How much sex did you have the month you conceived?

Just that really! Did you go at it like the clappers or just do it a couple of times?

Three times a day for almost 2 months I think. Was taking the seven seas conception pills. Highly recommend.

Once. Both times. We were living in different countries so didn't see each other very often... v effective! Much more effective than when we were living in the same home!!!!!

I have a ridiculously regular cycle and I can tell when I'm ovulating, so we concentrated our efforts at that time of the month.

DC1 - went at it every day about the time of ovulation, but we'd been trying for months. We were astonished to find it had finally worked
DC2 - just the once on the day of ovulation - conceived first month of trying
DC3 - ahem, I know exactly - Christmas Eve & Boxing Day as I was due to ovulate on Christmas Day. Baby arrived mid-September. I seriously have no clue how or why I can remember that.

First time, once and I don't even know when I ovulated that month to know how close I was. Second time, four out of my five fertile days. Third time, once the day before I ovulated.

Couple of times, maybe three.

that was actually for the whole year too

Didn't temp but kept track on Ovia and CM.

Every other day. Gives the sperm chance to regroup a bit, apparently.

With Dd we had a lot the weekend she would have been conceived. With ds we did it twice!

Other than that, outside of thosr two times, can't remember be was about once a week, DHs job didn't have time for more.. :/

Was temping... had sex once 2 days before ovulation and once 2 days after. Was sure we had missed it totally.

I did put my legs up the wall though...

Long time ago but daily sex was the norm. I conceived after I'd been away two nights. But it was immediate, as soon as we tried, it worked.
I'm far from knowledgeable on this topic but isn't there something about daily sex altering your body chemistry to make conception more likely? Perhaps that was just a story they told us...

When I conceived DS1 we did it three times over the space of 8 days.

I was pregnant 9 months ago (but miscarried) and we'd DTD twice in the space of four days.

I'm currently pregnant now and only had sex the day I got my positive OPK.

Tried for 12 months. Then every single day for the month did the trick.
