i think we like the graduates visiting

FurryFox · 13/04/2007 09:35

No worries I haven't been back to the April thread because I don't want to make anyone feel bad by being there as I have had a BFP and there's so many others still waiting iykwim. Have been watching over you all though

scorpio1 · 13/04/2007 09:31

No i haven't!

(sorry to butt in on here BTW)

FurryFox · 13/04/2007 09:31

scorpio - Have you tested yet? Sorry, don't mean to add pressure but have my fingers crossed for you

FurryFox · 13/04/2007 09:29

definitely not deinitely Is it too early to blame bad spelling on pg brain

scorpio1 · 13/04/2007 09:29

line is a line

FurryFox · 13/04/2007 09:28

Don't think it's all in your head insy, although I didn't believe my first test either and did two the next day. Congratulations are deinitely in order sweetie So happy for you

insywinsyspider · 13/04/2007 08:52

tested again this morning - faint positive but darker than yesterdays - thats good right? worried its all in my head

insywinsyspider · 12/04/2007 21:13

resisting the urge to look at double buggy's

insywinsyspider · 12/04/2007 21:09

back at work on 30th and thank god tunic tops are in because i'll be waiting till 15 wks till due date to tell work (legal limit) they can keep guessing till then, i told them way early last time (before 12 wks because i had bad morning sickness and my senior manager thought i was hungover!) i got taken off projects - not in a bad way but it made sense i couldn't lead a project i wouldn't see through to completion but i felt down graded and got a bit mad that if i quit i'd only have a month of rubbish jobs not 8!

have 5 tests left in cupboard and will only have to buy a twin pack to be testing everyday i have no excuse really as i'm temping so that should let me know either way

FurryFox · 12/04/2007 20:06

Bless your DH

So when do you go back to work? You're going to have to tell them you're pg again

Don't think DD knows what she's kissing, just does as shes told She's started saying lot's of words now and it's wonderful. Repeats so many words and now it's her entertaining me rather than the other way round

So are you going to wait till 18 dpo to test or test again tomorrow

insywinsyspider · 12/04/2007 20:00

told dh - he was excited but very reserved (he thinks i tested too early so is being very sensible and wants to wait till i have bfp 18 dpo before i go to gp for confirmation don't think he wants to get our hopes up just yet)

hoping this is a good month for all of us, well easter and fertility go hand in hand don't they

furry - that is such a lovely image of dd kissing your belly, think my ds is too younge for that at mo but he will be 20mo when this baby is born (see already convinced i'm pg!) so he'll prob be doing that when i have a bump.... OMG getting ridiculously excited - will need you guys if this does turn out to be a false positive!

FurryFox · 12/04/2007 19:58

Thanks Lexie Fingers crossed you get your BFP this month as well but if not then I hope the doctors help you Good luck

Lexie100 · 12/04/2007 19:55

No problem at all. It's so good to hear people excited about getting a BFP. I just hope it happens for me soon. If not this month then i'm going to the GP to sort out short DPO.

Good luck to the both of you .

FurryFox · 12/04/2007 19:42

Yes insy's right. Sorry for talking about pg. Just want it all to happen for the rest of your really soon which I'm sure it will

insy - Let us know what DH says!!

Lexie100 · 12/04/2007 19:40

oh Insy this is a lucky month. I hope it all goes well. That is such good news. YAY

insywinsyspider · 12/04/2007 19:37

you're not going on - concious we're turning this into a pg thread but am too scared to go to antenatal thread just yet so sorry to everyone else

due date based on my ovulation is 22nd dec (who am i trying to kid i'm carried away with it.... off to own up to dh now )

FurryFox · 12/04/2007 19:25

I know what you mean insy and I'm taking one day at a time but have already gone over to the 'Due in December' ante-natal thread even though I said to myself I'd leave it at least a few weeks I can't believe you haven't told DH - you aer so strong to keep it to yourself. I told my Mum as soon as I found out, we told DHs Mum & Dad last night and we've also told my Nan, oh and I told my two best friends as well. Have told DD but only 20 months so don't think she understands but have told her theres a baby in Mummys belly and shes been kissing it - maybe I should have waited a while to do that and tell so many people but I just can't keep anything to myself

I'm sure you are pg and everything will be fine and when you are confident that you are then you must come over to the Due in December thread too. Will you be able to work out your due date approximately?

Sorry for going on

insywinsyspider · 12/04/2007 19:12

haven't told dh yet as have read too much about 'chemical pg' on here and bit worried bout that, i told him i wasn't going to test till 18 dpo but i had 7 cheap ebay test in cupboard begging to be pee'd on

no idea when af due - this cycle is shorter than last so no idea

didn't find out sex with ds but think i would this time (know whether to buy pink stuff or not).... trying not to get carried away yet - will prob be testing everyday this week!

have you told family yet? or dd?

how is everyone else doing?

FurryFox · 12/04/2007 19:02

OMG insy that's great I really hope you are pg, they say you can't get a false positive. Do you know when AF is due? Have you told DH? OMG I'm just so excited and pleased for you Will you test again tomorrow? Congratulations sweetie if it's ok to say that yet?

As to your question earlier. We probably will find out the sex, we tried to with DD but she had her legs crossed and they couldn't tell. At 30 weeks we had a 4D scan and we found out then. I'm just far too impatient to wait 9 months

jhyesmum - How are you? AF arrived yet? Hope you're ok

Lexi - Fingers crossed for you too

insywinsyspider · 12/04/2007 18:39

no af as yet - 12 dpo - faint positive this morning not sure if its too early to 100% sure i'm pg so keeping quiet about it but was bursting to tell someone!!

Lexie100 · 12/04/2007 16:37

Incy and j'mum any news on AF. DPO 6 so due on in 5 days. Have had all manner of funny tummy pains today.

insywinsyspider · 12/04/2007 09:48

furry - so happy for you especially thats its happened in the cycle you said you hadn't made the most of! are you going to find out the sex of the baby? did you find out with dd? can't wait to hear when you actually get your due date so please hang around! bet it still feels sureal

mum2sam - congrats too on wedding (any pics?) hope you had a great day x

Lexie100 · 11/04/2007 20:45

Furry it just gives us all alittle hope that it will happen eventually.

Another of my very close friends told me she was three months PG today. She knew we were kind of trying so tought i'd take it badly but i'm just so pleased for her. I will only admit to you guys i'm alittle upset as this will be a 5 time trying.

FurryFox · 11/04/2007 19:27

Thanks girls. Was only our third month ttc and I honestly thought I had no chance. We only bd'ed about three times at the right time as I had a horrible cold and sore throat so wasn't exactly in the mood. Had so many AF type signs that I really thought she would arrive any day.

I think it just shows that sometimes things can happen when you really least expect them to. Am still nervous and praying everything goes ok, not sure of my due date yet. Depends what internet tool I use, one says 8th December and the other 17th I think it's because I have quite long cycles. Will make an appointment for the docs in a couple of weeks.

Really hope you all get your BFPs really soon, you all deserve it. I know I am very very lucky after just three months. DD took three months too.

mum2sam - Congratulations on your wedding Sorry about AF Hope you had a fab day anyway

insy - Enjoy your evening out

Lucy, Buttercup & Lexi - Thanks for your congratulations too, it means a lot
