Kellz92 · 26/07/2016 09:50

Aww thats good!!

Shame about still having problems with your paperwork! as if wedding planning wasnt stressful enough lol

MagpieCursedTea · 26/07/2016 08:29

Oops double post, sorry!

MagpieCursedTea · 26/07/2016 08:29

Genghis I can't believe you're still having problems with the marriage paperwork! What a nightmare! It is good to have distractions in the early stages though. Have they scanned you already then?

Kellz sorry about the bleed but glad everything is okay.

How's everyone else doing?

Kellz am really glad all was well - it must have given you a fright!

No, Magpie, it doesn't feel real at all though this morning I got to see it at my appointment (sorry if that's inappropriate for a conception thread). Thankfully but not really we're still having loads of drama with our wedding paperwork (this has been going on from January!) so that has kept me busy as I go between embassy and town hall ad nauseam. I nearly feel I should invite the woman from the marriage office in the town hall I've seen her so much!

I hope everyone's having a lovely week.

Genghis Yeah it was lucky!! DH hasnt had them but hes a carrier so wont get them.

Magpie Im glad youre a lot better!! I still am and get DH moaning about it, so hes annoying me lol

Hope you all had a lovely weekend, I was at a family BBQ on Saturday which was lovely except not getting to drink lol. I never normally mind about drinking, but when you know you cant it makes it worse lol.
Sunday i was at EPU again after a bleed on Thursday. But baby is fine, looks like a baby now, was sound asleep but healthy so thats the main thing

xx

MagpieCursedTea · 24/07/2016 09:17

Kellz I'm doing a lot better than I was in those first few weeks thanks! Glad your DD is doing better now, not surprised you're exhausted.

Genghis the humidity is the worst. At least I live on the coast so I get a cool breeze. Hope your doctors appointment goes well, is it starting to feel real yet?

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 23/07/2016 23:15

I hope everyone's having a lovely weekend?

I'm happy to read that your dd is on the mend Kellz, and good news that you'd already had them - must be a relief.

Magpie I was reading about your hot weather last week - I hope it's starting to cool down for you. I'm also not the biggest fan especially when it's really humid as well! The blood test went fine thanks and I see the doctor again on Tuesday - gulp.

How's everyone doing? DizzyN I hope the unpacking and moving in is going well? DizzyM I hope family life is getting back to normal after your DD's illness? Rainy hope you're okay? And hello Boris, hope you're well?

Magpie

Shes getting there now! but im still exhausted from it!

How are you keeping?

I hated the heat too but i think it was more because i was stuck inside lol

xx

MagpieCursedTea · 21/07/2016 12:09

Genghis how are you feeling? How did your DP take the news? Have you had the blood test at the doctors as well now?

Kellz your poor DD, and poor you!

Sammy I hope the bleeding has stopped now.

DizzyM how's things??

I've not been loving this heat! I seem to be in the minority though. I was clearly designed for cold climates.

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 21/07/2016 09:19

DizzyN ooh hope the house move went well. The appointment sounds positive. Hopefully not long now until your BFP

Kellz92 · 21/07/2016 09:01

Genghis Im just super pleased for you!! i miss all the good bits when i had a few weeks off lol. Ahh time will fly in!
Shes getting there now, thank god the pox had scabbed so childminder had her as soon as she was back from holiday, but the spots only came out end of last week so wasnt expecting her to heal so fast, but shes a super healer. Im just glad ive already had them too!! and it was now and not a few weeks when we go on holiday lol

xx

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 21/07/2016 02:38

Thanks Magician and Kellz! Kellz you seem as shocked as I was Grin. I think, fx, that the edd is 28th March. I hope your DD is feeling better - it must have been a hard week for you all!

Kellz92 · 20/07/2016 10:20

Hope everyone else is well need to go back to the other thread to start catching up properly.

Was off work with DD for a week then she got a bad ear infection then chicken pox, just everything at once! so i have a wee spotty kiddo xxx

Borisisback · 20/07/2016 07:03

dizzyn to answer your question from ages ago (only just had a proper chance to read back rather than skim)..... My HSG was on the nhs. I had the diagnostic tests so blood tests, HSG and initial ultrasounds done on the nhs (and dh had the sperm analysis done) but had to switch to private for the actual treatment. Its a bit of a post code lottery as to how they do this stuff and what they do...

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 20/07/2016 03:51

Just thought I would pop back to see how you are all doing and so glad I did.

Genghis congratulations.

Sammy wow such great news Congratulations. Fx for a super sticky bean for you. Just try to get plenty of rest. Squee so excited for you.

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 20/07/2016 00:32

Excellent news Sammy - I'm delighted for you and great that the bleeding has slowed down too.

loopylou1984 · 19/07/2016 18:25

Hi ladies, just a quick update. For now I am pregnant.
Blood tests showed hcg had risen (although not as high as the nurses hoped), and bleeding seems to have slowed. Still getting a bit though which is worrying.
I know you guys like the stats so:

Ttc1
Cycle (God knows!) 2.5 years
Age 30
Third IVF - 2 days 3 embryos transferred
Accupuncture for thin lining issues
Ttc vitamin
Increased protein diet

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 19/07/2016 07:05

Thanks Boris - that's very reassuring (I didn't even consider hydration!)

OP posts:
Borisisback · 19/07/2016 07:00

Genghis the lines on my tests didn't get visibly, systematically darker. Some morning seemed lighter - probably because I was more hydrated etc. try not to worry a second line is a line..

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 18/07/2016 21:00

Sammy I hope the wait is going okay, and that you get your results early. Has the bleeding stopped?

Thanks for your congratulations DizzyM and Magpie - it all seems too good to be true at the moment so am very scared and basically in a panic. Totally not helped by doing another test this morning, and I'm sure the line is fainter. I'm not sure how I'd get through 9 months of this Smile

DizzyM How is your DD?

OP posts:
DizzyMerry · 18/07/2016 12:50

Wow!!! Congratulations ghengis. A lovely clear line. I'm overjoyed for you.

Sammy absolutely everything that boris said. I'm praying this goes really well for you.
