My last period was 18th November. Usually spot on cycles and no bother whatsoever with bleeding in between

Quick check of calculator says I should be ovulating right now - we are not actively TTC but wouldn't mind if we did..

Now this today - sorry Sad..not heavy enough to be a period?! Is this what spotting is? Only blood when I wipe, it's pink/reddy so fresh blood; not brown..nowhere near enough to soak a pad or anything

Any ideas?

Looks exactly like my implantation bleed which also made me very crampy so I thought it was a false alarm. My false alarm is 6 now so I hope it's good news for you OP.
Gosh, I guess none of you click on any of the klaxon threads, you'd REALLY lose your shit then! Grin

The OP wants reassurance that it is implantation blood so not "everyone" knows what it is, Henderson the photo is indeed necessary.

I am not offended by the picture. I see this stuff at work all the time and much much worse. I have a stomach of steel.

I just think it is weird to post a picture of blood. We all know what light red blood looks like after all. Decidual casts and such? makes sense as that isn't something you see often.

So no, I'm not offended because it's blood from the vagina. I would say the same if someone posted a photo of a nose bleed.

Wow err okay, no need for the photo and the title doesn't give any indication of the horrors within.

No one is going to be able to diagnose your issue OP I'm afraid, with or without that photo. Conception is a cruel mistress and a waiting game, so hold out and see what happens. Good luck either way.

Not remotely fussed by the picture. The title pretty much tells you it's going to be something a bit visceral so I don't see the point in getting all prissy about it.

Hi op.
I had some spotting around when ovulation was due this month. I never ever bleed mid cycle so took a pregnancy test. It was positive, but I thought it would have been far too early to have been pregnant from this cycle. Ended up going to epu who have in fact confirmed that I did conceive this cycle but must have ovulated super early. I have a thread in conception if you are interested.

OP I had implantation bleeding with DS - could be. See what happens overnight, from (hazy) memory it didn't last long but a bit on/off couple of days (as per your photo but now and again when you wee). Yes prob a good idea to move to TTC threads - ps: you might need to change your username if drinking is now out...

I thought implantation bleeding was more brown? This looks like bleeding between periods and I'd get it checked out if I were you
