Itsme - are you testing again this morning?

Banana - that is so frustrating :(. Keeping everything crossed for the progynova getting the job done.
I know it's just another thing to add to the list of things to try, but I'm sure the liquid iron supplement I had contributed to my thicker (for me that is) lining this time. It's called floradix and you can get it on amazon if you want to try it.

Trixie a bfp car is definitely good luck ignore the bus it doesn't know what it's talking about.
I was really worried about missing ov on my natural round, but they got me in for another scan as soon as my opk started to get positive. Then once they'd checked the follies gave me my trigger time.

Lucie - glad you've had your intralipids.
Scans are so scary, especially if you've had bad news before. We're all virtually hand holding for Monday morning.

lucieloos · 22/07/2016 21:41

Thanks Banana, intralipids went well although they kept me waiting for an hour before starting! Hate my uk clinic. It's a bit of a gamble for me having them so early as well as I don't even know if there will be anything on the scan but it will be too late after Monday so have to take the risk. Potentially if everything goes go ok then EC would hopefully be either next Friday or Saturday.

I'm so sorry to hear about your lining. It's so frustrating when you have 6 perfect blasts sitting there waiting for you. I hope the estrogen does the trick. Try and stay positive you will get there i know it.

Good luck with intralipids ladies

We aren't organising mine yet because we don't yet know if we will have to cancel the cycle

If we think we are likely to actually be able to go ahead then we'll book me in

At the moment - who knows...!

Week of stims and lining hasn't grown Sad

Consultant is on holiday so colleague of his scanned me. She struggled to even FIND the endometrium. Which was encouraging. FFS. It was 6.4mm last week before we started stims. It's basically thereabouts this week. 7mm at its widest point but not yet triple line.

She emailed my consultant, who's told me to start oestrogen tablets 3 times a day

Torn between clinging onto the fact that Progynova did work wonders on my crappy lining in my 2nd cycle. Or just telling myself not to be so bloody stupid for being remotely hopeful because just setting myself up for a fall.

JustTrixie · 22/07/2016 11:05

Hope the intralipids are ok Lucie. I've got my intralipid meds being delivered tomorrow and will then book the nurse when I have an idea of transfer date. At least I am not scared of them this time. FX for good news for you on Monday.

lucieloos · 22/07/2016 11:00

Oh ok that sounds good then trixie best to stick with the ones you know work. I'm just at the clinic now waiting for intralipids. I find the whole process not too bad but I just really hate the scans. They have almost always been bad or disappointing news. Will try and put it out of my mind until Sunday night.

I go past a BFP car most days so hopefully that trumps the BFN bus.

It's nerve wracking isn't it Lucie, I am sure they wouldn't have recommended the natural IVF if they didn't think you would respond. I will be thinking of you on Monday. Hopefully you can relax over the weekend.

I've got a load of the cheap opks but I find the line doesn't seem to get much darker. I switched to some supermarket ones last month and got a line that was nearly as dark as the control line. I remember doing a CB trial a couple of years ago and getting free digital opks and getting a positive then so figured I would try them again.

lucieloos · 22/07/2016 10:35

Oh haha trixie I also see things like fet etc in number plates and think they are signs. I've also seen bfn too. That's great you think af is on its way. Just make sure you have lots of opks and do a couple of them a day. I find the cheapy ones as good as any.

Emailed my Czech doctor today and he wants me to start cetrotide on Sunday which will be day 8 and then scan first thing Monday morning. I am terrified already. Me and scans just don't go together. I have no idea what to expect from this protocol with low stimms or if there will even be anything there at all. I'm going to be devastated if we end up not going.

Starting to get pre AF symptoms, still another 6-7 days until I expect it though. Decided to splash out on some CB digital opks. I am pleased we are doing a natural FET but I am starting to worry about missing ov. I thought I would have several scans but looks like I have a scan on day 10 then they tell me when to start the opks, I call when I get a positive and they tell me when to trigger. I'm useless with opks and pretty sure I have a short surge but figure I will just test loads.

My bus this morning had the registration BFN which seems like a bad omen....

Lucie, MPP, how are you getting on?

to everyone else.

lucieloos · 21/07/2016 18:22

Glad it has eased up too Sammy. Good luck at the doctors.

Itsme247 · 21/07/2016 18:10

Sammy I don't think the knicker checking will stop for many many months! but I'm pleased it's eased up, maybe it was, sadly, the second one that didn't stick?

Fingers crossed its smoother sailing from here xxx

loopylou1984 · 21/07/2016 16:24

Bleeding seems to have stopped. Just small amounts of gunky pale brown (sorry - ick). I'm terrified every time I go to the loo though.

Just in GP waiting room now to see if they'll give me more Lutigest. Otherwise I'll be buying some from the clinic tomorrow.

MPP81 · 21/07/2016 15:25

Huge congratulations, Itsme! Absolutely fantastic news!!

bananafish81 · 21/07/2016 15:07

I tested early and fessed up to my Dr, who got me in for a beta early

I tested at 8dp5dt (Sunday), fessed up the following day, and they got me for a beta on the Tuesday (10dp5dt) and then a repeat 2 days later (12dp5dt - which was actually my official OTD)

Itsme247 · 21/07/2016 13:04

OK, will do! God I hope it sticks!

lucieloos · 21/07/2016 12:23

Itsme, I also waited until OTD to tell the clinic as I didn't start bleeding until after that.

Sammy, how are things looking now? Hope it's all settled down and you can relax a bit.

loopylou1984 · 21/07/2016 12:20

Itsme - if it hadn't been for the bleeding I would have waited till OTD to tell the clinic. Only because they'll still make you test again. Xx

JustTrixie · 21/07/2016 10:00

Congratulations Itsme!

Brenna24 · 21/07/2016 09:23

Congratulations Itsme and also, by the looks of things Sammy. Everything crossed for you both.

Itsme247 · 21/07/2016 09:14

Do I tell the clinic or just wait?

bananafish81 · 21/07/2016 08:58

Yay fab news itsme! Congratulations!!

MrsRen · 21/07/2016 08:01

lucieloos · 21/07/2016 06:47

Itsme, congratulations!!! That's the same day as I got my bfp. Brilliant on an IC as well, it should be darker on a frer. Really pleased for you Smile

OP posts:
Itsme247 · 21/07/2016 06:44

It feels early doesn't it! But today I'm going to enjoy knowing I've seen a line :) IC as well! Doesn't help I've got a pack of ten just waiting in the cupboard...
