I'm feeling very uninspired this month, I'm trying to just forget about fertile week and just hope that when we do it, it's the right time. (Hard to do with Ovia bitch's updates) but DP isn't feeling performing under pressure, I'm getting stressed if he doesn't feel up for it and I'm in fertile week. Our usual routine is about once a week anyway, so if I just attempt to leave it that surely it'll hit fertile week at some point????? I'm a bit sick of stressing about it. (This may change by tomorrow once ovia gives me a 8/10 and I feel the need to do the deed!!!) ha ha

Love hearing from the grads, it reminds me bfps do happen and gives me hope that I might get there!

Hi all, been keeping an eye on the thread for a while, just thought I'd pop in to commiserate with all the AF arrivals and Brexit fallout! I'm still in shock, punctuated with thoughts of "let's move to DH's native (EU) country!"

My little bean has stuck so far - had a scare this week when I started bleeding, but a very early scan showed a resilient bean with a flickering heartbeat. My dates got put back...according to LMP I would be 7+3...but I'm actually only 6+1! Moral of the story - never assume you ovulate halfway through your cycle!

Hi all, also feeling pretty shocked about the whole Brexit thing, so sorry you are not feeling welcome Nicky we are both from the UK but have been chatting on and off about moving to Australia since we went there on honey moon - have contacts there and could get a job very easily. Started getting a bit more info. Think it would be a much better place to bring up children but not sure I could leave my family. Sad times. Trying to be positive but not really managing too well at the moment.

kwick this time next year your allotments will be in full bloom! Hopefully you'll have a little one strapped on your chest as you are out picking you fruit and veg. I'm thinking about planting some easy stuff in some tubs to get in to growing. Unfortunately I don't have a great big garden but I'm not going to let it stop me . My neighbour does some rubarb and my other neighbour has just started a veg patch with potatoes carrots etc... think I should do a few different things and we could all swap goodies when they are picked. Home grown stuff tastes soo much fresher and tastier.

I am off to allotment - hopefully today we can fill and plant out the remaining raised beds... Hmm that may be a bit ambitious... Anyway I am looking forward to being in great outdoors!

Cd 10 for me just getting into the fertile bit. Heading up north for a family weekend celebrating my grandmas 91st birthday. Going to have to sneak some stealth DTD in quietly tonight, probably on the floor to avoid bed creaks! We do have our own room I hasten to add!

Morning all, currently sat in the airport waiting for flight to Italy. Not feeling my usual excited holiday self, so fucking pissed off about Farage and co and bloody idiotic "Brexit" situation. I may be returning home to Scotland sooner than we had previously planned!

I am totally shocked too, couldn't believe it when I found out this morning! I am half Scottish and recently DH and I have talked about moving back there for the cheaper houses, better place to bring up children, etc. Looks like me might be in the move if Scotland stay with the EU!

So sorry for anyone who's feeling poop about this decision. It's just so not right!

Sorry if I offend anyone but I really believe the leave vote has come about from ignorance. People confusing immigration with refugees, people not understanding the importance financially of remaining. What a sad day.

kav,sucha yes, he should be safe. I have a family member in the same situation. There must be 100,000+ EU people married to uk citizens in UK? And many have been here decades (and had children here).

God I feel so utterly depressed about this. I still can't quite believe what's happening. So much uncertainty, it's so unsettling

Feeling a bit sick and not due to TTC efforts for once - I'm in utter shock here too. DH is not a UK citizen and I have no clue what this could mean for the two of us - this country isn't the place I thought it was. In 24 hrs my world feels upside down - now I'm not sure I want to be raising children here at all!

Half of my family voted Leave so I do know a few. My local constituency scraped a Remain vote by 0.5% so there's that at least.

Wondering if Scotland will welcome me and DH! I'm English and not altogether sure I'd be very popular north of the border, whether i voted Remain or not.

Nicky, I'm beyond heartbroken that you would feel unwelcome. Please try to remember just under half the country voted 'in' - and of those who didn't, I suspect the vote was as much about hating Cameron and wanting to push for better living circumstances as anything else.

I hate this result but I honestly hope we can salvage something from it and remain open and welcoming to other nationalities as much as we can.

moose if you are selling in the uk and buying in the uk, you are mostly* insulated from house price changes, as your house may be worth less - but so is the one you want to buy.....

I think all we can do is not panic. Things hopefully** will become clearer in the next weeks. the panic in the market is mostly down to uncertainty as opposed to a decision.

*caveats for impact on mortgages, deposits and regional variations....
**that is about the limit of my pub-discussion economic knowledge!

in other news, I am one day away from my longest ever cycle. I mostly get signs a day before AF arriving...... nothing yet. cd36
No hopes to get up as BFN and I was ridiculously stressed. would just like new cycle to start again. But at least it gives me something else to think about!

Moose i havebeen living here for 6 years and in the last year i felt very unwelcome so we have a thought of leaving all together now
We will only buy if there is a reduction in price so its all possible at the moment
Very stressed so i think it will have an impact on dtd and ttc as well :p

nicky I'm with you. We were meant to be buying in a month or two. We're UK citizens but it's so worrying that they say house prices may drop by 20% in the next two years, meaning we'd lose money? Plus who wants to live in a bigoted society like this one has become???
