lucie I had no breakthrough bleed and af arrived after 28 days, I've been on either the pill or depo injection for last 9 years so was very surprised! I was on cerazette too.

I've just done my first opk (cd 8) as due to a few different things we can't normally dtd every other day, once or twice a week is about as often as I can bear to deal with the pain after! It's not quite positive but not far off, test line nearly as dark as control, don't know whether to test again later today or leave til tomorrow?

LuciBee231015 · 31/07/2016 09:36

Last pill taken this morning ladies. Guess it's just the waiting game for me now. Breakthrough bleed and af, who knows how long I'll be waiting!

Johno85 · 30/07/2016 12:38

Hey team ttc. I only get internet in certain bars restaurants over here so not had time to read through the posts while I've been away. Will have a good catchup when home.

Cold turkey cycle going amazing here in Turkey. Cycle day 9 and I cannot believe how less stressful it his having time away from bbt and feeling up my cervix Grin

Good luck to anyone testing Soon X

Jjspoon · 30/07/2016 12:15

Cookie good for you for booking the hol. I have a hen do abroad next April and don't know what to do about it now. When I got my BFP I was due 6th March so was going to cancel but had the mc before telling her so now I don't know what to do! If we conceived again soon then I'll be heavily pregnant but at the same time it could take ages to happen again. All such a pain isn't it!

Helpmeconceive · 29/07/2016 10:51

Heya girlies havnt stopped going this month either af started 9 days ago so on cd 17 cycle 5 that cycle was 41 days compared to the others which were
Cycle 1 29
Cycle 2 65
Cycle 3 60
Cycle 4 41
Say there going down no pains of sign of ovulation yet so this it's gona be another long cycle :(

Loulabelle1990 · 29/07/2016 10:35

Pesky and Claire I live in bexleyheath Smile so not too far!

I am feeling a bit down today. Just found out my friend is 10 weeks gone and she only came off the pill in April. What are we doing so wrong??

Pleased for your positive OPK's ladies!! I have just been DTD every other day and hoping that will work! Had a lot of EWCM this week too so fingers crossed. I usually get ov pains cookie, but this month they have been non existent! Not even a twinge! I wish I knew what was happening down there! xxx

Cookie22 · 29/07/2016 10:31

Ps is anyone putting anything on hold specifically because of ttc? I've just booked a hol for my 30th in March. I was swithering whether to do this as I know if I do (hopefully) get a bfp within the next few months then I won't be able to fly. I booked anyway, with the logic that I can't keep putting plans on hold because I'm waiting on my bfp! Xx

Cookie22 · 29/07/2016 10:27

Wow, it's so busy in here! So interested to read about cutting out chocolate. I had no idea this would be beneficial! I love my chocolate! Next month I may try this...

So sorry to hear of AF Bobo babes! What a horror Sad you're cycle sounded perfect too with the earlier ov. I think me & you are going to be stuck with each other for a while!

Well I've had the usual agnosing pains today which would indicate ov is happening! Insanely positive OPK last night to confirm (so much for my cold turkey!). Dtd Sunday, Tuesday and last night, and will push for tonight and tomorrow too. Have no frers in the house and refuse to buy any in, so will just wait to see if AF rocks up early as usual! Next Sunday is when she's due.

Happy Friday lovelies xxx

peskyfeelings · 29/07/2016 09:49

I'm sure she will be in touch soon ClaireSunflower. I think you will find it helpful. At the very least it gives you a chance to put your feet up for an hour (quite literally)

Well done for jumping on OH. Never take no for an answer. Haha.

ClaireSunflower · 29/07/2016 09:34

Hi loula I'm in Chislehurst, moved there last year from central London whereabouts are you? Would be so funny if we were all nearby!

Thanks for the link pesky I have emailed her and will hopefully get an appointment soon. I am quite a stressy person and a massive worrier so anything that will help me chill out a bit must be a good thing!

Got another positive opk this morning as well as yesterday so think I will be ovulating today at cd30. I was getting worried it was an anovulatory cycle so I am quite relieved. dh came in last night a bit tipsy but just jumped on him anyway which he didn't seem to mind too much Grin

peskyfeelings · 29/07/2016 08:28

This is her website Clairesunflower www.tamarlawrencereflexology.com/

I would really recommend her. I went in feeling stressed to bits and came out in a much improved fame of mind. It feels really odd to start out with, but once you get into it it's great. It was amazing what she could tell about my body and state of mind just from touching my feet. I think she might be a witch! Smile

It was also just really nice to talk to someone who really listened to my concerns and could offer real advice and reassurance. I'm going again next week, as weekly sessions are recommended for maximum results.

I live in New Cross LoulaBelle We probably all live in the same street, and haven't realised. Ha.

Loulabelle1990 · 29/07/2016 07:41

Sorry for AF bobo! What's going on with our bodies?

As far as diet goes I haven't really changed mine, just been trying to eat more fruit and veggies!

I also live in south east, where abouts are you guys from in the SE?? I had never thought of reflexology, sounds interesting!

Nice to have you back Claire xx

ClaireSunflower · 29/07/2016 06:48

Hi pesky, I live in south east London so I might go and see you reflexology lady. I was thinking of trying reflexology or acupuncture as several months off the pill and things are not back to as they should be so could do with some help!

peskyfeelings · 28/07/2016 23:45

I've started tempting Jjspoon. It's proving a real source of stress thus far.

Sorry for bfn BoBo. Next time though eh? (positive vibes)

Well the fertility reflexology was really good. It was relaxing, but actually quite painful at times. Therapist said it usually is as you're trying to kick start the system! Something must have worked cos I started getting pains on way home. Hopefully overdue AF will turn up soon.

I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Go see my woman if you're in South East London. She is so lovely😊

ClaireSunflower · 28/07/2016 22:47

Hi all I've been absent for while trying to take my mind off ttc. Now on cd29(!) and only today got a positive opk. Since day 16 I've had nearly positive then going back to negative opks which has driven me to insanity! In the last couple of days I just gave up and thought I just don't care anymore and then boom! Smiley face on the opk! The annoying thing is dh is out drinking with his friends so god knows what state he will be in when he comes home!

BoBo90 · 28/07/2016 21:53

Yeh I was having a cold turkey cycle which actually turned out really well - apart from the lack of a bfp of course 😉 I ov'd early and had a nice neat 30 day cycle which is great compared to last two 37 day cycles!!

There are a few others doing cold turkey too so fx it goes well for everyone! Xx

Jjspoon · 28/07/2016 20:50

Bobo Oh dear haha sorry she got you though. Was it you that was having a relaxed cycle?

BoBo90 · 28/07/2016 19:25

Yeh she arrived this morning in full force 😔 This af has turned me into a massive cry baby! I even cried during dinner because I spilt some on me haha! Such a total loser 😆

OP posts:
Jjspoon · 28/07/2016 19:13

Oh, and who on here temps?

Jjspoon · 28/07/2016 19:11

I've never even heard that chocolate is one to avoid! I managed to get my BFP eating chocolate every day so I wouldn't worry too much!

Bobo you do make me laugh! Did af arrive for you today? Don't rule yourself out after a little bit of spotting.

peskyfeelings · 28/07/2016 18:32

I really don't know Loulabelle. I read that sugar is bad for fertility though, so I'm trying to eat as well as I can. It's the barely drinking that's killing me though.

I'm an old bird however at 37, so I don't feel chances are on my side anyway. If I was younger I probably wouldn't bother! I know what you mean about unhealthy people getting pregnant though. It does make you wonde

Loulabelle1990 · 28/07/2016 15:38

Pesky I've been really bad and not cut out any chocolate! Do you think it really hinders your chances? I think of all the people who go about their business eating whatever they want who get pregnant unintentionally! Wrong attitude I know...now I'm worried! Lol!

Glad your cycles are getting shorter cat!!

CatMum87 · 28/07/2016 15:06

Hi Ladies, I've found thread 4....nice and busy in here! After a super first long cycle of 5 and a half months I've been sticking with the vitex and my second cycle was 38 days, now on cd 23 of cycle 3. Have been taking it for 3 months now and im eager to see if things can all happen naturally but thing is im worried to stop taking it again in case things stop happening and i return to the epic cycle! Anyone had any experiences??? Thought about reducing dose and going from there.....

Sorry about my ignorance, I will try and catch up Smile

peskyfeelings · 28/07/2016 14:15

This is the lady I am going to Purpleviola

www.tamarlawrencereflexology.com/

I've been reading lots of positive things about it. People saying they've gotten their bfp after going for it. Even if it just makes me relax more then it's worth a shot.

I will report back later on what it was like.

Purpleviola14 · 28/07/2016 12:43

Pesky that sounds really good, what is it? X
