Mouse I've honestly feel like AF is on its way. You're not out yet!

MouseLove · 17/10/2016 18:03

Yay Rose!! Seee preggers!!
I have a feeling AF will make an appearance tomorrow when I have a funeral to attend. Sod's law. I got a little upset before reading about all your long cycles. I feel a little of my hope and good spirits slipping away. Sad

MrsRose87 · 17/10/2016 17:49

This is my last test. I'm just going to let nature take its course. What will be will be.

Purple once you've officially missed your period the FMU thing doesn't matter. AF was due Saturday.

Mira I know you probably hear lots of stories about couples who take a while to conceive, but it's not the end of the road. It took my mother 18 months to conceive me and that was almost 30 years ago. Please don't give up hope Flowers

I'm day 26 and having brown spotting so think I'm off this bus. This marks end of our 12th cycle, so now looking at considering fertility treatment, we can't really afford more than one cycle thoughSad
So not fair, never thought I would have trouble conceiving. Just so cross and frustrated!!
(Will bugger off to infertility or November thread now)
Good luck all x

PurpleHaze1 · 17/10/2016 16:56

Rose the first few days after my BFP I had lots of cramps. I think it was just everything stretching. As you don't know when you ovulated you might be testing earlier than you think which would explain the faint lines. Also did you use FMU? They're definitely there though! I'm keeping everything crossed for you (())

Mouse, I admire your restraint! Smile

Think I'm going to pop out and get a digital test. Only one though so I'm not tempted to use the 2nd one next week.

MissMagpie · 17/10/2016 14:50

Oh Rose try and relax. It is still positive now and it's not certain you will MC by any means. It is hugely stressful and worrying but you can only look after yourself and try to keep calm. Big hugs.

MrsRose87 · 17/10/2016 14:35

I don't think I'd be half this bat shit crazy if I just had a proper BFP. With DD I did 6 tests in one day, all POSITIVE so never tested again but this time and the last these faint positives are really stressing me out. I didn't have any cramps with DD, just round ligament pain. I'm so stressed out about it now.

MouseLove · 17/10/2016 14:29

The way I see it is, what's another week wait if I have to wait 9 months. Its not going to change the outcome either way if I wait. I'd rather AF turn up than me keep testing like a mad woman and then AF turn up late.

Rose, I'd say you are defo pregnant. Relax and enjoy it. Being stressed isn't going to help BUT stomach cramps are a sign of early pregnancy. Totally normal. And I shouldn't know that because I promised myself I wouldn't google... but I did. So hey ho!! Wink

MrsRose87 · 17/10/2016 14:24

Mouse trying so hard to stay positive but it's really not working. Just want one strong BFP so I can stop being on bloody sticks and let nature do its thing. How can you hold out for so long? I'don't be going crazy by now.

MouseLove · 17/10/2016 14:20

Rose stay positive!!!! Looks positive and FX it's super sticky.

Still no AF over here. I'm just staying relaxed about it. Hmm

MrsRose87 · 17/10/2016 13:43

Magpie I had these pains this month. Not sure how many DPO as not sure when I ovulated. On a normal cycle it would have been 6/7DPO. Could welloyds be implantation.

MrsRose87 · 17/10/2016 13:30

Still very faint and lots of cramps today. I'm thinking miscarriage #2 is on its way.

Congratulations to the new BFPs!! Grin

Does anyone else get really horny during their fertile week?

Over the last few days I haven't been able to take myself off YouTube where I'm watching videos of a certain boy band and videos of an X Factor contestant and having very naughty thoughts about them all.. Grin

MissMagpie · 17/10/2016 09:52

I am still getting several sharp pains in the womb area. They are sudden and then go away for hours until the next one.

I am about 10dpo I think and am on cd30 (cycles are usually 35 days ish).

My thought process is:
could be implantation pains but I know not everyone thinks that these really exist.
Or it could be some cyst again but on the other side to the one I had to go to the doctor about earlier in the month.

Don't know whether to wait for a AF to turn up or not and do a POAS or to book a Dr appt and say I need to know what's going on as these pains are causing me a lot of discomfort.

lousylear · 17/10/2016 00:41

Yes who knows! Have now started using opk but nothing yet. Good luck sand.

sandsandwiches · 16/10/2016 23:49

Or could just be cycles sorting themselves out lousy... They do say it can take months after coil coming out and they might be different. Frustrating though when you're ttc but try not to worry about early menopause yet! I know its easier said than done... I'm first cycle off pill and think I'm in 2ww but who knows?!

lousylear · 16/10/2016 23:38

Had coil removed 25 July. First cycle 42 days. Now on 2nd cycle, cd 46 today. I'm 41 so I guess could be peri menopause. Although no one in my family was anywhere near as young as me.

MrsRose87 · 16/10/2016 23:31

Sand definitely worse. I'm now praying that it sticks and dreading the sickness. I'm so ready for pregnancy (even if it's bad like #1), we just want to complete our family so badly. Good luck to everyone in the 2WW and newly pregnant. My fingers (and legs) are crossed for everyone.

sandsandwiches · 16/10/2016 23:21

First 12 weeks is worse than the 2ww...in many ways anyway. fingers crossed for you all.

What's your cycle normally like lousy? Sorry if I missed when you said. Frustrating to be so many days PO and still bfn though!

MrsRose87 · 16/10/2016 22:55

Thanks Purple. Congratulations to you too. I'm just trying to get through these first 12 weeks.

PurpleHaze1 · 16/10/2016 22:50

Massive congratulations Rose! I'm so happy for you Grin All going well my plan is to tell everyone on Christmas Day too!

Sand when I had my early scan I was 6 weeks and she was very much still attached to egg. She then explained that until the placenta takes over fully the baby gets most of its nutrients from the egg rather than the mother. This makes me feel a bit better. I did an IC yesterday and it was very much negative so though stuff it I'm having a drink. It was totally worth it too.

lousylear · 16/10/2016 22:28

I'm going to test again next Saturday, when I will be cd52. No sign of AF yet.

sandsandwiches · 16/10/2016 22:02

Yes I have had a couple... don't feel too guilty mrsrose I don't think it actually makes a difference in first few days til proper implantation. I did some research with DD1 as my BFP was unexpected after a boozy wedding! Ah the innocence of ttc pre ovia etc Confused
