Sorry if this is TMI but I don't have anyone to ask advice from! AF is due Thursday (I'm usually pretty regular). Last night I had quite bad cramps about 3am which lasted around an hour and then subsided to milder cramps (still got them today). Just started bleeding a little - more than spotting but not as heavy as AF. Slightly brownish and a little watery in comparison to normal AF - sorry for TMI! Has anyone else had this!? Driving myself mad with what it all means! Confused

I'm 28, ttc for baby #3. I've been off the pill since April but this is the first cycle we are actively trying to get pregnant CD17 for me and my estimated O said between 2nd and 6th of July. Never tracked fertile times before so we'll see how accurate they are. I'll be testing around 18th July, we are off to Disneyland on the 21st so that could add to the excitement!

Hi jelly welcome, how short is your luteal phase? Mines been 10 days the last 2 cycles and was wondering if that's short? But this is my 3rd cycle off the pill and I am thinking my body's still adjusting as I'm having a longer period this cycle x

I've got cramps at the moment but then I always seem to have cramps - I think it's just that I'm over sensitive to any possible symptom having been trying for a while now. I'm on progesterone for a short luteal phase and probable chemical preg last month. Trying not to symptom spot but failing miserably, going to try and wait till 11th July to test.

How's everyone else getting on?

Have they been that short since you came off pill mammy or have they got shorter? I'm not really sure what to expect this cycle!

Hi happy I'm on my 3rd cycle off pill second ttc hope yours get shorter I'm in the opposite boat hope mine don't get longer!! So far I'm having 24 day cycles lol I second that fan I let's hope we are all celebrating bfp! X

Had a 42 day cycle last month but it was my first month off the pill so I'm hoping now I've had a natural AF it'll be shorter this month!! Fingers crossed!!! Not sure when I will ovulate so gonna start doing OV tests from now just in case it's early! Don't want to miss it! Wishing you all lots of luck on this crazy TTC journey! Hoping for lots of BFPs soon!

Welcome danni!!! I just use ovia it's been spot on predicting when my periods due it's still trying to pin point my fertile window x

Hope everyone is ok! Good to have a support network to help each other keep positive.

Last day of AF yesterday so hopefully in the fertile time soon.. Do any of you guys use any tracking apps, i have Ovia and Glow but wondering if there is anything better/easier?

Can I please join, 3 weeks ago had a missed miscarriage and really struggling to cope all I want it to convieve again!! I had period start last night so I suppose onwards and upwards to next ovulation 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Thanks mammy I've calmed down a bit today I just had a down the rabbit hole moment I think. I'm very frustrated but I think it's a combination of confusion, knackered from work and selling house. I dunno going to give it a few more weeks and then go see doc. In fact I have a smear scan in a week so could be sneaky and ask them?

Busy if your getting neg opks and periods not showing up I think you should ring the doc and they could put your mind at rest rather than driving yourself crazy (it's bad enough when you know what your body's up to) plus all this stressing could be delaying it more x

Hi guys I think I'm the calm one atm but only because I'm in the middle of AF Lol I forgot how crappy this is I'm used to hardly having any symptoms due to the pill! Monkey hopefully it won't be too bad for you this time x

hi monkey and lizzie welcome to the crazy ones (aka me! lol) i am seriously avoiding google atm its driving me insane!

I have no idea what spd is monkey except what ive just googled, that sounds really difficult but im sure you will get looked after by your gp and midwife!

My boobs are so painful today i thought they had calmed down but i think they are getting worse. considering ordering some FRER tests but since i keep getting negative OPKs i dont know if im just setting myself up for dissapointment

Recently decided to have a third, just waiting for AF to show up now. Was supposed to be today, keep hoping a swimmer got passed a condom but I POAS yesterday and nothing.

Bit worried about how pregnancy will be, had mild SPD with DS1, bit worse with DS2 and it didn't go away immediately afterwards. Core exercises have helped immensely but I still get twinges at certain times of the month. At least DC are now 7 and 5 so no lifting or pushing buggies.

ive got a load of amazon ones got like 100 for pennies really good deal. ive been using them but i swear they are broken - either that or i havent ovulated either
