I think the AF like cramps (different and stronger) lasted for a week after missed AF. The wind type pain and hot skin stayed until I was approaching six weeks. I remember panicking when I Lost my only pathetic symptoms! Have you told your sister yet? She'll have everything lined up for you! Such a feel good thread today. Delighted! Hoping for similar stories soon everyone!

Back to square one. CD 1. Actually pretty relieved as I have my big meeting tomorrow to figure out what my notice period is. Hopefully leaving at the end of term, but will see!!

Yes I remember, your story always gave me a bit of hope even when I felt AF was imminent. You had usual cramps didn't you? When did those tail off, do you remember? I still have that familiar AF ache feeling... x

Noting wildly unusual CM wise Footy, but as with everything else I did take note of what I observed and generally noticed it got a bit gluey and slightly yellow if anything. Not tonnes of it tho. If we weren't ttc I wouldn't have noticed.
Nipples and boobs feeling quite different today, getting some sharp pains and definitely more sensitive. The boobs can be trusted again!!

Tee did u have change of cm this week at all? Your Christmas announcement will be so special!

I'm so frustrated Mimi with the clomid as its messed up my cycle. I did so well with the deeds and haven't even ovulated. This effort is draining me how you getting on?

Jem I felt much the same as you this month. Completely hopeless and like I was just repeating the same 'useless' sequence of events. 2ww was as agonising as ever and as you know felt adamant AF was coming for me. Your bfp will be the most wonderful surprise. I feel like you've been on a similar journey to me, just a few steps behind... think you started ttc the month after me, then you did the rounds of acupuncture, and now going through initial fertility tests. Got my fingers crossed for your bfp in 2 weeks! x

Jem, I know soooo many people who fell around the year mark, stay positive it's definitely going to happen for you soon too. I think I must have relaxed more subconsciously going through those initial tests. Have you had any bloods taken yet?
Mimi it took me ages to get sleep last night, mind and heart racing! I won't be doing more tests other than maybe 1 more in a weeks time as the CB pack DH picked up included x2. Be nice to see the weeks indicator go up. I'm going to really try and not get paranoid/stressed about MC. That won't help or stop anything. I'm feeling calm and content this morning.
Already looking at dates, 12 weeks will be Christmas Eve and rough due date 6th July. DS starts school in the September. I really wanted them to have time together before he's shipped off for the day all week, didn't want him feeling he'd been replaced which is why I was stressing about the age gap.

Funnily I bought a new coat myself on Friday. Which was quite fitted! So hoping the theory will work for me soon

Oh congratulations tee that's amazing. I'm really really pleased for you. I stopped aspirin when I got my BFP. But kept on with vit d, folic acid and iron.

Yes I say all you ttc'ers go out and buy a new coat immediately!!
I'm afraid I don't have any wonderful tips on what we did 'right' this time, as the DTD pattern was much the same as previous months (incidentally was CD5,9,10,11,12) OD was CD12. All I can conclude is that it's pure luck! For me personally tho, it was my first normal (no clots) period since my MC in March, so feel like something wasn't right there for a little while. I'm sure the 2 months acupuncture I did in previous 2 cycles helped set me up with a good healthy lining. I'm wondering whether I go back to him in early pregnancy until in a more safer zone?! And also whether I keep up the baby aspirin!
Symptoms wise, only things out of the ordinary were the bloody nose 7dpo and that peculiar episode on Thursday evening when I felt all hot, nauseous, and like I had really painful trapped wind (without the wind!) @ 15dpo. Tiny bit of spotting but I still think that might have been the smear. God, can't believe I was pregnant while I had the scan and the smear!! DH is happy he doesn't have to do his sample after all!
