Hello! Hardly ever post but lurk alot but just need to share and don't want to talk to people who 'know' me and this seems to be the thread for me. AF due today, know that BFP is v unlkiely due to having stomach bug and therefore too sick at crucial time but tried on Day 12 despite OV test never coming up positive this month - so all symptoms of AF due but can't help hoping - tried digital pregnancy test and the bloody thing gave me an error reading so now have to wait till tomorrow morning to test again - almost want negative test just to stop what I know is ridiculous hoping. Aggghhh!

Or how about the fact that I haven't had any fertile mucus yet this month. I expected it a couple of days or so ago, so sign yet: Do you think that actually that big bleed I had bang on period time wasn't my period? That the several million tests I've done were all duds? You know, you hear of people of have 'periods' when they're pregnant, and the tests don't always work....?

(just don't suggest my cycle's pissing about....)

Saw 'accidently' pregnant friend, in passing, yesterday. I was a very grumpy unfriendly old cow. But I did say congratulations, which I thought was very big of me: Saying congrats for something she didn't even try but I have been working my socks off to no effect really bit.

I seem to be weeing a lot today and just KNOW that it is nothing to do with the 4 cups of tea and 2 cups of coffee I have guzzled.
Also, my DS farted this morning and it smelt of cauliflower.....has anyone else had this and then got their BFP? No....honestly.......I REALLY think this could be it.......seriously, not joking now.....

a) twinges are a sign, as I had these when preg with ds,
b) no twinges is a sign, as twinges usually heralds arrival of bastard period.

Isn't it ridiculous!!! I've already said myself on this thread that I saw no bedroom action at the right times this month and so my chances of a BFP are infinately less than a size zero, yet still I am second guessing myself with what ifs and buts!! In all reality, I don't even know when my period is really duw as I had only 2 periods after my coil was removed, then a mc then 1 period since then. I'm going on 28 days cos thats what I used to be but of the periods I've had there has been a 26, a 31 and then 32 (from date of ERPC). And because I've never really paid attention to my body in terms of cycles I have no idea what is going on!

ah, the joys of symptom spotting! sorry it doesn't seem to be your month Sunshinedays - have some of this always perks me up!
I seem to spend all my time symptom spotting - are boobs weeny bit bigger? does this extra spot mean a change in hormones? hmm, bit bloated today? and then another week goes by with no AF and yet another BFN.

Here's a bit of gloominess to get the hut back on track.... I spent last eve snapping at my DH & I've got mild cramps... both of these are signs my af is 5 days away. Shit.... and yet I am, of course, STILL trying to convince myself things feel different this month.

Exactly who and I trying to kid? ARRRRGHHH.

I'm not cheerful, I currently have a rather impressive crop of spots having a party all over my forhead. I also think AF has completely forgotten where I live as have now reached CD70 - not a milestone I relish! Grr...

Why is everyone so bloody cheerful???? I woke up this morning with ANOTHER new spot on my forehead and my boobs still hurt and I just want my period to come so that I can get it out of the way!!!!!
And dp keeps saying he has given up smoking now but still has "an occasional fag", to which I have said "crap!!" Either he smokes or he doesn't smoke, and I have zero tolerance for any bulls**t at the moment!

My period is sooo on the way and I feel a bit like Catbaby earlier in that I just want it to come so that I can move on. But I haye wishing my life away with all this crap...
