Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

Starky/Audrey me me me !!! would love to see mini-stark!

AudreyBradshaw · 08/07/2016 15:55

Guess who balled her log in and had to do a new account!? It's Starky under a new identity! Grin

Bump is square (or feels like it!) Because my placenta is at the front, but all went well at the scan, feel like I can enjoy it a bit now and start planning properly. I've got a pic of bump (from the inside) if anyone wants to see? Didn't want to stick it up and inadvertently baby bomb, scan bomb, bomb anyone who was having a tricky week. We stayed vanilla, much to dhs chagrin, but I'd prefer a surprise and go my reckoning it's definitely going to be either a boy or a girl (it's not a kitten, I checked)

Glad you're back snow was wondering where you were up too! And welcome back pug too!

HepKestrel · 08/07/2016 15:48

ooohh.... would love to visit fiji! its on my bucket list!

FXSkip · 08/07/2016 13:42

Hey snow I cant imagine what its like over there, the whole situation is just a disaster. What with brewing racial tension in the states, and growing issues here/France, Russia, Syria, Turkey...makes me wonder what the hell I'm doing trying to bring a baby into this world. OH wants to move to Fiji.
Anyway, fx for your mega-follicle this cycle Grin In terms of news I can only remember rosey and I got our BFPS last week, I'm sure there were others. I'm 7+2 with an early scan tomorrow.

Kwick I'm sorry if that came accross insensitive, I feel weird for lurking on the grads thread and then 'reporting' back here. I felt weird even being on grads full stop.

Hey pug welcome back!

Snowdog37 · 08/07/2016 13:17

Hi all! Sorry I've been mia. Real life and all the joys of it just kept me busy.

Cycle 9 i think
Cd22 10dpiui

I had my second IUI 10 days ago. Only 1 follicle 😖 But it was a Fattie and dh provided over 100 million swimmers post wash so fingers crossed. I'm not sure I even ovulated. Must have done because I had the hcg injection. But I've had zero and I mean nada symptoms or cramps or signs or anything. Last cycle I cramped loads and felt rough. This cycle nothing to even confirm ovulation. I did have ewcm at the IUI and the follicle was "absolutely perfect" so who knows wtf. I'm going to ask to go on injectables next cycle as the Clomid isn't giving me more follicles. I feel like I need 3-4 for a better chance of success. One isn't enough (even though I know logically it's what all non fertility treatment women have to conceive with!)

Will sit and read this thread later, I hope everyone is well? Starky how's your bump?! Has anyone else graduated? Big hugs from a very very humid and slightly falling apart because of all the shootings USA.

LovelyFishy · 08/07/2016 11:25

*shoutout = thought. Not sure what autocorrect was thinking there! Blush

LovelyFishy · 08/07/2016 11:25

Welcome back Pug! Grin

Nicky I don't know what the levels were, they were just "normal". Congratulations on completing today! Flowers

DH had an appointment today which we shoutout was for SA, however it was just got get the pot and the form for SA and we now have to call hospital for that! I'm still waiting my date for internal scan and I have a smear test in a few weeks as I'm due one. Busy!!

SuchaJem · 08/07/2016 09:24

Hello pug! Good to see you. Glad you re found us Smile nice work on the bargain fertility monitor, those things are not cheap! Good luck going to see your GP, keep us posted xx

nicky883 · 08/07/2016 09:19

Thanks sucha i think it has shorten my cycle too as i feel af coming any time now ! I will be taking it once af is over from next cycle !!at least i ll have a new house to distract me :)

SuchaJem · 08/07/2016 09:10

I took it from day one back in cycle 2 and found it shortened my period, so felt uneasy about it. I prefer to start taking it once AF is out the door.

V exciting re your completion - a lovely weekend ahead for you I'd imagine!

Pugmummy87 · 08/07/2016 09:08

Morning lovely ladies!
I'm back! Needed a bit of break from MN as thinkING about ttc all the time was starting to drive me mad! Missed you all though.
Good to see there have been a couple more bfps and lots of newbies!

So stats!
Pug
TTC #1
Cycle 8
Suffer with pcos and weirdly light periods for past 3 months.

Currently cd17, no idea if I'm in fertile week or not, have stopped temping as kept forgetting, using a clear blue fertility monitor (2nd hand off ebay, bargain!), still saying low fertility at the moment.

Just trying to stay more relaxed, going to see GP soon anyhow to ask about metformin and concentrating on a healthy lifestyle and exercise.

nicky883 · 08/07/2016 09:03

Sucha i ll be taking it from cd1 to cd11 cause i ovulate cd 12 to cd14 ! I shouldnt have been taking it from cd1 ? Ceamps continues here still no spotting though !
Ok other news we are completing today Shock

SuchaJem · 08/07/2016 08:27

Nicky I take epo from when my period finishes and stop it when I ovulate. Did you stop taking it at O?

Lovely I feel like I'm going nuts and I'm cycle 7, so I hear you. Good news your bloods are normal - what is the next step? Has your oh been tested? It could obviously be you are both fine and healthy and it's just naturally taking its time - I hope that's the case and you aren't waiting much longer.

Thanks kwick me too. Felt really low about ttc last night but after a good sleep I'm feeling a bit more sane. Plus I'm still really light headed, windy and feeling off generally so I'm hanging onto hope! Hope your smear test was alright and you are not waiting long for AF. Then onto the exciting bit!!

kwick · 08/07/2016 08:06

Oops I meant smear test!!! Cannot blame autocorrect just my bad "typing"!

alexia Flowers

suchajem so hoping you are bfp!

nicky883 · 07/07/2016 22:32

Good news about your bloods lovelyfishy
Did they tell you how much was your progesterone ?
Suchajem how are you taking epo from cs1 ? They are very strong period like cramps feeling like my womb is on fire i think i ll make up to af or at least start spotting ! Maybe its the stress or the accupunture/herbal medicine that has affected me but i never had 23 24 day cycle !

LovelyFishy · 07/07/2016 21:07

I'm cycle 11 now. I know you're meant to wait 1 year but I'm nearly there and going crazy!

SuchaJem · 07/07/2016 19:41

That's great your bloods are normal fishy, how many cycles are you now? Also awesome work on booking the dive!

SuchaJem · 07/07/2016 19:40

Thanks girls xx

Nicky I've taken epo for months and don't think it has shortened my cycles. Lots of people get AF cramps before bfp - fx for you.

Mood has plummeted this evening Sad I've got sugar cravings and I'm super snappy and grumpy with DH. Both classic PMS for me. Gah this is such a bloody roller coaster of shit Sad

LovelyFishy · 07/07/2016 18:59

I love your support, thank you all! Grin So I have gone and booked it! I am very scared but DH will love it which is the main thing.

Also got my 21 day bloods back - all normal. I guess this is good, but then why no bfp yet? Hmm

Sucks on the bfn Alexia, but wasn't someone saying they're not very sensitive? No AF so you're not out yet!

Jem fx for you!! Flowers

kwick · 07/07/2016 17:14

fxskip know exactly how you feel re:grads thread. I did lurk on 2 threads but then I had my MC... It was hard enough to tell you guys the bad news let alone the grads. Sad
So my thyroxine mix up was with the pills not the taking... My bad as I changed how I was organising things... I took folic acid (5mg) instead -duh!!!

It is official fishy you are cray-cray! Why on earth would you want to sky dive?????? Confused
But anyway I agree with approach - for sure it will trigger a bfp Grin

suchajem keeping my fx for you.

Off for smeat test....

AlexiaB · 07/07/2016 16:08

Lovely - go for it or you'll regret it :)

Nicky really hope it's not AF for you! Fx

I hate being stuck in limbo! I'm also an idiot for doing a CBD this morning as I got a BFN :( Amazon have been a let down with delivery so I need to buy some FRERs later. Still no AF which I guess is a positive?

nicky883 · 07/07/2016 15:51

Oh and lovely definately go for it !!

nicky883 · 07/07/2016 15:48

Hope is a bfp for you jem !
I am feeling af coming here and is only cd23 ! I feel like i am one day before expected period :(
I have taken epo this month could it affect my cycle ? Could it have make it shorter ?

FXSkip · 07/07/2016 15:01

Hey jem you've had a such a crazy ride this month, fx it means a sticky bean for you!! The grads are from here (well, there's a couple I recognise) but theres different grads threads depending on when you're due so I guess people around my stage are more likely to have issues than those in 2nd trimester, so I'm hoping I make it to that stage.

Lovely I agree - go for it! and thank you. I know several people who had absolutely no symptoms until they started showing effectively, and they all swear its down to healthy lifestyle, exercising daily and not eating rubbish. Their midwives seem to agree that there is a correlation, so its good motivation not to give in to 'cravings'. I also read that real baby cravings don't kick in until 3rd tri, everything before that is basically a brain trick! so no more ice cream for me for lunch Grin

SuchaJem · 07/07/2016 13:24

Another crazed TWW er here Confused

I'm 6 DPO and pregnant in my head. I haven't had a psychological pregnancy since cycle 1 or 2 so it makes a change from months of being mentally infertile and despairing.

Lovely go for it! It will be a lovely excuse not to be able to if this is your month.

Skip which grads thread are you on - the ttc1ers from here? I hope they are all okay.

I'm feeling a lot better than I did but I'm still not right. Still got the dizziness and no energy, lower back ache and on/off tummy pains. Just feel Off Colour somehow. Please let this be a bfp and not some crappy infection...
