Sorry here is the pic - it might be a bit blurry as I've got it off my messenger. Only way I could transfer it from my phone as I'm so rubbish with technology haha x

Hi Ladies. Hope you are all feeling well.

Napping - fingers crossed for your BFP this month then, sounds exciting. I completely know what you mean about wanting to know right now. I'm the same about everything!

My update is that I took a cb digital two days ago (12 days post DTD) that came back not pregnant so have accepted that I'm not now. It is a lot easier seeing it in words.
I was feeling awful for about a week which sort of made me feel like I was going to get a BFP. It was cramping, sore back, sore boobs and nausea and I was planning on waiting a few days to see if it cleared up and if not visiting the Dr but I don't think I will need to now as am feeling fine again.
I will post the FRER anyway. I took it back out of the bin (waste paper thankfully). The strip is the recent FRER and the test in the case is from when I found out I was pregnant with D's - yes I know its icky keeping it but I was so pleased with the BFP that I couldn't bring myself to get rid of it. The line on ther FRER came up very faintly within the time limits which is when i broke it open to double check but since it has dried darker maybe I should class it as an evap.
Either way I don't think I'm pregnant which means I can stop obsessing at least haha.
Thanks for the support ladies! One very small chance I could have been pregnant and it sent me poas loopy.

You sound well prepared lullaby! Good luck!

Glad you won't have to wait long Abrahamkin.

Jooni how are you getting on?

I'm only on cycle 2 PP so early days. CD31 today and spotting has got heavier yesterday but still not like a proper period, although I'm feeling quite periody this morning. But I did a FRER this morning and think there's a faint line there so I have no idea what's happening. DH thinks I'm just seeing what I want to see (in a nice way) - he's v laid back about the whole thing and wouldn't class a test as positive unless the line was glaringly obvious, whereas I want to know what's happening RIGHT NOW. Will see whether AF kicks in properly and test again in a couple of days if not.

Hi everyone, sorry I have dropped off the thread! DH has been away for most of the last 2 weeks so been busy keeping DS occupied. Had high on CBFM for the last 2 mornings so expect to O Sunday or Monday. DH back tonight so he has been given fair warning of his duty requirements this weekend, also got a huge carton of grapefruit juice in the fridge GrinGrinGrin

bimbum sorry about the confusion you were having the with CB tests, those cross ones seem really difficult to trust if they're susceptible to the dye running, try and get your money back? But the FRER sounds promising any updates??? Agree with the other post a pic so we can squint with you!

fingers crossed napping that the spotting you had was implantation and with you on the clashing with DC1's 2nd birthday same for me this month...

jooni welcome back glad you had a nice holiday. plenty of 'downtime' with DH I hope Grin I wouldn't worry about Angus if he works for you don't knock it, he definitely delayed O for me last month as I got high on monitor at the usual time this month. Keeping fingers crossed for a BFP soon for you!

yay for AF's return oracle!

pumpkin keeping fingers crossed for a decent LP for you this month too.

abraham sorry that TTC is being delayed further, how upsetting for you but you must put your own health first of course Flowers hope it's resolved soon.

Abrahamkin · 04/08/2016 18:56

Thanks Jooni and NappingRabbit! I'm feeling fine and the hospital appt came in today for next week! So feeling a bit more positive today. Will see what they say then.

Pumkinpie1 · 04/08/2016 18:31

Fingers crossed fjooni X

Jooni · 04/08/2016 06:56

How confusing Napping! Confused What number PP cycle is this for you? Could just be a dodgy breastfeeding AF I suppose - my first 2 bleeds were very, very light for me. Fingers crossed for you and keep us posted!

No signs at all here, but no AF yet either. 9DPO today and that's the furthest I've got so far!

NappingRabbit · 03/08/2016 20:33

Jooni still pinky brown CM today - it's the 5th day now, 2nd day of it being a bit heavier (all day rather than just the odd spot) but not like AF. I have no idea what's going on. Wouldn't be surprised if I woke up to AF tomorrow. How are you getting on? Any signs?

Jooni · 03/08/2016 17:45

Sorry to hear that Abraham Sad

Napping Any progression on the brown CM?

NappingRabbit · 02/08/2016 19:24

Oh that's so frustrating Abrahamkin, I hope you're feeling ok aside from TTC worries.

Jooni it's nice to have some company for the 2WW - although I've just realised we're already halfway through. It's only our first cycle TTC and I'm already second guessing every symptom like a crazy person.

Bimbum · 02/08/2016 19:16

Thanks ladies :) I binned the test before taking a pic this time as I was so fed up of looking at pregnancy tests haha. I think I'm going to leave it a few days test again or just see if the Dr would do a blood test, at least that way I know for sure either way. Thank you all for the support :) x

Abrahamkin · 02/08/2016 18:36

OH well. Further up I said that my coil should be coming out today so we can start TTC. It didn't go to plan! I had been having some investigations done but a month ago I was given the all clear, hence planning to start TTC. Today I went to the doctor and it appears that I should have been called in for a consultation by hospital as I might need an operation. It's all minor, but, of course, I cannot start TTC as probably wouldn't be able to have the operation (and pregnancy hormones can make it worse, so not a risk I can take lightly). So now I need to wait for the hospital appointment for the consultation to come through before I can do anything.

I'm a bit gutted to be honest as had already delayed TTC first as a compromise with my DH for a bit larger age gap and then pending the initial investigations, and now I feel I have been put even further back!

Hope you don't mind me still lurking here and living vicariously through all of you Grin.

Jooni · 02/08/2016 18:15

Oh, and yes - looking back I was definitely much more grouchy and emotional than usual before and during my first PP cycle. I never really had PMS pre-baby so I just thought DD was at a stressful stage, but I think my hormones were probably all over the place and I was feeling the effects!

Jooni · 02/08/2016 18:12

Oracle Brilliant! So pleased for you Smile

Napping Ooh, could be implantation at 8DPO! I'm 7DPO (I think) today so we're close 2WW buddies. Wishing you lots of luck.

Bimbum Normal HPTs shouldn't come up with even a faint line unless you're actually pregnant. As others have said, maybe post a pic so we can see what we think. DTD 12 days ago is actually still really early to test - you could have ovulated a few days after that, making you only 9-10dpo, which would be very early to pick up. Most tests are only sensitive enough to pick up a pregnancy after the date when your next period would have been due, which would be about 14 days after ovulation. Maybe wait 2-3 days and try again. Sorry, it must be so frustrating and upsetting!

In response to your question re. signs of AF returning, I also had increased CM for several weeks before the first bleed. I think I had about 6 weeks of on-off EW and watery CM, and then AF about 8 days after I was pretty sure I ovulated as I had a week or so of proper, consistent EWCM.

TheOracleAtSelfie · 02/08/2016 12:46

bimbum I had a tiny bit of spotting around five weeks ago, and more CM in the last few weeks. Looking back on it maybe also PMS! Blush

NappingRabbit · 02/08/2016 12:27

I definitely don't think all tests have a faint line - show us and we'll see if we can see it!

I didn't really have any clues AF was returning, just got a bit of brown CM one day and she arrived the next.

TheOracleAtSelfie · 02/08/2016 12:15

bimbum my view is - a squinter is still a line! Can you take a photo? Don't give up hope!

Bimbum · 02/08/2016 12:06

Thanks Napping and yay TheOracle :)
My FRERs came and had a light line where the positive would be, very squinty though and I'm not 100% sure I'm not mad haha. Anyway I have binned the test after getting very frustrated with my in ability to decide if I can see a line or not. After the whole cb nonsense I am wondering if its just a thing that pregnancy test always have a visible line now? Have any of you ladies had a similar thing with first response early? Its where the line would be but its so faint its very difficult to see and I can't if its pink or gray but it came up straight away.

I would have thought by now it would be a decent positive if I was pregnant.... DTD maybe 12/3 days ago. I will wait another few day and try again but its driving me mad and I just wish I could accept it as a BFN and move on.
For the ladies who cycles have returned while breastfeeding did you get any clues AF was approaching? X

NappingRabbit · 02/08/2016 08:33

Bimbum that's awful, so sorry you've had dodgy tests.

Oracle exciting news! I was the same with mine a few weeks ago - it felt like I finally knew where I stood with things and marked a proper starting point.

I am CD28 today, 8DPO and having had no spotting at all yesterday have a tiny bit of brown CM again this morning. AF on its way? Implantation? I have no idea.

I feel quite torn this month as a BFP would put my due date bang on DS's 2nd birthday. So not ideal. So if it's a no this month that's good logistically but obviously a bit disappointing.

TheOracleAtSelfie · 02/08/2016 07:29

So AF is definitely here! I didn't think I'd ever be so pleased to have a period Grin

I wonder if the acupuncture helped.

Jooni · 02/08/2016 06:43

Bimbum Don't be annoyed with yourself! If they sell the tests then they should work!!

Oracle Great news! Even if it doesn't turn into a full-blown "normal" AF, I'd count this as your first PPAF - exciting.

Bimbum · 01/08/2016 22:58

TheOracle - I have some FRERs on the way just to rule pregnancy out as I do a lot of contact sport that I would have to stop if I was pregnant and dont want to risk it. I ordered and tried a FRER a few days back expecting the line to be clearer after getting the positive on the cb and it was negative - I almost convinced myself I saw a second line but think looking back it was wishful thinking so not holding much hope now, I feel really crampy like AF is right around the corner. I am more annoyed with myself, I had heard bad reviews of cb but as it was all I could get locally for some reason I decided to use them (DH picked them up initially) and I saw the test and thought surely it couldn't be wrong, especially since it came up straight away but obviously it is just an awful test.

Sorry for the long message.

Pumkinpie1 · 01/08/2016 22:56

Really sorry bimbum Sad

TheOracleAtSelfie · 01/08/2016 22:16

bimbum that really sucks. Obvious question but have you tried another brand to make sure it's definitely wrong? I'd be livid with CB!!

TheOracleAtSelfie · 01/08/2016 22:14

Ooh a bit of blood tonight. Wondering if this is my first pp AF!
