Genghis I hope the move goes well X

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 07/10/2016 00:55

Rainy Good luck with the clomid next month!

I hope everyone is keeping well? No news here, just that we're moving house soon so am trying to pack things...how have we accumulated so much crap? We only moved here 18 months ago so our last 'clean out' wasn't even that long ago.

Kellz92 · 03/10/2016 16:50

Rainy I was considering it but I don't know if it will work with pregnancy ones? I don't suffer out with pregnancy nut my hubby pierces so might try getting him to do it xx

Rainy34 · 03/10/2016 15:06

Thanks Boris hope your keeping well!!

kelly my friend suffers with migraines and she ended up getting a Daith piercing in her ear as this is meant to help people who suffer with migraines, she has not looked back since having it done, when she gets headaches now she just takes paracetamol and the head ache is gone and before she would have been sick and in bed with it

not much happening with me, think i ovulated in the last couple of days, as of next month il be taking Clomid so fingers crossed!!

Kellz92 · 29/09/2016 19:43

Boris not long now!!

Thank you Genghis, I'm hoping the neurologist will know what tablets I can take

Thanks DizzyM

Hope you're all well X

DizzyMerry · 29/09/2016 08:45

Kellz you poor thing! Migraines are horrendous and I can't imagine how much worse they must be when pregnant. Hope you feel better soon.

Boris how exciting, eek indeed!!!

Hopefully it won't hinder our chances ghengis.

Frogbubbles how are you doing?

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 29/09/2016 08:03

That's great news about your DH's count and motility DizzyM. Fx for this month for you. My uterus is the opposite to yours - anteverted. From what the doctor said (and from google!) it shouldn't really make a difference for conception unless it's quite extreme, which, just my luck, mine is.

Sorry about the migraines Kellz - I have lots of sympathy for you, and hope they sort out some treatment for you.

DizzyM there are still a few of us hanging out and shaking our Pom poms for you dizzy N rainy frogbubbles and nomio

Good news about his SA - hope this is your month :)

I'm doing ok - due in 8 weeks now... Eek.

Kellz92 · 27/09/2016 15:20

DizzyM good luck with continuing your ttc, I have everything crossed for you!!

Genghis had my scan yesterday need to go back next week as she was being a diva.

Been signed off two weeks now and have another week off so far, got constant migraines, been since beginning of August but I just can't cope now, dr has written for advice from neurology so hopefully get answers, the medication I got has went from 10mg once a day to 50mg once a day and my body is starting to get side affects from it so he doesn't want to up it much more. So hoping to get better soon xx

DizzyMerry · 27/09/2016 01:27

That's interesting ghengis. Did he say what position your uterus was in? I have a retroverted uterus and when dtd I can feel DH pressing on what I assume is my bowel area. I've heard arvigo therapy works to apparently align the uterus so may go for it next cycle. I did have an appointment for this in July but was too scared to go in case it hurt! DH's count and motility results are good. I feel ok about waiting but will be very annoyed if he moves the goalposts again Hmm

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 27/09/2016 00:58

Hello DizzyM! So pleased to see you're still around. This poor old bus does seem to chugging along rather slowly doesn't it? Great news about your DH - how was his count and motility? Are you okay waiting until the end of the year? Fx for well timed dtd this month.

Ha, it feels like it's going so slowly Kellz. Great news that you're already at 20 weeks - I hope all goes well with the anomaly scan.

I am still with the same doctor who did my fertility treatment and we were talking the other week - he really seems to think our issue was the angle of my uterus and cervix. He thinks that anything to do with DH is secondary/irrelevant and that there was never much chance of sperm actually making it into my uterus. It seems such an odd issue but I guess it's good to know!

Hello to everyone else!

Rainy good luck with the clomid.

Ghengis you're 13 weeks already?! Where is the time going? Although I appreciate time seems to slow doing in pregnancy.

Kellz you're half way there now!

Dizzy it's great that your HSG went well but so frustrating when no reason is given as to why it's taking so long! When is your next appointment?

Boris and magpie hope you're both doing well.

DizzyMerry · 26/09/2016 15:31

Sorry that was a bit rude of me! Promise to read back later to catch up with you lot.

DizzyMerry · 26/09/2016 15:15

Hi all, hope you're all doing well. Have you all gone elsewhere and abondoned the bus and left me behind?!

Sorry I've not been around much. Anyway DH has had a private SA done and his morphology was 5%!!! He now wants to continue ttc until the end of this year as he thinks there's no reason for it to not happen naturally. In my fertile window now so fx all goes well.

Kellz92 · 19/09/2016 23:47

Wow 13 weeks already!! That's me just over 20. Flies in. Hope you're keeping well xx

GenghisKahnSchmitz · 19/09/2016 02:21

Rainy good luck with the clomid, and the gym! I really must head back to the gym as it's starting to heat up again here so the aircon in the gym makes moving a lot easier!

Glad you enjoyed some sun Kellz. I'm 13 weeks now, still very nervous but just trying to take every day as it comes.

Magpie You're right, a driving licence will be very useful so fingers crossed I'll manage to pass it. My instructor was telling me how you can do the test five times but after that you'll have to do the theory test again before you can take another driving test. I wasn't sure if he was just being upfront or not very sure of my chances :)

DizzyN I'm delighted that all was well with your hsg but understand your frustrations. You kind of wish they had found a small, treatable problem that can be fixed with a dose of medicine. The lap does sound like a big step up from the hsg and quite an undertaking. I guess one way to look at it, is that your doctor wouldn't put you through it unless s/he thought it was necessary. Small consolation I know. Hopefully they'll be able to give you more reasons/positives at your appointment (which won't be long coming around!)

Rainy34 · 16/09/2016 15:49

kelz I'm good, looking forward to the gym, feel so bloated and flabby!! how are you?

magpie how are you? I'm good, had my parents down from Scotland for a few weeks which was lovely, going to start going on Clomid next month, started taking my folic acid, so will see if it helps!!

MagpieCursedTea · 16/09/2016 12:33

DizzyN glad the hsg didn't show any problems but completely understand your frustration. Hope you can get a plan in place for the next steps soon but in the mean time get DTD!

Rainy good luck with returning to the gym! At least the cooler weather should make it a bit more pleasant. How's things otherwise?

Kellz we have rain now. It makes me happy!

Kellz92 · 15/09/2016 20:04

Magpie I'm 40 miles north of Aberdeen we had bad fog today but not much sun this week!!

Dizzy it's good news about your tubes being clear, but I hope you get somewhere with help as to why you haven't fallen yet. Try not give up though Hun, easier said than done when I gave up the month I fell.

Rainy, hope you're well. I'm going to need a gym next year. I'm barely moving so I'm going to need to tone xx

Rainy34 · 14/09/2016 21:41

Dizzy Glad you got your hsg done and everything has come back normal , i can totally understand that it is frustrating when there is no reason to it all, iv also prepared myself that if we have ivf next year and it does not work then to call it a day too,

hi gengis hope everything is all ok with you xx

hi to everyone else, hope everything is all ok with you all,
I am joining the gym again, started putting on the weight again so deciding to get back on it !!
