Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (AF) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww. That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier.

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We like it when the grads stick around too. No question is too daft. We have opk experts, temp experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

Great PMA jem. Proud of you. Will make a note to book hair cut and something nice for DH and I to do together for day period is due next - 24th Nov as think it's a great idea.
Any news from the scan kwick?

LondonJem · 11/11/2016 15:57

Gee the compatible thing has occurred to me too. Maybe they just don't get on Confused not long at all your referral that's exciting.

It's ironic how much better I feel today. The anticipation really is the worst bit for me - combined with all the hormones. Getting my period really does make me feel better Hmm

DH spoke to the receptionist and she said your results are normal no further action required. I was like "what are the numbers I need numbers!" Dozy receptionist couldn't give him them so I've told him to go in person and ask to see them!

Going out for dinner tonight with DH and friends, got flat viewings tomorrow then a hair cut. Determined to feel positive and not let this shit get me down. PMA!!! FlowersFlowersFlowers

sk1pper · 11/11/2016 15:43

Jem - ahhh no way, I don't know why but I thought cycle 11 was going to be the one for you. Try to have a PMA though, you're taking lots of positive steps already xx

Starmist · 11/11/2016 15:23

Kwick loving the positive womble thoughts! Hope your scan went ok? Been keeping my FX for you today.

Inspector sorry about ur results Sad as others have said, hopefully there is something that can be done. At least you have a good batch of eggs.

Hopeful yes, having my scan to check if any fertility issues. I'm sure they can sort your fibroids, try not to worry.

Oh Jem I'm so sorry FlowersFlowersFlowers

AliceScarlett · 11/11/2016 15:00

I'm actually alright, been expecting it to come so not surprised at all.

A better way to be I think. Disappointment is horrible.

geeup · 11/11/2016 14:25

Sorry jem that af got you but glad you felt prepared for it and you have a friend in RL to talk too.
Alexia - we DTD last night (again docs orders of EOD) - felt counter intuitive to not do it when I could feel the follicle bursting! Will try again tomorrow am and hopefully Sunday although with male factor, DHs ejaculate will probably have barely any sperms left by then. Worth a try though.
Yes I do appear to have vaguely regular cycles - although they haven't been that regular over past 18 mths. Maybe the vitamin b and/or clomid is helping regulate me after all. It's a good thing and bad thing - with a regular cycle and perfectly timed DTD, it's still not happening so something must be wrong :(. I sometimes worry DHs sperm and my egg just aren't compatible. Roll on end of Nov for our IVF referral! 2 weeks to go...

MrsG280516 · 11/11/2016 14:20

Got my fx Jem

CD4 today and it feels like time is going extremely slowly, I just want to get back on with ovulating!!

AlexiaB · 11/11/2016 14:15

Jem that lunch and chat sounds like it was just what you needed today Flowers Keeping fx!!

thanks girls Flowers

I'm actually alright, been expecting it to come so not surprised at all. Also just had lunch with a friend who told me she's been trying since February with no luck. We had a good old chat about it and I feel like it's helped me get it in perspective.

Don't think DH has called up yet - will chase him! Keep your fx...

AlexiaB · 11/11/2016 14:04

Sorry Gee.. When did you*. Your charts are very pretty too! You have very regular cycles which is great and your timing has been spot on.

Winging good luck with dtd every other day this cycle. Will you still be temping and doing opks or just relaxing?

AlexiaB · 11/11/2016 13:57

Jem I'm so sorry hun Flowers {hugs} That really sucks! Sad How did your DH's result go today?

Music that all sounds normal to me. Cd19 isn't that late (although it'd be nicer earlier!) and 6 days is normal especially as it's lighter near the end. It most likely means you have a nice thick lining which is good! My temp was down today but still post O range for me. Praying for crosshairs tomorrowHmm

Skipper hope you feel better soon Flowers Being sick could have delayed O for you. Lol at your OHShock

Inspector I'm so sorry to hear that FlowersFlowers I hope you're okay. As others have said there will be options available to you. Natural IVF is a great shout (Create Fertility offer this). If you're looking for positives- it's better to have a high AMH than low so the good news is you have lots of eggs and you will have a baby. Keep positive Flowers When do you get your DH's SA results?

Kwick How did your scan go? Great PMA as always Smile

Gee when did dtd in the end?

Harriet hope the next 6 weeks fly by for you!

Sorry jem FlowersChocolate

HepKestrel · 11/11/2016 11:02

sorry Jem

harrietm87 · 11/11/2016 10:58

Sorry jem and inspector.

I just saw a lovely thread on the conception board where someone has had a bfp having given up a year before aged 42 after 7 years of ttc - we should all take heart!

No news from me. 6 weeks before we start ttc (again). Saw pregnant friend recently who was looking gorgeous - happy for her but so broody!

AliceScarlett · 11/11/2016 10:30

Sorry Jem :(

MrsG280516 · 11/11/2016 10:29

Sorry Jem AF is such a witch SadFlowersChocolate

LondonJem · 11/11/2016 10:12

Day 1, cycle 12 Sad

At least I was expecting it this month.

AliceScarlett · 11/11/2016 09:39

Hep

Sorry to hear you're feeling down. I don't think it is surprising taking into account what you have gone through.

Kwick

Fx for good results today!

Inspector

What news :( I think you're doing very well with it, I'd be so angry. I do hope that there are other options to explore before IVF. Getting fertility GP appts is so difficult isn't it.

Mouse

After 1st proper AF, hopefully soon 1st proper Ov!

Hope

I had a fibroid and a cyst when they scanned me too. They said it was nothing to worry about.

Skipper and Starmist Good luck with your tests. Feels like a lot of us are getting to that stage.

I'm 18dpo and 3 days late according to FF. POA£5 this morning: snowy white BFN. Slight cramps but no other signs. Absolutely hate limbo land.

kwick · 11/11/2016 09:21

Inspector I am sorry about your AMH results - but do not discount IVF just yet - you may be able to do "natural" IVF when you are not given any drugs to stimulate follicle growth. Not all FCs offer it but I do believe it is becoming more widely available.

hopeful I think it depends where the fibroids are where they can negatively impact fertility.

Waiting for my scan...

LondonJem · 11/11/2016 08:33

Sorry about the AMH news penguin that must have been a shock. As the others have said you have plenty of eggs so I hope they can help you make this work. Hope you're alright Flowers

sk1pper · 11/11/2016 07:52

Sorry inspector Flowers

I don't know a hugh amount about the AMH hormone but you need to speak to your Doc about next steps. There must be other things to try before IVF. On the positive, you'll have a huge pool of easily accessible eggs for IVF, because of the high levels. I know someone with the same problem and their first round was successful. Probably doesn't make you feel any better but you've got eggs and sperm, that's all you need. (Hugs)

geeup · 11/11/2016 07:17

*shitty!

geeup · 11/11/2016 07:17

I'm sorry you've had that shorty news inspector. However it's worth pointing out that AMH tells you how many eggs you have left, not how many there are if I understand correctly. There's loads of stories on other threads about people having babies naturally with high AMH. I know it's a shock though so I understand it's very upsetting. Flowersfor you.

sk1pper · 10/11/2016 21:55

Hope - I've had a pelvic scan (for both fertility and heavy periods) but I got the all clear. They mentioned things like fibroids and water sacs, it's what they tend to look for. I know it's disheartening but I believe fibroids are easily treated with medicine. Do you have to go back to the Doctors for the results? They should give you something to clear them up. Xx

Hopefulbunny · 10/11/2016 21:48

Hi Guys,

Hope you are all okay. Star and London Jem, you said you both have Pelvic scans soon, I had mine today due to heavy AF and the lady said I have Fibroids! I know it's silly but I got quite upset after because whilst they are very common they can cause problems with implantation.

Are you having your to check fertility wise ?

I'm trying to stay positive.
