Hello ladies. I noticed the last thread filled up, seemed to happen all of a sudden! Hoping you find your way here (prepares for tumbleweed)

For reference here's thread 3 www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2593041-TTC-after-miscarriage-lucky-thread-number-3

All those we are trying to conceive a child after miscarriage are welcome here, whether it's your first or you already have DC

Good luck ladies. Let's have some BFPs, we've earned it

I love the fact we have all found this new thread so quickly! It's so comforting have you all here. You are a brilliant lot. I wish all of you SO much luck. We'll get our dreams very soon on this thread, I just know it.

Thanks for starting it up again IC.

I am on Cd13 and we have had SIX times this week. That is more than we have ever had, even in our first honeymoon year!! I am sore, sorry TMI. But I am hoping the little sperms are making themselves comfortable tonight. Come on boys...

Happy bank holiday everyone! I am going to attempt to turn off from work, relax,, exercise, steer clear of booze and maybe have a bit more sex, if we can face it. Wish me luck!

AmyB1986 · 29/04/2016 20:19

Found you all!!

Agreed Brenna we want sticky beans and lots of them please!

IC hopefully I'll feel more like getting it on when af's gone too.

Nails welcome and sorry for your loss.

Hope everyone else is doing ok too.

I've just got home from work and what a crap day I've had. Just had my lazy shoes on today. Feel really slow and sluggish.

No, no explanation. I had a scan a week after I naturally miscarried and it was all clear. They aren't interested in investigating because of that. I can't remember how long I bled for after my first mmc but I had an erpc then so it was different.

LuckyinOctober · 29/04/2016 19:18

Thanks insufficiently for starting our new thread, joining the positive thoughts that all our next pregnancies will be sticky ones.

nails that's a really long time to bleed continuously for, have you been given any explanation for it?

Happy bank holiday weekend everyone!

5tardusty · 29/04/2016 19:08

Hi nails and sorry you're here. Its definitely good to be around people who understand what it's like to go through a miscarriage. I hope you get your BFP this cycle.

5tardusty · 29/04/2016 19:06

This is definitely going to be a lucky thread! Pregnancy test today was back to v faint and now barely spotting so dtd every other day and hoping for the best. Using preseed and will be starting opk from tomorrow.

Baby shower coming up on Sunday- would rather be watching the Leicester match i think!

nailsathome · 29/04/2016 18:39

It was still positive about 3 weeks ago but I've not had a chance to test again. I'm going to do it in the morning.

I think I had my period 2 weeks ago because I had horrendous bleeding again but it's hard to say as the bleeding never stopped after the mmc.

HopefulKate1980 · 29/04/2016 17:41

Hi nailsathome I'm so sorry for your loss. Have you had a negative hpt?

nailsathome · 29/04/2016 17:38

Hi everyone.

I had an mmc nearly 8 weeks ago. I'm still bleeding a little so I don't think I'll be able to conceive any time soon but I need to be around ladies who understand!

HopefulKate1980 · 29/04/2016 17:21

Found you girls!! God I panicked when I saw it had closed. Hope everyone finds us.

Come on universe. Give us some luck and hope!!!

InsufficientlyCaffeinated · 29/04/2016 16:45

Glad you found the thread Brenna! When I saw the other one was closed to new messages I was a bit worried this new one would slip down the list on the fast moving Conception board and nobody would find it!

And yes lots of BFPs that deliver beautiful babies in 9 months time, you listening universe?! Shakes fist in direction of sky despite not believing in any deities or similar

I have decided this is the thread for Sticky Beans. I stupidly only asked for 9 BFPs on the last one. I am pretty sure we almost made that but hardly any of them stuck. This time I am being more specific and saying we want BFPs that last for 9 months, not 24 hours! It. Is. Decreed.

Sorry AF got you Amy. Hope you're feeling a bit more ready to get your shagathon on after it's over! I find after AF is over my sex drive perks up again so I'm ready to go for the new cycle

Hope you and DH get back on track soon Cheeky. I agree about not putting your life on hold. For a while I wasn't really focussing on my business because I kept thinking well if I do get pregnant that'll disrupt everything but as it might take a while I don't want to leave it languishing so just getting on with it and hoping for the best on both counts

Brenna yes it will be! And mine too, I've decided so there Grin
