Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

I'm May, 34, and 7+3 with a little blueberry. I've just bought my first pair of maternity trousers, as the bloat isn't going anywhere Blush

Marmite I was surprised that after 17 years on the pill I actually had a regular cycle once I stopped (never did prior to pill, but hey, I was young!) Took me 4 or 5 cycles before getting upduffed, and I consider myself very, very lucky!

Fingers crossed you get some answers soon orchard! Did you try a FRER?

Jem sounds like you could do with some of this Chocolate. Sorry AF is being a nuisance!

Welcome Pigsbum!

Theorchard · 21/05/2016 18:38

Well jem yes, I last tested on Wednesday, and I'm 17/18 days late, I'm losing track! I have never been more than two days late in the last 5 years. It is all very odd, I'm sure AF will be here soon, I just wish she would hurry up so we can try again. Cake for you hope this is the last time AF visits in 2016
But I'm very grateful for this thread, I'd be even more lost without you lot, I've learnt so much about untrustworthy boobs, dog walking, watching out for cyclos, chem pregs, when to cut a bitch etc etcFlowersFlowersFlowers but mostly realising that bodies do not work like clockwork and I am not alone in finding that to be the case

Got to cycle 5 trying, now 13+6 and experiencing horrendous morning sickness lol.

Great scan photo Stark, how on earth you're not telling people, I have no idea. My bump is pretty obvious already so I can't hide it anymore.

Sorry to hear you're feeling rubbish Such. Snuggle up somewhere and curse the world, no one will judge you Wink

SuchaJem · 21/05/2016 17:16

Hello orchard you must be really late now! You say still bfn, are you testing regularly? Hope you get an answer soon.

Theorchard · 21/05/2016 15:51

Starky I love the scan pic! And also the new thread title Grin

Jem sorry to hear AF got you Flowers

moose that collie is flipping gorgeous! What a brilliant idea/thing to do.

It's lovely to see the list of grads has grown since I last checked in congrats to all Smile

Welcome to pigsbum and marmite

I have probably missed some people but I'm sending good vibes and wishes to you all, like a big old hippy. Grin Grin

I have been awol for a little while, but I don't have any answers! Still no AF, still bfn, still high, soft cervix, still big boobs, still having to use the panty liners for the vast quantities of white, creamy cm, and no idea what is going on. I know the most likely explanation is a chemical which has never got established enough to register on an hpt, and I will get the mother of all periods at some random time in the near future. I have a docs appointment on Monday for s blood test anyway to try and get some clarity. But I still have a tiny speck of hope... which means I'm not drinking or eating soft cheese etc. This limbo land is rubbish!

marmitetoast1 · 21/05/2016 10:52

Hi pigsbum! Ha I laughed out loud at the cut a bitch if AF arrives too! Baby dust = boke

Mooseville · 21/05/2016 10:31

Great username pigsbum
Welcome!!!! No baby dust here, and we're all starting to get slightly aggressive towards AF!!

Pigsbum · 21/05/2016 09:22

Hello,

Please can I join this thread? I am not really one to wish baby dust but did laugh out loud at the poster who said she will cut someone if AF turns up this month!

... Waiting for AF to show up... No idea when actually going to happen after 14 years on pill. First post-pill cycle last month was 37 days, really hoping it's not going to be that long every cycle!

Caved and poas last night, bfn as expected. Would be v surprised if anything happened this cycle as didn't really know what we were doing/what my cycle was so just dtd when we felt like it, no timing. Felt like naughty teenagers doing it 'without protection' at first heheh Grin
Impatient to get started on cycle 2 now with a bit more of a strategic approach!

Kwick709 · 21/05/2016 07:31

sky It can be upsetting how many products contain the cyclo thing... When I found out about it I had finally found a hair product that worked well, that contained it, it is also often in deodarants, body creams and serums...I got all the "contaminated" products together and gave them to a work colleague who does not want to have children.

Bus ticket for the 15th June please! Just noticed that if June isn't my month, next cycle's AF is due on DH's 30th birthday. Confused

Fantastic scan picture Starky!!

Kathrino · 20/05/2016 21:21

Hurrah for scan pictures! Thank you for sharing starky, it must feel so much more real now!

Also, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who can't quite remember how many cycles they've been trying although it's a bit depressing that there are so many of us in the same boat. Let's hope for a lucky thread (I think I've been saying that for a while...)

Was a relaxed TWW as due to illness and missing what I thought was a crucial DTD date I felt I had zero chance and forgot to symptom spot the first week. That stopped when temps went triphasic for the first time this morning, I developed a raging thirst three days ago and am constantly needing to pee (and am knackered today) coupled with greater than usual amounts of creamy CM. I swear, if AF shows up on schedule this month I am going to cut a bitch.

Kwick709 · 20/05/2016 20:51

Lovely picture scan starky Smile thank you so much for sharing. Are baby wolves cubs or puppies?

bluebird you are not a barren shrew!!! You still have plenty of time and you will gey lucky real soon.

pug I skipped the chapter on bpa... Probably need to read right? Doing everything else she recommends - well the supplements bit anyway.

starky what is a ndn?

10+? Or 11+3 dependent on who we believe AF or the gods of science (ultrasound).

Beautiful scan starky hope you can start feeling properly excited now!!

StarkyTheDirewolf · 20/05/2016 20:43

pug was going to tell dsis but Dh wants to be there so we're keeping it shtum for a couple more days now! Told my ndn (she's 36 weeks) and we had a lovely little natter about it so I'm satiated for a little while Grin

Aiming to get it on film though when we tell dsis though! Treating myself to a bowl of ice cream!
