Colour inverting?

My cycle length seems to be all over this month but I definitely know when I ovulated and it was later than usual.

I did a test this morning and can see the faintest of faint lines as well as a really faint line when colour inverting a pic. I have no idea when to expect AF though so don't really know whether I'm testing too early or not. Would it be more likely to be a faint positive than an evap line if it's showing up when colour concerned too?

(Yes this is the second month in a row I'm posting here, I'm obviously a glutton for punishment lol)

That's a positive!

WhereTheFuckIsMyFuckingCoat · 14/06/2016 06:04

I see a line on that one!! Smile

Just happened to click on your thread in active, but I'd tentatively say congrats are in order!

And colour inverted (which was the point of the thread before it got sidelined!).

Morning! DS1 decided to wake up an hour and a half early (how have I got to 15 months without realising that CBeebies doesn't start while 6!),

Here's this morning's test. I think I'm going to be going out for something to compare it to!

Temp is 36.68 which is the highest it's ever been.

Oooh excited to see tomorrows result x

purplepingu · 13/06/2016 21:39

11DPO and CD28. In both previous month's cycles AF would have arrived by now.

I'm off to bed, I'll be using my last cheapie tomorrow morning with FMU. If I can I'll get to Superdrug or Boots to pick up something else.

I'll update with a pic in the morning.

Thanks for everyone's help!

Based on temps you are 11dpo today

purplepingu · 13/06/2016 21:30

That's the most up to date chart.

It's getting my predicted AF and ovulation dates wrong as my cycle keeps changing which is why I'm not sure exactly when AF is due.

I should have used Fertility Friend but I already had My Days from AF tracking so I thought I'd go with it.

Or rather, it's the days of the month not cycle days (I'm getting confused as I've got two different temp charts on the go!).

OP posts:
purplepingu · 13/06/2016 21:26

Don't pay any attention to the numbers and the lines on the chart, I'm using MyDays app and it's got the cycle days wrong.

I'm only using it to chart temp, OPK results, AF and when we DTD. The numbers are all wrong!

Just realised the vertical bold line isn't ovulation. Assume you O'd between the 2nd and 3rd?

CatsCantFlyFast · 13/06/2016 21:14

I can see a line on the last test

Superdrug early response tests are more sensitive than frer nowadays

Baffled why ovulation is marked where it is on your chart - to me it looks as though it should be two days later?

sleepyMe12 · 13/06/2016 21:04

I'll be lurking aswell!

purplepingu · 13/06/2016 20:40

Thank you!

I'll check back to see tomorrow. Good luck!

purplepingu · 13/06/2016 20:15

I didn't manage to pick up a FRER today but I've got one Amazon cheapie left so I'm going to use that in the morning.

I'm on CD28 now and my temp stayed high this morning.

Had a count up and my last two cycles have been 28 and then 26 days but I may have ovulated a bit late on this cycle than last. Keeping all my fingers crossed that the line is a bit darker tomorrow. Still no sign of AF but I'm still getting twinges in my back and ovary area, still starving all the time and could drop to sleep mid-afternoon.

I'll share a pic in the morning if anyone would care to take another look for me.

I am talking myself into being pregnant because i always get sore boobs before AF and they arent that sore yet lol. We are all a bit mad! If it isnt your month, there is always next month X

purplepingu · 12/06/2016 20:42

I know I'm being daft!

OP posts:
HungryHorace · 12/06/2016 20:38

I only had sore boobs with DD's pregnancy. My boobs didn't join in the pregnancy party at all with DS!

purplepingu · 12/06/2016 19:45

If AF hasn't arrived by Tuesday morning I'll head out and either get a FRER or a Superdrug test so I know one way or another (hopefully).

I'm talking myself out of thinking I'm pregnant because of the lack of sore boobs, how daft is that? I'm stupidly hungry all the time at the minute too, plus I'm peeing a lot more than usual. I definitely told myself I wouldn't do this this month lol.

haveacupoftea · 12/06/2016 19:14

FRERs are great but recently the indent line has become visible sometimes, so not great if you're given to studying BFNs in great detail...but with you getting faint lines already I imagine you'll get a nice pink line on FRER straight away - and they are reliable when the line has colour to it.

HungryHorace · 12/06/2016 18:46

I can see a line!

Can you get to Superdrug? Their own brand early tests are great.

purplepingu · 12/06/2016 18:06

*are not very good

OP posts:
purplepingu · 12/06/2016 18:06

Are the FRER's really good? I had a look on Boots website and some of the reviews and not very good.

OP posts:
purplepingu · 12/06/2016 17:52

I could definitely see something on this morning's, but not when I inverted it. Yesterday the line was barely there but it showed when I inverted it. Odd.
