I'm on CD 15 and had what I'm pretty sure Is ovulation pain yesterday and this morning but IC OPKs have been faint/negative. thoughts?

Hi everyone, was on Jan bus but ovd late this month so will be hoping for BFP on 2nd February and not 31st of January if one is to be, although was all over the place this month, have been tracking for months in preparation for ttc and then I start and nothing happens when it's supposed to happen, typical! Anyway I'm cycle #1

CD 15 I think and I think today is ov day......!
So hopefully this will be our lucky month!

AF arrived yesterday, hurray! So CD2. Hoping this is a short one, not another 7 weeker. Plan is to dtd every other day once I've stopped bleeding as we can't be sure when I ovulated. I'm going to try avoid checking CM and I'm not going to test until end of the first week of march . We are on it this month!

I'm hoping to get my nice red ff crosshairs on my chart tomorrow! It's been a while since I've seen them.

Only thing is we've only managed to dtd once this week as oh has been working mega hours. The thing I'm holding onto is the last time we got pg we only dtd once three days before ov! I don't know if it's delusional to think we could be that lucky again or just wishful thinking and right now I really don't care lol I suppose we will find out in about 2 wks time I'm hoping to hold out until the 1st to test.

Originally I was due around the 4th but looks like I might have ovulated early for a change! Hope you guys don't mind me staying on this bus as technically I'm borderline Jan/Feb

Really strange length luteal phase isn't it? Confirmed ov with both BBT and OPKs too. Last month was a 12 day LP i thought it wasn't supposed to change I'm so confused ☹️

Day 21 blood test this month was all clear though so am apparently ovulating and hormones/thyroid etc all ok 😕

May I join you? I'm fresh off the Jan bus!

I'm 31, ttc no.3 and not quite into cycle 2 yet as waiting for imminent af after a bfn this morn. I suppose I am between the two buses as af hasn't officially arrived but I just know she's on her way! I had Bfps by this point with my other two children and I've also been sooo Ill right after ov and all over tww this past cycle. High temp and battered lungs, the lot!

Anyway, back to full health now and looking at trying again using the opks and temping. The only thing I'm doing differently this next cycle is not testing until I've missed af. Will be hard but I hate seeing Bfns!!

Also to add I have annoyingly long cycles, around 37-40 days so I prob won't ov till around mid Feb now

Hey all, seems I've missed a lot!

Af finished Sunday. Had brown spotting last Wednesday morning then went to heavyish red bleed, back to brown then back to red and finally back to brown all in 48 hours lol then I just had light brown spotting on and off until Sunday. It was my first period since coming off the pill so that all sounds kinda typical of that, right? I was a bit worried tbh! I've bought a bbt thermometer. Going to try it this cycle but if I don't conceive I'm considering just ditching everything and going literally bare back because I feel like I'm already stressing and obsessing waaaaay too much!

I'm rejoining the bus from a very early miscarriage. We are being as positive as possible trying again so here I am!

Not sure about dates yet due to the MC and my already irregular cycles so I may even be testing on the March bus. We shall see!

bertie my period was like that the month before I got pregnant the first time. Fingers crossed its a good sign for you!

I'd take another test if I were you Bertie, just to be sure!

I normally have light periods but not like this.

I had three days of spotting before the period started (I counted the crampy day as day one), took a test the day before, BFN.

Sorry Bertie just noticed you had horrible cramps. I didn't have any at all which is unusual for me!

Bertie I had exactly the same this AF! Spotting for three days only, and it didn't get any heavier throughout. No cramping either. Took a test just in case on Monday (so day 4 of "period") but it was negative, so I'm definitely not pregnant. No idea what caused it though, my AF is usually really heavy and lasts at least 5 days without fail.

Have you taken a test since the spotting started?

I'm having such a weirdly light period - no more than spotting and horrible cramps on day one, about a third of a mooncup on day two and just spotting today

Should I test again? I don't know what's up with it! But the cramping was so strong I can't believe I could be pregnant.

charley its to know I'm not the only one haha! I keep thinking this Valentine's Day I'll present my partner the bfp -probably not the most romantic gift.. a wee soaked stick haha! I honestly can't wait

Emily I do the same, I thought of Christmas gift announcements, then birthday ones and now valentines ones haha!

The OPKs definitely help to keep me sane. Nice to see some sort of line too, even if it's not on a hpt!

charley I've been looking at little pregnancy announcement gifts and everything it's silly! i did an OPK last night just out of curiosity because I've never used them before, when the faded line showed up I couldn't help thinking 'this will be my bfp soon!' I'm driving myself insane

CD1 today kind of feels nice to be back to normal following my early misc, also kind of terrifying x
