Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

Ooh snow still no AF? Fx for you!! You sound pregnant!

WingingIt83 · 10/06/2016 14:57

geeup i probably have about 2 small handfuls a day (of the 'halves' from h&b)? I don't eat fish so don't get omega3 from many other sources so thought I'd need a decent portion

geeup · 10/06/2016 14:03

Redfox how often did you have reflexology and for how long? Thanks.
Wingingit agree walnuts v bland without cake! How many do you reckon we eat a day? I have about 4 in a spinach salad (with a fair bit of cheese!).

WingingIt83 · 10/06/2016 13:16

geeup same here, dinner has never looked so appetising. ...not! (And aren't walnuts yukky when not served in carrot cake lol!). 2 days until AF due for me ...

Snowdog37 · 10/06/2016 13:11

Oh congrats evergreen!!!!! That's amazing news 💐🎉💐🎉💐🎉💐🎉 I'm so happy for you!

I'm hanging on by a thread, woke up today with a headache and itchy/poky right nipple 😜 Have puke-burped twice this morning (sorry, it's tmi and totally gross) and my nipoles keep going really erect and brown then puffy and pale?!??schitzo-nips?!?! I think I'm just rotting away in my pit of hope/despair 😜

MrsRedFox · 10/06/2016 13:08

Hi everyone! I'm 31 at the end of this month and am currently 18, 3!! My husband and I were TTC for over a year and what helped us was reflexology!!! Give it a go everyone! It's enjoyable, not very expensive and good for you in lots of other ways too! Smile Just be sure to use a properly registered and qualified person

HankPeach · 10/06/2016 13:02

Congrats evergreen! That's fantastic news. I think you're totally right geeup a great reminder that positivity and just cracking on with life can really help. Easier said than done but a lovely reminder.

Positive vibes to all on a break and in there tww...

geeup · 10/06/2016 11:21

Congrats evergreen. I can't imagine how wonderful that must feel. Well done for getting on with your life - you're an inspiration! I know we're all thinking it but God I hope that happens to me soon. It's been a year ttc next week.
Wingingit - currently eating walnuts and drinking nettle tea to wash down my b vits. And polishing off ginger nut biscuits. Am in 2ww so stopped taking the epo. Hope that's right. Bring on the kale!

WingingIt83 · 10/06/2016 08:24

Congratulations evergreen!!

I'm feeling quite crampy today and yesterday so am certain AF will make an appearance over weekend. Bizarrely I have a sore right boob but the left one is normal Confused

kwick · 10/06/2016 08:12

snarky love your outrage on my behalf Grin that was said to me right at the start of my TTC journey a year ago. He actually was going to refer me to an NHS FC until I pointed out I was single and he told me that I did not qualify under the NHS.

lovelyfishy what a sad story. It must be devastating for her.

theorchard how frustrating. Any explanations given for missing AF?

Mine is still AWOL... Feel kinda crampy today but could just be constipation
Confused anyway I have white knickers on today and light jeans and my top does not cover my mum...

marmitetoast1 · 10/06/2016 07:53

Wow congratulations evergreen that's fantastic!!

For anyone wondering I did successfully manage to jump DH last night who was feeling a lot better!! Grin

Evergreen17 · 10/06/2016 07:33

Hi guys!!! WAVES Grin
I know you probably wondered where I have been.
Well... I went on holidays amd got engaged Smile
Also went to see GP for tests as over 35 and trying for 8 cycles now...
They did tests and said that my hormones indicated possible PCOS and that I wasnt maturing my eggs so that I had periods but nada good eggs.
So I joined weight watchers, booked driving test, was made YAY! Permanent at work and then
So weird. My period was late Hmm
I thought well maybe this PCOS thing kicking in?
Well... Nope

No worries at all lovely Smile we are all in a similar place waiting and wondering and hoping. I find it so helpful to share this and know it's not just me going through it. Good news that all has come back okay so far for you, it sounds like a scan would make sense. With no AF I think if definitely want to see some opks to see if your body is trying to ovulate. Good luck keep us posted xx

Theorchard · 09/06/2016 20:37

No stupid questions, it's lovely to get someone else thoughts on this. But yes gp considered pcos, they checked testosterone and it was well within normal, plus I've had clockwork cycles since I came off hormonal contraception 5 years ago, so they think it's unlikely. They did all hormones, fsh, thyroid etc, I e got another appointment at the gp in July, and if AF has not turned up I hope they will refer me for a scan.
In the meantime I think opks might be a good idea, I hadn't thought of that, then at least I know if something happens. Thanks jem, you are very kind.
