jonho good news on the temps! When will you test?

highhopes I also use clue which is all I used before (nice and basic) and this month I'm also using glow as can't put my temps in to clue for some reason. It's a lot less of a bitch than ovia. I deleted that!

I actually use 2 🙈 I have Ovia and pink pad. Pink pad is just a case of logging things. It doesn't give you any teasing comments!

I deleted Ovia after my m/c but recently downloaded it again- can't believe it said that though Luci - It's just teasing you!!
Does anyone use any other apps to track their cycles as I found Ovia was annoying before?- it used to automatically fill in AF when I was late so I had to amend it everyday which made me think the fertile week dates weren't very accurate.

I deleted Ovia for a bit then for some strange reason I wanted it back and now it's ruining my life again! Ha!

I'm on 8dpo today. When are your img to test Johno? I haven't actually had a period yet so no idea when mine is due so kinda tricky! Pretty sure I ov'd though, had all the signs and a positive opk.

My life is so much better without that bitch ovia! In fact since I've deleted all the apps I had and just started using clue I'm much less stressed out.

9dpo here with bbt still rising. Come on bfp or a normal 28 day cycle! It's amazing what you'll settle for after 8 months of ttc

Hi all, welcome mouse, I'm cd16 now and I think 4dpo but that's just a guess, currently dying of the common cold which is at least preventing me from symptom spotting! Anyone else planning on watching the Alex jones 'my fertility and me' documentary on BBC tonight, think I'm gonna sky plus it and watch it on the sofa on my day off tomorrow

I got the one step ones from amazon too. It was about a 5er for 5 pg tests and 30 or 50 (can't remember which) ov tests :) in a bundle.

I get mine from poundstretcher/poundland etc..

2 for £1 pregnancy tests & 5 for £1 ovulation tests.

Where do you all get your internet cheap tests from? I'm thinking in a few months i might need some ovulation ones. Any particular brand or things to look out for?

It might be me... I know 11dpo is early but I'm home alone on Saturday with a pack of 10 internet cheapie tests so I know I will cave!! Just be ready to console me when I'm disappointed pls 🙈😂

Had a few very dull cramps during the night last night, but I think I may be symptom spotting so who knows if they were real or not!

Glad your body feels better after af, and fx it did clear everything away. I would defo chase up that appointment though!

I feel much less bloated now I've actually had a period- I think my body was just waiting for the clear out!!

I still haven't got my 'urgent' gyno appointment, might ring my gp if it doesn't come in the next couple of days. I know its probably not going to happen but I'm scared of getting a BFP without undergoing treatment for my PCOS. I've been doing some research and the risks of m/c are much less when you are taking Metformin. But I can't be referred to an Endocrinologist until I've had the all clear from the gyno! Maybe I'm thinking too far ahead.

Well coming off the pill makes your body do all kinds of crazy things, mainly preggo symptoms that make you think you are but your not! Luckily I wasn't one of those people and didn't really have anything, bloating and constipation was about it really. Maybe have a read up about coming off the pill, might prepare you a bit. I was researching for about 2 months before I even came off it. Like you I have been on it for 12 years and for the past 6 had no periods at all whilst on it.

Lucibee, thank you. What kinda symptoms coming off the pill (no research done here lol) I've had a nervous type tummy since Friday but I'm putting that down to the pill and excitement lol. I'm bloated and peeing loads and that's the only thing I've noticed. I really hope weight gain isn't one of them as I've lost 2 stone this year and plan on loosing some more.

Welcome Mouse! I came off the pill on 31st July and I'm still waiting on af... So it may take a while. I had some spotting on 5th and 6th Auguest and I counted that as cd1. I noticed some ewcm around cd35-38 so did a few opks and got a peak, so I should have ovulated. Just waiting to see if af or bfp shows up now. Currently 6dpo so a long wait... No idea how long my lp is as I haven't had a proper cycle yet... Just a waiting game really, a very frustrating one.

Good thing is, I didn't have any symptoms of coming off the pill really at all... That's what I was most scared about! The only real symptoms I have felt was around ovulation.

Bobo you are right, I have no idea how long my lp is... So 11 dpo is extremely optimistic. I will try and wait it out as long as I can 🙈

Wow I was confused before I started tracking. Then I got positive opk and thought, at least I know I'm ovulating now. But actually now - I don't know that at all. I could just be having lh surges.
Wow I think every other day might be too much for us. Although when you think of it as one week it isn't too bad. It's just hard to know when that week is for me ATM. But I can't complain. Bobo I take my hat off to you. You are so supportive to all of us but yet your Ttc journey hasnt been plain sailing either.
Grow- I'm sure I'll be anxious when I get to your stage. But all the signs sound positive atm so try to enjoy the nausea as much as you can.

Fx ac works for you highhopes and that everything settles down again now af has come anyway. My first cycle after first af after mc was really short.

luci you could get a result at 11pdo, I think it depends when implantation happens? I read it can happen anywhere between 5 and 11 days (9 being most common); then you start producing hcg after that so takes a few days to build up enough for a test. So if implantation happens early it might pick it up :). Fx for you.

4dpo for me, nothing to report. Temps (if I do say so myself lol) are very clear before and after ov so that's good.

Tommy we were dtd pretty much every other day the month I got BFP. As my cycle is fairly short it was only for about a week.

So went to see GP who congratulated me on BFP and referred me to midwife. She has no appointments for over 2 weeks though so I think I'll be 9 weeks when I see her! I'm a bit nervous that that's quite late but not much I can do. I have to choose my hospital before I see her so I hope I can find some info about them online.

Really feeling the symptoms now I'm sorry to say ladies. Really heavy and sore boobs, nausea all day - especially if I'm hungry but no actual sickness yet. Can't help feeling anxious too - difficult not to think about what could go wrong .
