My last period was 18th November. Usually spot on cycles and no bother whatsoever with bleeding in between

Quick check of calculator says I should be ovulating right now - we are not actively TTC but wouldn't mind if we did..

Now this today - sorry Sad..not heavy enough to be a period?! Is this what spotting is? Only blood when I wipe, it's pink/reddy so fresh blood; not brown..nowhere near enough to soak a pad or anything

Any ideas?

No one is saying don't post the photo, but the title could have been clearer?

"Could this be an implantation bleed" (picture included)

We would then expect to find a picture of blood.

TMI photo included could mean anything!

Could be worse, could be a full on cervix shot.

OP could be a few things, I had implantation bleeding with DS a day or so before I was due on and it was similar to that.

Navy, I'm worried about your blood pressure.

Supportive can be normalising the picture, which clopy has done with gentle humour. It doesn't have to be a forensic analysis of the bloody tissue. In fact, what clopy has done is way more valuable.

What is strange is that you won't let it go. From the start of this thread you've reiterated over and over that this post shouldn't have been put in this forum. You've zeroed in on a particular user clopy and tried to instigate some kind of conflict. You've said how 'strange' it is that the OP posted the photo. In fact, you've only participated in this thread to post negative and critical comments. To me, that is strange. We get it. You don't think it's appropriate that the OP posted the photo. So stop revisiting the thread and trying to continue a non-existent argument.

Also, this old fashioned and childish attitude of bodily fluids being "gross" is in part why people don't report these kind of symptoms and potentially serious health issues are missed (bowel cancer/ cervical cancer). Can't imagine how comfortable she will feel taking that to her doctor having been humiliated here Angry

The op is worried, there is a TMI warning and people get off on sporners corner, which I love has far more graphically disgusting pictures.

I'm sorry if you've been made to feel ashamed by your body op - totally unnecessary. Other topics will be much more sensible (conception/general health).

Fwiw I have often had mid-cycle bleeding - just one of those (hormonal/friable cervix) kind of things according to the doc. Keep an eye on it.

I know there were and I hope that the op has read them. But there was a lot of derailment about how "disgusting" the photo is, which has kind of overshadowed the advice imo. And I suspect that's why the op hasn't been back.

Maybe she wanted to "chat" about it and didn't realise that it is an apparent faux pas? Most threads in chat could be placed in another category really.
The point is she was looking for advice, and got shot down instead.
