No not temping... pretty sure I have ovulated as CM is white and sticky so although no reading on CBFM, I think that indicates it.

I will keep testing, even if it's just so my cycle gets logged in the monitor. Frustrating though as haven't been able to be accurate with DTD so just gone for every other day from 7 to 13.

So another high this morning... that's Day 9!!!

But got really white CM so pretty sure either I am not going to ovulate or did a while ago.

Beagles there is not tmi for me it's the first time I've used one after DTD. I would highly recommend using them during AF to get used to them first. They are so much better than tampons, I am converted!

For TTC, I had it next to the bed so didn't have to move, and just pushed it straight up after we had finished. No cleaning up. No sperm came out after. Easy

We DTD this morning and I put a soft cup in straight after. Not letting any of those get away! We can't do it again until Saturday. I will be keeping a close eye on the OPK s. Ideally don't want egg until Sunday so we can DTD the day before and of ovulation. I guess if it comes earlier then we have done it this morning and they should stick around a while?

Tee cramps around ovulation and af are totally normal. If you get them all cycle round I would definitely mention to your gp , that doesn't sound quite right

Think I'll start cd1 today and not yesterday -this is definitely AF. Big Aunt flow!

Strangely my temp is still high but has come down a tiny amount to 36.65 so think it's on the decline. Not sure why it's still high but have read things like if it was a chemical then the progesterone lingers ? Or if was a cyst that passed with the egg then that can add progesterone. Other possibility in the clomid board is that I may have popped out 2 or more eggs together so the extra shedding can cause this. Whatever it is I've def got AF, with cramps, couple of clots and banging headache.

Tee think if u know u def ovulated then prob wise to have a few days off the bbt. I sleep better knowing I don't have to take it. Cramps are common I had them on and off too through both pregnancies and seem to get them more this cycle in 2ww then before. Think some feel it more than others. I asked my friend if spotting a bad sign in 2ww and she says it can indicate low prog but with my high temps she doubts that was the case. She says sometimes after a big hormone crash or non ovulatory cycle previously the force of the egg or eggs popping out can cause spotting. It's common with clomid.

Kiki yes maybe u ovulated late like me? I got to day 34. Are u in the states for Christmas? that's nice. Hope you get a BFP and not AF.

Durez you must be exhausted if u have kept up the dtd's for a week. It's annoying that usually happens to me so now i just try every other day to cover myself through cycle.

Kate blood tests can pick up on thyroid issues. Hope you get it sorted soon. Hopefully you will be fine though. You must have finished school now so bet U are relieved! My ds threw up straight after his nativity on last day along with 2 others that day. Think the teacher was glad to finish

Wow DuRez, that's confusing! I don't know how CBFMs work, but presume high should mean imminent ovulation, is there a peak stage after high? Have you been having to keep up DTD?!
Kiki, I wouldn't be surprised if the logistics and stress of travel were drawing out your cycle. Perhaps you did ovulate late and you're still too early to get bfp. I can't remember if you do anything to track ovulation?

Temps still good here, so I think I'll stop doing the readings now, there's a clear pattern to suggest ovulation 6 days ago. Feeling quite crampy yesterday and this morning. I do feel like I suffer with cramps throughout my cycles (and during both pregnancies), I'm starting to wonder if that's indicating a problem. I've always been someone who gets cramps before AF, but I feel over the last year while trying, I'm noticing them more in the background basically all cycle round. Perhaps something I will mention if I ever go back to doctor about fertility.

Footy, did AF kick in properly yet? Temp dropped yet?

So as for me cycle day 33 still bfn but still no af either - guessing i ovulated really late and am in the states 8 hours behind uk so wondering if this us playing havoc with the never ending cycle...

I have to POAS yet again tomorrow... so far I have had 8 consecutive 'high' days on the CBFM. I wonder if tomorrow will be no. 9.

Footy I reckon you'll nail him down one way or another! Don't rule yourself out yet. Hopefully you'll ovulate late anyway and not have to stress about it. Just think Christmassy thoughts like you did when you conceived at Christmas last time!!
Beagles I usually have a 15 day LP. If I ovulated on a Thursday, I can expect AF by the Friday. I don't know much about EPO or cervix observations, but it can only be a good thing to be getting the watery cm early on?! Hopefully lots of ewcm will follow!!
Kate you poor thing, you are suffering! I think it's best you go in about your thyroid, just for your own general health and peace of mind if nothing else x

If it is some small comfort to anyone else, I too am having a rubbish cycle. (Not that we are meant to be trying properly again until at least Feb...) cd 17 and not a sniff of impending ovulation yet.

Trying to get up the courage to book a GP appointment to ask to get my thyroid checked. I've read hypothyroidism can stop conception and I used to take medication for it, but then I changed GP and moved and kinda just lost track! I think they will just fob me off cause my numbers were never that bad (which is also why I probably stopped taking my meds years ago), but I've looked at my old results and they were definitely outside levels recommended for conception and early pregnancy.

Tee, only think I'll miss the fw next cycle as DH refuses to dtd at his mums house! What's wrong with these men ? You'd think they would be grateful they are getting it on a plate. Saucy pants will be packed just incase although saying that I ovulated late this time so it might happen when we're back home. In that case, forget the pants.. He can beg! And wait.

Beagles, think I'll take clomid another cycle/ Googled about it, and basically if u stop it can mess your cycle up anyway.. So might just aswell keep going. Start taking it tomorrow. Just did an IC just to confirm I'm not preg! Bfn.
Not bleeding heavily at all though.. Still not enough for tampon?! Interesting to see what the temp does tomorrow. Never ever been up like this whilst AF starts. Even googled it and it's strange. It'll prob drop to the floor tomorrow. I had a few odd cycles of low temps. Are you keeping yourself warm enough night? Bed socks on?

Ah I'm sorry Footy I can't believe your temps are still up there?! It was sounding so promising. Hopefully the disappointment will be out of the way by Christmas Day, I usually find I start to feel much more positive a few days in. Jem that's pants you feel so rubbish Christmas week, but I'm quite jealous of your sofa, blanket, cat day!! Really hope the egg hangs around, but otherwise you can have a decent break over Christmas, not worry about drink etc. It's all about 2017.

DuRez I'm totally guilty of overthinking, wish I could live in the present more and stop planning, worrying and generally trying to control my future. I have a terrible habit of wishing time away, waiting to get to 'the next bit' in life. It's not healthy.

My temps are staying post ov range, so sure I am 5dpo, CD18. Due on 30th Dec, which is perfect really considering I have a New Years party to go to, so can either drink with everybody and let my hair down or quietly celebrate!

Footy love so sorry it wasn't your month don't feel bad for feeling low, it gets us all down at times. Be kind to yourself and start to focus on enjoying Christmas. Forget about next cycle for now if you can. It WILL happen next year for us - we will be enjoying our BFP s! For now it's time to give ourselves a break, get feet up and enjoy Christmas with family and friends x x x

Durez I have cut down but not given up alcohol all together. I think it helps me to relax at times too

Beagles I'm day 12 I think. Egg is due Friday / Saturday but DH is away Wednesday to Saturday. Ive also got a horrible virus! Am hot and got an awful painful tummy and really wiped out. Today will be sofa cat blanket and telly. Hoping it delays ovulation! Keep meaning to do an OPK - will do one today. Next wee!

Weird that my temp was 36.70 this morning but AF has started! Slow but red flow..

Headache has hit me. LP was 14 days so right on cue. Pleased I ovulated and at least I can get smashed tonight ;)

I went doing all my Christmas shopping tonight and there were hundreds of babies. Do you think sometimes we over complicate things?

DuRez, I have cut down but not cut out. At the start of cycle I take clomid and once I drank on one if those days and I was so so ill with vertigo and sickness so not tried it again!!
Like you I got pregnant with my ds after being drunk, was over Christmas and new year.

Had a bit of a cry this eve, been a long day! just feel exhausted by all of it. Sitting trying to work out next f/w which it will b impossible to dtd. So fed up trying to fit it in and its not even working.
I can't lie, but I did get my hopes up and feel it's all come crashing down, and not helping my DH is so insensitive. I told him Period might arrive shortly and he offered me a cup of tea and asked what I wanted to watch on tv. Thanks v much. I'll see what temp does in morning but pretty certain it's AF on route. I really wanted a special BFP Christmas present. Sorry I'm a bit down..
