So I am on cd19!!!! Scan just showed NO follicle growth... they took bloods to check on LH... but if I surge, follicle is not big enough. I am on a milk IV...!!!! Joke but I am going to chug as much as I can stand today.
Dr not overly worried apparently this can happen with PCOS ladies - I am sure earlier cold and constant work stress is not helping!!!!
Scan booked for tomorrow...

Anyone got any clue what is going on with my temps this cycle? I had a negative OPK yesterday (CD7) as expected but I don't know why they're jumping about so much. I have been a bit restless in my sleep lately but never fully woken up before my alarm.

Music, I find with pre-seed less is more. Too much and he's liable to slip right out of you!! Also there's less friction which is less enjoyable for both of you ... just use a tiny bit to ease entrance in my experience. When I first tried it I used the amount the box recommended and it was like a freaking water slide. As for LSFX timing ... can't help you there, I'm finding DH every month is able to perform until the critical day. Then it just doesn't happen :( We've had to resort to medicine syringes and softcups a couple of months.

I'm Kav - age 37, currently on cycle - er, 11, I think? Never had a sniff of a bfp in all that time. Waiting to get fertility treatment set up and currently smack in the middle of the FW. Still OPKing but pretty much nothing else as I've learned to keep hopes and expectations to a minimum.

Music it is difficult! Try and keep it fun / relaxed. I find doing it when I get in from work takes pressure off. The odd morning shag too, mix it up. We also like having music on! And I make sure DH knows I'm enjoying it - not just doing it because we have to. I totally praise him for being a hero / stallion at the end of fertile week too. Think that helps! Haha

I do really worry about DH's reaction to planned LSFX. I told him we needed to get busy once or twice this week to make sure his spermies were in good shape before FW (starts this weekend hopefully) but it felt a bit of a struggle last night and that wasn't even a high pressure event - no positive OPKs or anything. He is really stressed with work at the moment so that isn't helping and is due to continue for the next 3 weeks. Any tips?!

SMEP would be a no go for us as consecutive days are too much for him and I don't want to get him started too far before O and him get LSFX fatigue!

Jam we didn't because it isn't fertile week yet so it was just a practice run! How much do you use and when do you put it up there?

In happy news my temp went down today so I'm pretty confident that I didn't O ridiculously early. Really need to not get hung up on daily temps! Can that be a new thread rule? Lol

Tenner we have started on the preseed this cycle. First use was last night. Thumbs up from me. DH was fairly ambivalent. He said it felt different but not necessarily better or worse. I'll take that! We only used a small amount so don't know whether we'd need to use more than that for it to be effective.

FX for FRER this morning Alexia and anyone else POAS. Star I totally get why you'd want to hold off for now.

Thanks Music. This is CD 33. I'm usually a 31 day cycle although I have had a couple of slightly longer ones. I'm scared of the crushing disappointment of a BFN. Haven't poas for months as AF has always shown up. Don't plan to test until weekend if I make it that far.

I thought AF was arriving yesterday as I had very pale brown mucus, not enough to be classed as spotting but I figured that would quickly follow. Since getting home from work & through the night there hasn't been anything on my pantyliner. I'm hoping so badly AF stays away & this is a good sign.

Alexia. I keep forgetting to ask. Do you have a pro account for your FF. I really love all your custom data tracking at the bottom of your chart!!! I'd love to be able to do that.

It's the sperm meets egg plan. If I've read it correctly (based on a 28 day cycle) it's:

Dtd every other day beginning cd8
Dtd on +opk day and the 2 days after, miss a day, then one more BD.

Eg for my 30 day cycle
BD cd 9, 11, 13, 14 (+opk day) 15, 16, 18

Seems a lot but hey ho. Needs must

SMEP is exhausting, I just ramp things up around positive opk and try to have sex 2-3 times a week either side of it.

I'm trying SMEP too Tenner CD15 here and no positive OPK though.

Took a week or so off when AF arrived and jeepers yous have been busy!

Temped last month, didn't like it at all, really stressed me out and dominated all my awake and sleeping thoughts. So no temping this month.

Going to try SMEP. Anyone tried it before? Seems like an awful lot of BDing. I've ordered some pre-seed from online too, might as well give it a bash.

Took decision to go it alone last March/April, started with FC in May, first IUI in September 2015.
Since then 5 IUIs, 1 stimulated IVF with a BFP and sadly a MC at 8 weeks, then did natural IVF, then a hycosy and I am hopefully going to do natural IUI this cycle - cd18 and still follicle is not ready!
I like to use PMA as much as possible
I am 42 so the geriatric of the bunch - I take a lot if supplements to aid egg quality
I have PCOS and only 1 ovary
We are all in perfect time and it is gonna be BFP city!

bluebird you can do it!!! IVF really is not that terrifying - and I am here to hold your hand if need be. The important thing is you have options.
I always thought any baby if mibe would come about from chukka-chukka but in the end Prince Charming has not come, there has been skance chukka-chukka but I still might have a baby!!!

My cousin told me a story last week - a friend of hers was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, so they removed both ovaries only to realise it was actually bowel cancer - which luckily they were able to cut out. She went on to do IVF with her own eggs and now has a lovely baby.

Been to fertility clinic today for our first appointment. Have been referred straight to IVF as IUI or clomid not really an option. I'm devastated that this isn't going to happen without IVF and Terrified I won't be able to do it.

Slight male factor (poor morphology)
I Opk, temp, take EPO until I ovulate as hardly get any EWCM then vit b complex to lengthen short luteal phase
Tried and gave up acupuncture and Chinese woo herbs (3 mths)
Had a lap and dye with hysteroscopy in July - found 1 tiny patch of endo and 2 fibroids on outside of uterus (they said won't stop me getting preggo)
Old timer feeling old and barren but in good company

Alexia YES!!!!! That is a bloody line!

Good Luck for tomorrow but I reckon that'll be a great line on a FRER!
