, 26, 27, 25 days.
Too early to feel positive as AF could come any day.

MrsC2017 · 17/01/2017 22:03

Thanks emz (congrats to you also!!!) and Kirsty, good to know that it could happen in the next few days still so appreciate your responding , have dtd anyway the last few days so will keep it up for another few and hopefully my positive OPK is yet to come!

RoseValleyRambles · 17/01/2017 19:33

congrats to the bfps!
I've got another week until I can hope to test. thankfully work is keeping me busy and distracted, so I can only symptom spot for a couple of hours a day...

I'm on cd24 so due af on Saturday but no idea when/if I ovulated so who knows when she's gonna appear!! Wish she'd come now so we can get on with cycle 11!!! Xx

Motherhippy16 · 17/01/2017 15:43

Congratulations piraterach and emz! Lovely to see bfps. Addtothechaos I have no symptoms now at 8dpo just really tired with some twinges but it's probably down to pms. I'm not going to test till sat but am really not feeling hopefull. I got to hold my bfs new born baby today...had a little cry on the way home but was so wonderful. It will happen! X

MrsC2017 · 17/01/2017 14:47

Does anyone have a 26 day cycle.... If so what day do u ov on? I'm CD 12,haven't checked today yet but negative yesterday, only using IC, app says tomorrow so I'm hoping for positive today but just said I'd ask and see if anyone was like me with 26 days...

EachPeachPearPlum83 · 17/01/2017 13:47

CD42 and AF has finally got me Sad Gutted! Congrats on those with bfps.

BertieBotts · 17/01/2017 13:39

Me too justaphase. Hugs.

I think AF is annoyed at me because she doesn't seem very pleased to be here either Hmm

See you on the february bus?

passmethewine123 · 17/01/2017 12:37

Ahh I've just been to Boots, they've got 3for2 on all tests so got 2x twin pack FR and 1x twin pack CB for £20. Don't have an Asda nearby, but only works out £2 more from Boots anyway so not too bad.

Now to resist temptation to poas before Saturday Confused

Addtothechaos · 17/01/2017 12:18

oh exciting that a few of us are getting closer to testing now! Fx!

passmethewine I've just been to asda not long ago and the first response are on offer a twin pack for 6 pound Smile x

Off the bus.it sucks. Going to cry a little. Congratulations to those with bfps xxx

Bows85 · 17/01/2017 11:14

Thanks for the info pirate. Pleased to hear it's possible! GL with it all Smile

piraterach · 17/01/2017 10:48

Hi Bows. I usually have a 49 day cycle, ovulation at day 35. I normally have some spotting for the last 3 days of my cycle before AF starts. I was a couple of weeks away from going to the assisted fertility place because I really thought this. Cycle length wasn't viable but looks like anything can happen! Baby dust to you and everyone else on the bus Smile

kimblesj · 17/01/2017 10:18

Yay for Bfp!
I'm pretty sure I am out already - stupid body! Dpo9 and spotting and cramping, pretty sure AF is going to make an early appearance hurrumph

Emz01 · 17/01/2017 10:06

Thanks girls!

addtothechoas I had no symptoms especially at 8dpo. I've been convinced AF was coming on several occasions. I now feel a little sick but that's about it but originally thought this was due to AF coming. Just shows that it's not the same with every pregnancy as I had a feeling I was pregnant before I tested with DC1. Also strange with the opk as this was clearly positive even though it shouldn't have been at this late stage, obviously the girls on here were right and it can be an indication of pregnancy.

passmethewine123 · 17/01/2017 10:04

And congrats to Pirate too, how lovely to see two BFP's this morning!

passmethewine123 · 17/01/2017 10:03

Emz huge congratulations!!!

Chaos I'm also 8dpo, going to test on Saturday morn as supposed to be going out that evening so want to know if I can have wine or not! I'm off to buy my FRER this morning too, FX for you on Thursday Smile

Addtothechaos · 17/01/2017 09:47

Morning! Congrats on the two recent Bfps, great news for you both and for our thread!

I'm at 8dpo now with no new symptoms. Going over to asda on lunch break to get some first response tests ready for Thursday morning (agh!) still don't think it's my lucky cycle but can't resist the small bit of hope I have left Smile X

Oh congrats on the BFPs pirate and emz SmileSmileSmile That's lovely news!
*
Pirate* - can I ask... you have said that you have long cycles (me too 🙄) so you ov'd on CD35...is that right? What would your normal lp length be?
I'm currently 5dpo (finally got my bbt chart crosshairs this morning on ff) and on CD35. I'm petrified that my lp is going to be too short for a viable pregnancy. I have had a mix of cycle lengths since stopping bc (42, 41 and 31 days), but never missed a month. I guess I'm wanting reassurance that long cycles and late ov doesn't mean it won't happen!
(Stats are: age 31, ttc#1, cycle 2)
