Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

Thanks for the list Jem!

The confusion for me continues... Still no AF and third BFN this morning at CD34. I've been OPK testing in case I didn't ovulate this month so that I don't accidentally miss my next ovulation through waiting for an AF that doesn't ever show. I've had consistent lines on opks throughout and a pretty strong one today, although clearly still negative! Pic below.

I've sworn to myself that I will never go on hormonal birth control ever ever again! Has screwed with my system way too much.

Glad you're sticking around marmite Smile did you go to work today? Concentration span must be at all time low if you did!

Hi kwick had to convince my gp I needed 5mg of folic acid as there is spina biffida in the family so I have to take more.

InspectorPenguin · 08/08/2016 18:46

Congratulations Live! Wonderful to see another success! Fingers crossed for a problem free 9 months for you Star

Glad to see you got DH back at a reasonable time yesterday, Marmite. It must have been lovely to have the rest of the day to take it all in together. I hope it wasn't too hard being at work today with everything going on in your head!

Jem I know what you mean about being relieved to see some BFPs, it does sometimes feel the industry is a huge con. I actually dreamt I got a BFP on a digital test last night. It came up with 'pregnant 12 weeks' and I thought "well that explains why I've been so shit at running recently"! Grin
I was then hit with a big wave of disappointment when I realised I couldn't possibly be preggo after I woke up properly though, which was a bit rubbish.

I have also realised that I am going to be overseas for work smack bang in fertile week this month so cycle 6 is written off immediately. That sucks. But I'm going to make the doc appointment anyway so that it feels like something is happening.

Good luck with all your tests Lovely, I hope the results are what you want to see.

Nice to see you back Skip!

kwick · 08/08/2016 18:31

Fell off the thread....

Bye bye kestrel - be kind to yourself

Hiya kat - so nice to have you back!

miw welcome and thanks for folic acid reminder - alao if BMI over 35 you should take 5mg not the 0.04 that is in most supplements.

Lovely fur baby blue

WTF lovely???? Two weeks to get a scan result???????

marmite lady at work sounds horrid. Have you thought about doing office voodoo? Wink

God it's insane how uplifted I feel by seeing a bfp. It's like it reminds me that it is actually physically possible to get pregnant.

Starting to feel like pregnancy tests are a cruel trick and they never actually turn positive! Hmm

miwelaisjacydo · 08/08/2016 17:09

Wow live 😀Congrats.
Going stir crazy here on school holidays and DH are working loads I caved and tested which was so stupid as I know that it's too early.

Have a feeling am out this month as I have no signs now. Won't know yet though for a few days.

marmitecheesetoast · 08/08/2016 16:45

Ah thanks all Grin
Great confirmation right there live, congratulations!!!
Yes, I am thinking that maybe our fertility rain dance is working!! I'm really hoping to see some more bfps over next few weeks now guys!!!

Pyjamas81 · 08/08/2016 16:17

Amazing news!!! Congrats live! So many BFPs this month SmileSmileSmile

kavanaughkj · 08/08/2016 16:09

Congratulations Live, looks like there's no mistake!

Gosh, this BFP malarkey is like buses, isn't it - you wait forever for one and then two turn up at once! Grin Here's hoping this is just the start of a whole bunch of them. Flowers to you and marmite, and absolutely you must both stay posting here for a while yet, we poor sods still trudging on need the encouragement!!

LovelyFishy · 08/08/2016 15:00

I defiantly see the second line too, congratulations Live!! Grin

Mooseville · 08/08/2016 14:40

Congrats live Lets hope this is the little flurry of BFP's we've been waiting for!!!!

liveforthefight · 08/08/2016 14:09

Rustled out a clear blue from my cupboard...
jem I'm on cycle 5. Main symptom weeing, weeing plus more weeing, and quite sleepy. Thought I was out this month but I suppose it only takes one persistent little swimmer!
Not going to get my hopes up too much, just hope this bean will be stickier than last time.
marmite I agree, you have to stay!
lovely fx for a bfp in a few days

LondonJem · 08/08/2016 13:55

Yay live there's definitely a second line there! Hurrah Smile congrats! Any symptoms? What cycle no is this for you?

Of course stick around silly billy marmite no need to leave x

marmitecheesetoast · 08/08/2016 12:47

Eeep live I can see a second line too!! Looks like a bfp to me but test again with fmu tomorrow to be sure?

Sorry about bfn lovely, sounds like it could maybe still be too early though. FX for you.

I hope you guys don't mind me still hanging out on this thread. It's such early days yet I don't want to get ahead of myself, just trying to take each day at a time for now. Plus, I know you lovely lot, I don't know people on the scary grads boards, I feel like this is where I belong just now, if you'll still have me! Grin Plus, I want to be here to see all your BFPs rolling in!! Grin

FXSkip · 08/08/2016 12:36

live mate that looks like a bfp to me! Congratulations! Best of luck to you GrinGrinGrin

liveforthefight · 08/08/2016 12:18

Help, caved on day 36 of usually 38 day cycle and think I can see a hint of a squint of a line. Feel free to tell me I'm being ridiculous and it's the usual 2ww madness. Wasn't fmu, just had a wobble and wanted to test instantly!

Pyjamas81 · 08/08/2016 10:48

I've got my fingers crossed for you!

No idea when AF was due - first cycle after coming off birth control (3 years of Nexplanon implant, then a few months of the pill) was 32 days, second one was 22 days and this one is now officially the longest at 34 days - bah!

LovelyFishy · 08/08/2016 10:33

AF due Thursday, I'm cd 26 of 28. I've tested a bit early but it's one of the really sensitive ones, I'd have expected something other than snowy white if this were my month. Limbo land does suck royally, when is your AF due?

I have my doctors appointment next week for the results of my final lot of fertility tests, DH's doing his test this week so not sure how long we have to wait for his results once that's done!

Pyjamas81 · 08/08/2016 09:00

Hi lovelyfishy- sorry to hear about your bfn Sad I know what you mean about symptom spotting - I was convinced I even felt sick last week Blush when is your AF due though?

I had my third bfn on a FRER this morning and still no sign of AF on cd34 - this limbo is the worst!

LovelyFishy · 08/08/2016 08:38

I ended up caving and tested this morning, had more odd feeling nipples yesterday. Very bfn, symptoms are all in my head. Dtd every other day over fw, and it's now officially been a year with not even a sniff of a bfp. There's got to be something wrong. It's odd, I'm feeling quite despondent but not super upset. Just resigned. Sad

Sorry to welcome you on a bit of a downer post but hello Pyjamas!

Good to hear from you again Skip, glad it's going ok.

Glad you're feeling better now your DH is home Marmite. Smile

FXSkip · 08/08/2016 07:57

Yea I was wondering about kwick too. There sure aren't many of us about from back in the day, which I guess is a good thing. The first lot to get upduffed on this thread will be due soon, I wonder how they all are

marmitecheesetoast · 07/08/2016 21:38

Thanks fxskip, lovely to see you back. Glad to hear you're feeling ok and sounds like an excellent relaxed ttc strategy! Fx you don't have to wait long for the next BFP and that it's a sticky one Smile

I was also wondering where kwick was, hope she's ok.

Have had lots of chat with DH today so feeling pretty good about things now. Still very early days though so trying not to get ahead of myself.

LondonJem · 07/08/2016 21:33

Hello skip good to see you, good luck getting back on, the blind relaxed approach sounds good x
