Hey ladies- I was just wondering if anyone had made any major changes to their diet when they started TTC? I don't have a majorly unhealthy diet but am really not clued up at all about things to eat more/less of! Any advice would be great 😊

MishyBakes · 08/08/2016 20:00

Glad we can be cycle buddies Baker! I started running three weeks ago (after acl rehab), so I'm with you on the exercise/distraction technique Smile

BakerJ · 08/08/2016 19:36

Evening all,

I'm jumping on board from the August bus as AF arrived this morning.

I'm TTC #1 and so disappointed to be onto cycle 4 so have decided to just focus on looking after myself this month and am rejoining the gym to take my mind of TTC.

michy just noticed our stats are the same, I'm also starting cycle 4 and due to test 6th sept! X

Vanillaradio · 08/08/2016 18:18

Hi all.
Jumping on from August bus after af arrived this morning.
Ttc #2
Cycle 3
Cd 1.
Testing around about 6th September.
Fx for this month for all

MishyBakes · 08/08/2016 11:38

Hello everyone, coming over from the August bus. AF started this morning, 2 days earlier than I anticipated. So...

TTC #1
Cycle 4
CD1
Due to test: 6th Sept

Will be going cold turkey and doing my best not to test until AF is due this time. Psychologically I can't manage the disappointment otherwise. Our family know we are TTC, and they are being lovely, but I think they didn't expect it to take long for us. Both sets of parents and brother in law have all conceived on their first go, so I don't think they know how to support us, or quite understand what we are experiencing. Sorry, rant over. Hope this is a lucky bus for you all!

Lizziedoll · 08/08/2016 09:23

mcbaby lets do this! Wink

misstiggiwinkle · 08/08/2016 08:28

Good morning all,

Jumping on from the August bus as the witch arrived :-(

Ttc #2
Cycle 8
Cd 1
Due to test around the 7th Sept

Here's hoping for a lucky bus!

It'll be my 4th cycle after early mc at 7 weeks. Have delayed trying again til now. Feeling really nervous, but hoping this time will be different.
All the best ladies. Really hope September is our month.

Sewingupa5torm · 07/08/2016 20:18

Hi guys Smile can I join? I'm 28 and TTC#1. This is my last week of cerazette and can't wait to start trying! I already have a bunch of opk 's on order Blush

McBaby · 07/08/2016 19:33

Lizziedoll I should be testing at a similar time if this cycle is normal!

MrsGsnow18 · 07/08/2016 19:09

Begining* not begging

MrsGsnow18 · 07/08/2016 19:09

Hi Lizzie, I remember you too! I remember us being similar ages and similar cycle days of I remember in July.
I'm so sorry to hear about your MC. Flowers

I don't think it'll be my FW until begging of Sept unfortunately. I would have liked to have been testing again with you.

Lizziedoll · 07/08/2016 17:30

mrsgsnow hello I remember you from the July bus. That's the month I got pg but mc'd Sad

Lizziedoll · 07/08/2016 17:27

Age 29
TTC #1
Cycle #1 after mc

I'll be testing September 2 as it'll be exactly 6 weeks after my mc and doctor told me AF expected 4-6 weeks after mc.

Is anyone else TTC after a mc or testing early September and wants to buddy up?

FlashingLights · 07/08/2016 16:04

Hi Ladies,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm having my implant out this week so can I hop on? Smile
Age - 25
TTC#2
Not quite yet cycle #1
I have no periods with my implant and am nervous about what to expect once its out! Prior to my 1st, my cycles were 33 days - but I haven't had a 'normal' period since 2009 so who knows what they'll be now.
Wishing everyone lots of luck!!

Snailer83 · 07/08/2016 13:10

Hi Ladies

Hoping to jump on the September bus for our first month of TTC#1. Excited to get started as it has seemed liked an eternity to finally get to the point where we ready to start trying!
Hope it's a lucky bus!

babydances · 07/08/2016 12:33

Hi ladies. I'm still lurking to see how everyone is getting on.
But not trying till Autumn.
Wishing everyone luck xxx

PhoenixBlaze · 04/08/2016 21:28

Hi, can I also hop on? Like previous poster (bairn I think it was?) I'm technically not officially trying until the end of the month, but really hoping to conceive a honeymoon baby in Sep! Currently on the pill and coming off at end of the month (24th) in time for an AF-free wedding at beginning of Sep...

Phoenix

TTC: 2

I know I'm hopping on early but to be honest I've been ready to try for number two for about 18 months so this has been a looooooong time coming! (We decided to get married and have a child-free honeymoon/ last hoorah of our 20s before TTC!) It's probably safe to say I've been counting down to TTC as much as I have to our weddingBlushBlushBlush

Maybe I could lurk and be a virtual cheerleader until I can jump in at the end of the month?!

bairnsangs · 04/08/2016 21:02

Hi "writer" - thanks for the welcome and the reassuring words Smile really good to hear at this stage when the anxious mind and Google have been running away with me a bit!

Looking forward to (hopefully) TTC on the bus waves

Writerwannabe83 · 04/08/2016 20:21

Hi bairns and welcome!

When I was TTC#1 both DH and I were so desperate to get started but due to Mirena issues we had a delay of about 8 weeks and I was soooo pissed off Grin

I had to have my Smear about 3 weeks ago and I did wonder whether I should put TTC on hold until the results came back but mine were thankfully fine.

Try not to worry about your colposcopy, I hear it's very common for women to be called in for them following smears and everything be fine Flowers

So even if you can't TTC yet it's nice to see you on the bus and you will no doubt learn a lot about the joys of TTC which will give you a good head start when you get the "go ahead" after your Mirena removal Grin
