Hi alltalk sorry for your losses... I had all of those symptoms when I was pg, however after my MC I started noticing the same symptoms when af was due. It could be either or I think!

insufficiently I temp and my average is 36.5 however I do drop below 36 sometimes. Still haven't done it for long enough to know my patterns.

I'm on cd13, dtd cd10,11,12 and aiming for everyday this week!! I got a flashing smiley this morning on my OPK so hope that is accurately!

Sunshine is definitely making me feel more optimistic!!

nailsathome · 04/05/2016 13:38

Caffeinated mine is also 35.5

alltalknobaby · 04/05/2016 13:18

Thanks Caffeinated. So sorry for your loss too Sad I didn't get a BFP until 12dpo last time and given my current state of mind I think a squinter might push me over the edge Grin so I really must wait. I must I must I must...

So it could be just insane hormones then. It's not enough that we have to go through miscarriages, we have to be teased as well! Ha. If I didn't laugh I'd cry.

Still have some hope. Had some pin prick feelings on 7dpo that could have been implantation. Never felt that with #1 or #2 though so... Aaarrrggghhhh.

How many dpo are you? How much longer to wait?

InsufficientlyCaffeinated · 04/05/2016 12:22

To those who temp, can I ask what your typical BBT range is. I'm worried mine might be on the low side and if this is connected to my thyroid problems. Mine is typically around 35.5

Welcome on board alltalk. I'm so sorry for your losses. I hope your symptoms are a good sign! Since my mc in Jan I no longer trust my body when it comes to symptoms because every single month I've had sore breasts, nausea, cramps, mood swings, & even coffee aversion which were all pg symptoms for me and with the exception of mood swings and cramps, were never af symptoms but every month since it's been BFN so looks like these symptoms are the new normal for me. BUT everybody is different and so I hold out hope for you!
You're doing well by holding out for 3 more days, I've been peeing on sticks from 9/10dpo and now, thankfully, have run out so this month I'll be forced to wait it out!
Good luck!

Hi everyone waves I hope it's ok to jump on the bus. Need some advice/talking down.

I lost baby #1 at 4.5 weeks in December and baby #2 at 6.5 weeks on 2 March. (Still can't believe that is my story but hey ho. I am all the stronger/crazier for it.)

So I'm now awaiting second AF since mc. First one I was very irritable and hormonal but no physical symptoms at all. This one is a different story. From 1dpo I have been having insane symptoms, all of which I put down to excess progesterone as my hormones were so all over the place. Now however at 9dpo (7 days to AF) they seem to be turning into pg symptoms. Sore boobs, bloating, mild cramps, tiredness, grumpiness and creamy cm being the main ones.

So I wondered if anyone had had these symptoms and not been pg. I am so desperate that I am veering from being utterly convinced I am, to not trusting my body at all and being cynically convinced it's just excess hormones. Waiting 3 more days to test. Unless I get committed by then. Grin

Sounds like everyone is having a tough time. Hope the sunshine cheers us all up. It's tough going. I can't deny it but the spring and the start of summer fills me with hope. Lots of hugs to everyone. Xx

Brenna24 · 04/05/2016 09:28

Glad you are feeling a bit better amy. I have been really struggling the last few days and have had nothing positive to say about anything. I went climbing last night and feel a bit better today.

Hugs Mrs. IT only takes the once at the right time.

Amy good on you!! That's exactly what you need :) take the time to enjoy and pamper. I really should do the same. Yesterday I put a facemask on, had a shower, shaved and then moisturised. I'm not good at moisturising but felt so soft after. It was like a little treat lol. Just lying in bed and really need to get up for work.....

AmyB1986 · 03/05/2016 23:13

Thanks for the support everyone, I'm still here rooting for you all.
I've been to see my therapist who's said my anxiety is really high and has given me some relaxation techniques which I'll put to good use. I've also been advised to try listening to some YouTube things on mindfulness to put things in to perspective, shut away fears and focus on now not the future and what might or might not be. So far I feel like a weight has been lifted, I feel lighter than I have done since my mc. I cried and let it all out without having to worry about upsetting my DH and kids. My eyes are really sore now though and for the first time in a while I actually feel like I am going to have a good nights sleep.

I've booked in to have a massage with hot stones on Friday and a pedicure which I've not had done for years! Also booked my dd's to have a mini kids manicure so we can spend some girly time together then I'm surprising them and taking them to buy healys that they've wanted for ages.

I'll check in with you all and keep watching out for bfp's.

Good luck everyone, I have a good feeling about May xxx

Fairygodmother1 · 03/05/2016 20:48

Cheeky 18.5 when her heart stopped Sad

TMI but I notice EWCM less when we are DTD regularly that if I wait till around ov time.

5tardusty · 03/05/2016 20:06

I rarely notice lots of ewcm but i do try to do an internal check (sorry tmi) around my fertile days. It's quite watery at the moment but not stretchy at all so i'm hoping i'm approaching ov at some point.

Focusing back on my other little obsession of decorating my house to try and stop me googling all things conception! Operation Strip and Sand The Hallway is planned for the weekend. I shall regret it ten minutes in!

HopefulKate1980 · 03/05/2016 19:55

Evening all

What a day. I've only just finished work...

I only really noticed EWCM after my miscarriage. I think after ovulation it's supposed to go dry, then if you have conceived it goes creamy and white I think or watery. But I think it's different for every woman.

Amy I can totally relate. Don't disappear though! Hope you are ok.

It would be no 1 for me too and it's frightening the thought of... I'm not going to say it. It will happen, one way or another as Blondie would say.

I'm on CD17, can test next weekend but focusing on living my life and getting through work rather than testing. (Remind me of that next week!!).

Hope you are all having lovely evenings xx

Hi cheeky I've been looking online recently and found this website which was useful... www.checkpregnancy.com/cervical-mucus-guide-ovulation-discharge/

I've decided to not get so stressed at work, today I left early and went for a run (first time in forever!), had dinner and instead of marking (which I should be doing!) I'm relaxing in front of the tv, I really worry that stress caused my MC so better start making changes now!

Hope everyone has had a good day

redstrawberries101 · 03/05/2016 19:28

Hope everyone is ok today. Had a really busy and tiring day at work.

Fairy - so sorry to hear you have been through all that. How far along were you?

Cuckoo sorry to hear also. I don't think giving your body a short break is a bad idea, maybe even a mont to just repair from the two early miscarriages.

Amy - ofcourse that's ok. Like you I'm sort of backing off TTC also. Just not feeling in a good place right now. All I'm doing is keeping an eye on fertile window and trying the dtd as much as poss but so far every month we haven't really had the opportunity.

Mrs unsure can totally relate - number 1 for me too and I panic when I think I have been married 5.5 years even though I'm still fairly young and have time on my side. It makes me panic.

JPEG I've never paid attention to ewcm but I do notice I get some most months. I'm never really quite sure what's meant to happen though, does anyone know? AF due on Monday and I've had loads of discharge today.

Does anyone know how the discharge is meant to look at each stage of the cycle?

Ok thanks everyone... Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't notice ewcm. I've taken 3 OPKs today.. All negative. It's cd12, temp drop fooled me into think I would ovulate today... Guess I'll keep testing!

Clarity77 · 03/05/2016 18:17

JPEG - I've yet to notice EWCM always seems either creamy, watery or dry but not EWCM as described. I had a positive OPK yesterday on cd11 so one day earlier than normal. The next couple of days should be important before the dreaded tww, month 4 for me, hoping this will be lucky but starting to feel less optimistic as time goes by. I'm sure ups and downs are normal for us all.

I get some EWCM but it's not always really noticeable. Some months it's a tiny amount that easy to miss, others lots of it.

Hope you're OK Amy. It does get a bit much sometimes. Try to take it easy on yourself

Fairygodmother1 · 03/05/2016 14:55

Kate Thank you Flowers for the compliment. I don't know how to be anything else. I seem to get so much crap thrown at me!
Cuckoo my losses early on seem to be progesterone related. Previous drs said mine was the low side of normal (story of my life) but my longest pregnancy I used injectable progesterone and that got me over the 12 week mark.
(waves at llindsey)
TMI but I had totally no hint of a period yesterday but about an hour ago full on red blood...maybe this is my period 25 days after delivery?

Llindsey85 · 03/05/2016 13:44

Fairygodmother I'm so sorry you have been through so much. Lets hope some good luck starts appearing on this thread!

Welcome to Cuckoo as well, hopefully your doc has some answers. Have you have progesterone testing? My friend mentioned this to me before but as mine was a later miscarriage (11-12 weeks) it wasn't the cause of mine.

CD23 for me. No ovulation sticks this month so no idea when I ovulated. Been trying to be more relaxed this month but as my expected period date gets closer, the more crazy I get! My period decided to play the late game last month and my cycle was 33 days instead of the usual 28 or 29 so I've got no idea when to test. I'm adamant that I wont take a gazillion tests this month though as it cost me a fortune last month.

jpeg28 · 03/05/2016 12:07

Amy... A friend of mine did exactly what you are saying, she all but gave up, dtd when she could and got pregnant almost immediately! Maybe not thinking and stressing about it so much helps.

However I am always over thinking and stressing!! In on cd12... My temp dropped this morning but I do not have any EWCM... Wondering if today is ovulation day. I'm saving my OPK until later this afternoon. Does everyone get EWCM?

Cuckoo73 · 03/05/2016 11:44

Thanks for lovely welcoming messages. Think you're right Kate will keep trying and if I'm pregnant at consultant appointment will just have to see.

Think what Bertie said about being informed is so important to ease anxiety. It's just so flipping scary isn't it? Good luck with therapist and hope gp tests go well too Amy taking things one step at a time here. Am going to start dtd campaign in time for weekend ov (fingers crossed still regular with that) am big fan of the pink smiley clear blue sticks and shoulder stands though DP thinks I'm mad. Think laughing helps too when you're upside down!
