Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

Hello everyone, currently baking degrees here today 🌞

Need to have a bit of a read back through. AF finally arrived and at the risk of tmi it's been rather epic so have been having a quiet few days trying to ignore the cramps and having a few drinks. Still at least I'm getting back to normal 😐

kwick fx crossed your next. kat high five for your flying visit home. Fx the deed is a successful one!

flash that's rubbish you were called. The hospital took my notes so as to make sure everything was cancelled by them but I did get a letter in later that week so I know how upsetting it can be.

Hi shelia 😊

Mooseville · 05/06/2016 12:23

kat that's brilliant! After that effort it had better be the month!!

LovelyFishy · 05/06/2016 11:31

waves Hello everyone, back from holiday! Was hoping for a few bfp while I was away but must of us seem to be in some kind of limbo land! Holiday was fascinating if not 100% relaxing, had a bad experience with our first hotel. However managed to dtd nearly every day! Why can't it be that easy at home? Hmm

Kat with a story like that I hope this is your month!

SuchaJem · 05/06/2016 01:36

Good work Kat hope a plucky sperm is chatting up your egg.

Welcome Sheila Smile

Waves at everyone else Cake

KatOnATinRo0f · 05/06/2016 00:41

For anyone interested I did go home. Traffic was crazy it took me 45 mins to get back not 25-30. DH was washing up (good boy) I said... Enough of that.. So we dtd quick time, then I left and drove back the other way. Traffic had eased off a bit. I was only about an hour late. Lol

Mooseville · 05/06/2016 00:29

bluebird careful with the EPO. I only used to encourage EWCM but after a totally regular cycle I was 2 days early last month and ov is out of sync this month.... However it seems to work for many....

Hey kat hope you had fun! Ni surely there's some French patisseries or push along to Belgian choc's for a holiday treat!

KatOnATinRo0f · 05/06/2016 00:17

Hello everyone :) back from my trip away, I'll catch up tomorrow I hope xxx

Sheilasfeels · 04/06/2016 23:32

Hi everyone! New to MN and so just getting my footing!

Im 32, ttc #1, cycle 11 and have been made to delete my cycle apps and throw away my opks by well meaning loved ones who think they were stressing me out. So instead im just left whispering threats and bribes at my womb.

bluebird3 · 04/06/2016 20:32

Hi everyone, jut checking in. Fx for af arriving for those waiting to get started again. Enjoy your birthday ni and just think next year you will be celebrating with a baby in one arm and a glass of vino in the other.

I was going to try the epo this month too but didn't end up doing it and I'm now cd 10. Maybe next month. Hmm

5tardusty · 04/06/2016 19:54

flash i'm hoping that we'll be pregnant by our due dates! I'm deliberately not thinking about how far along i'd be now as it's too much.

I hope AF comes for you soon. Mine wasn't a true period at all, was barely more than a few days of brown spotting but it does appear to have rebooted things. Either that or my body is playing cruel tricks on me!

Ni4444 · 04/06/2016 19:43

Oh Flash that's horrible to have to deal with that call re the scan. Do they recommend anything at all to get AF arriving for you and Kwick? So frustrating being in limboland. We hate waiting as it is!!!

No Jem, no scan date..got my booking in apt for 20th which will be 10weeks so presume scan will be 2-4weeks after that. So for the moment I can only presume that there is indeed a healthy little foetus growing in there. Would be nice to know for sure though...and to finally tell people rather than sneak around drinks, and moan about vomiting bug at work!!

Ladies, don't get me wrong I am overjoyed to be pregnant, but on holiday in France for my bday and can't eat the cheeses, the deli meats, the lovely, juicy, pink steaks or the wine (or tiramisu!!) And I have food intolerances so can't eat the bread or croissants either. Just bought Cheddar, watermelon and tonic at the shops as my treat!!! Those of you suffering AF eat and drink plenty!!!

Flashinthepan · 04/06/2016 18:56

Hello all. I think I've caught up. Good luck 5tardusty. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. I'm with you on the epic wait for af kwick. I'm 5 weeks post op and the witch is toying with me. I sense she may arrive but so far nothing concrete. I would have been 13 weeks on Monday and the hospital rang to confirm scan for next Tuesday which sucked. It just feels like everything comes with a sad lack of milestone. Maybe that won't go away until I get to what would have been my due date.

5tardusty · 04/06/2016 18:42

Hello all, just catching up on the thread. Looks like i am ovulating at the moment, been having positive opks, temp drop and ewcm. Trying to dtd every day at the moment but missed yesterday.

I am so relieved that i was opking and checking CM as both FF and Ovibitch didnt't have me oving for another week! My pregnancy and post mc cycles have really messed up my stats. I'm basically just using them for record keeping at this stage. I will however keep opking until AF just in case my hormones are still haywire.

Sorry to hear that EPO hasn't agreed with you moose. Not completed a full cycle on it yet but it certainly has increased my cm.

Should be testing on or around the 17th though i may not manage a starky Star !!

Kathrino · 04/06/2016 16:53

Kwick, the hangovers is what makes me want to give up sometimes too. More than a glass and I definitely pay for it the next day.

May, sorry to hear about the grumpiness but glad all is progressing well. Must have been so cool to see baby on a scan!

Lovely to see you too Ni. 8 weeks already!!

EPO purchased for this cycle. Let's hope it does the trick!

mayago · 04/06/2016 16:48

I got upduffed the month I bought EPO, but I never did get around to taking it!

I think I am the grumpiest pregnant lady. Seriously. I can't snap back to being happy. Not that I'm not happy I'm pregnant; that bit is still good Smile Had an early scan today and baby looks like an alien!

kwick · 04/06/2016 11:47

katharino i have up alcohol (except for cooking) last September. I rarely miss it. You would think I would have loads of weight: no! But very nice to not have hangovers anymore.

SuchaJem · 04/06/2016 11:46

Sorry about bfn sky, hope you're alright and enjoy the wedding.

Good to see you ni glad all is well, have you got your first scan coming up?

Ni4444 · 04/06/2016 11:01

Hey ladies, work (and baby hangover!) was all too much in May so haven't been on MN much. 8weeks yesterday Smile and Wing I had 10 or 11 day luteal phase and I managed to get upduffed (cycle 7)

Moose I took EPO but never really saw EWCM...but did get upduffed. I figure the EPO makes a difference on the inside, even if we can't see it blind faith!

Fingers crossed after your good efforts Jem

Kathrino · 04/06/2016 10:00

SkyLucy, I have so much sympathy for you. DH is so excited about his work trip to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks and all I can think about is that it will mean another month without a baby. I've told him he needs to bring me back a very good present to make up for it.

Geeup, keeping everything crossed that the EPO helps this cycle. A year is far too long.

Kwick, will check that book out although not sure I can physically give up sugar! Surely that means wine too...?!!

SkyLucy · 04/06/2016 08:09

Thanks for the sympathy all - wish I could nip over to Miami too sucha, but sadly not feasible. Tested this morning but got the whitest white BFN you've ever seen. That's it until July then Sad. Silver lining...at least I can make the most of the wedding we're going to today! Let's hope the witch at least waits until tomorrow. Have good weekends everyone x

geeup · 03/06/2016 22:43

Thank you so much for sharing starky. Hoping it's a sign from someone up high that I'm on cycle 13 and started taking epo for the first time this cycle. Hopefully it could do something good for me too (but not muck up my cycle hopefully!). I'll be a year this month which feels very very long. Good luck ladies.

kwick · 03/06/2016 21:06

Absolutely sucha!!!! Have lots of chukka-chukka!!!

Am reading well interesting book - may have been recommended on this thread: woman code. Got a feeling I am gonna have to give up sugar... BUT IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!

SuchaJem · 03/06/2016 19:27

Thanks marmite and moose Wine I hope so too!

Moose that's odd re the epo maybe it's not suited to you Confused how annoying. Hope hugh hurries along.

Got another positive OPK today so perhaps egg still on its way. No ovulation twinges at all Hmm more DTD is the only thing for it I think..

kwick · 03/06/2016 18:00

Damn pug was hoping you would say that you had eaten a shed load of donuts but as you were signed up to SW the weight just fell off Envy

starky when you lay down like that it does not seem like too many tries b4 success but I was there with you from December and I know how long it feels. I am still fricking waiting for AF!!! Angry

Also now have a shellfish crisis for the paella I am cooking tomorrow - fx I can find some ingredients now!

bluebird3 · 03/06/2016 16:03

Well done on the weight loss pug! I'd love a 4 lb weight loss. I'm hardcore on to healthy eating mode this week.
