Congratulations dani from a fellow cycle 13-er! So good to see it can still happen!Grin

I am cycle day 26 and af is starting early I think. I don't have any fertility issues (that I know of) but only just started testing.Confused
Good luck to those still on the bus, I'll be mooching on over to Dec bus shortly!

SoozC · 14/11/2016 12:53

Congrats dani!

sand, sorry to hear you feel as though af is coming, fx it's not! I'm still in limbo but very small, very very pale pink on tissue when I wiped today so think af will arrive tonight. At least I can move on to next cycle now.

Lulu298 · 14/11/2016 11:19

Yay dani! That's a great line. Cross fingers it's a sticky one. Your body will take over now and do all these amazing, natural things so hope you can relax and enjoy it a little bit xx

sandsandwiches · 14/11/2016 09:53

Oh dani that's a great line! So glad all your hard work paid off, hope it's a super sticky one.
Sorry to dichotomous hope dec bus is your lucky one. & soozc the waiting period (no pun intended) is awould isn't it Sad I'm a bit crampy so also gearing up for af or it's implantation....symptom spotting time Confused

MissMagpie · 14/11/2016 09:45

Congrats Dani. Amazing news. Really hope all goes well for you. xxx

u02aml7 · 14/11/2016 09:37

Congratulations dani! Very pleased to hear your good news.

Sorry to those getting af :(

I am on day 35 and still nothing. I had some very light pink over the weekend and now nothing again. Its torture not knowing what is going on in your own body!

eckythumpenallthat · 14/11/2016 09:31

congratulations dani that's fantastic news :)

bluesdetoi · 14/11/2016 09:07

Dazedandconfusedtoomuchpeppa · 14/11/2016 09:02

RoseValleyRambles · 14/11/2016 08:47

Congrats dani! Must be such good news after trying so long. How exciting! Grin

rogl · 14/11/2016 07:49

Congrats dani!! I hope the best for you and you have a lovely smooth pregnancy it sounds like you definitely deserve it!!

danigrace · 14/11/2016 07:44

Sorry to hear that Dichoto, best of luck in Dec.

Well here I am... 13/14dpo of month 13 of trying (bad anovulatory pcos), only the 2nd time I've definitely ovulated (and the first I came on my period a few days later). So this is the first 'proper' cycle I've been able to make my body have, and omg I've worked hard for it. Looks like it all may have paid off... Must admit after all I've been through the past couple of years, although I am happy, I feel like I'm waiting to have the rug pulled out from under my feet. Eek. Really hope that's not the case!!

Good luck on the next bus Dichotomous CakeSmile

SoozC · 14/11/2016 07:20

Sorry to hear it, Dichotomous. Wine Chocolate

I'm technically not out yet but I should be: af now two days late but no symptoms, bfn and slowly dropping temp. Sad

DichotoMous · 14/11/2016 07:12

Well I'm officially out this cycle as AF has shown up this morning (albeit 1 day late). I'm going to hop over to the December bus - onwards and upwards! Wishing all the November passengers lots of luck x

MissMagpie · 13/11/2016 21:07

Thanks dani. That was an interesting read. This next 10 days is going to be looong!

eckythumpenallthat · 13/11/2016 20:50

When TTC dd I found OPK a sodding nightmare. I used the cheapest off amazon and by my eye I never got a positive result but obviously ovulated otherwise I wouldn't have had dd. They did literally drove me crazy as they always seemed fainter than the control.

bluesdetoi · 13/11/2016 20:49

Thanks ladies, I'll test again tomorrow to make sure!

Good luck tomorrow dani!

danigrace · 13/11/2016 20:17

Tentative thanks Sands Smile

Welcome Ecky & Rose

Magpie I found this pretty useful/interesting glowing.com/community/topic/72057594037976919/your-two-week-wait-day-by-day

Blues I reckon you might get your positive tomorrow, that's not far off. Like Sands said, I found they can take a good 5 min to go as dark as they will.

I'm so scared for testing again tomorrow morning. Eek.

MotherofUnicorns · 13/11/2016 20:15

blues it looks like that is slightly darker than my baseline test line so it might mean that it will get gradually darker over teh next few days. In my experience (2months) it gets darker and darker pretty quickly (2-3days worth) and then goes back to baseline. I would keep on it and hopefully you'll see a change soon....

sandsandwiches · 13/11/2016 20:06

My autocorrect hates me. Deforgotten if definitely!

sandsandwiches · 13/11/2016 20:05

Ha thanks sooz glad I'm not being too abusive Blush
I found opks quite complicated too blue in theory if it's not as dark as control it's negative as its just showing your baseline lh level but I found I was abandoning the test too quick. Only realised I'd deforgotten ovulated this cycle as I went back into bathroom 10 mins later and test had gone a lot darker with the proper time- I was being too impatient!

MrsG280516 · 13/11/2016 19:44

Hi Blues yes it's normal to get faint lines at any point in your cycle, as the hormone LH is always present but surges just before ovulation. For some people the line never gets as dark as the control line but I would keep hold of the tests so you can compare.

bluesdetoi · 13/11/2016 19:39

Guys do you get faint lines on your OPKs or are they always very clear when positive? The packaging on my test says it's negative if it's only a faint line, but this is the first time I'm getting anything other than just 1 line, so I'm inclined to believe it's positive?

Have a look and let me know what your experiences are.Smile

I'm cd20 danigrace, so its getting ridiculous at this point. I have no idea if we managed to get it done when we were supposed to.

I've been having stabbing pains today so will definitely be testing for ovulation as soon as I get home (I'm at the in-laws).

Goddamn the female reproductive system, why is our plumbing so complicated?! Lol
