I had a mmc picked up at 12 week scan, fetus stopped growing at 8 weeks and erpc was last week. Hoping to try again but just turned 44 and ob-gyn said there is 85% chance of miscarrying at my age (with own eggs).

Hi all hope you're all ok.

Mrs nice to hear from you but sorry things are tough at the min. Things will come right in the end as my dear grandma says, she is usually right. Sending you virtual hugs...

Purple & Kate hope you're both ok, glad to see you're still determined with ttc.

Welcome to anyone who's joined us that I've missed.

Cd17 here and I think I ov'd yesterday although my temps don't reflect that at the min. I had sharp pains and an ache low down for a couple of hours yesterday morning but nothing since. We've dtd everyday inc last night from cd13. I've had loads of cm this month but it is definitely less today so I think it's happened. Also again I can't sleep, seems to happen after o every cycle, I'm exhausted which is making me emotional and weepy. I've also just been offered a new position at work, I don't know if I want to take it or not as it means more hours, more stress and responsibility which is not reflected in the slight pay increase I would get. DH isn't convinced it would be beneficial to us, im going to talk to my mum and see what she thinks as well before I make any decision. Right now though I want to tell my manager to stick my job completely, but I'm being rash because I'm tired. Keeping my mouth shut!

JustineLittle · 09/06/2016 09:04

Good luck Miami!!

JustineLittle · 09/06/2016 09:03

Kate1980 - I had very little CM last cycle and two negative ovulation tests at cd13 and cd14 so I really don't know when I ovulated.
Managed to get pg but started bleeding on cd40. I went for a scan and my doc couldn't see anything, so took a pregnancy test and it was already negative.
I think it didn't implant properly as my test were very faint. It was a small miscarriage and I want to start trying right away. I'm on cd7 today do will wait till next week.

Miami81 · 09/06/2016 08:26

purple I also counted from the day I passed the sack. Somehow felt like everything after that was just body righting itself.
I temped this morning and still haven't had the rise for ovulation, I am so happy, DH is home tonight and is on a warning that I will not hear any chat about him having been travelling for 4 days and being tired, he can be tired tomorrow!!! I am CD12 and have been getting o related twinges in left side.
Have tried to OPK but am also trying to be really good and strict with food at the moment so have been drinking gallons of water so I feel the OPK isn't the right thing for me at the minute.
Decided it was important to me to try to get back to pre mc weight, I carry a lot of weight anyway and just felt those extra 7lbs were just not going to help, if unsuccessful this cycle planning to continue and try to shift another bit before next round.
Have a good day everyone. Stay positive we will get there.

HopefulKate1980 · 09/06/2016 08:25

Oh Mrs I can hear the frustration in your voice/words. Really hope your consultant pulls his finger out soon and you get some help on how to move forward. Sending you love and hope. The due date is horrid reminder - passed my first in April and the second due date is July so I'm dreading that. But hope will return I promise. Xxx

Hi purple!! I'm not sure about when I'll ovulate after the MC. Started bleeding last Tuesday, got negative on Monday so I'm hoping I will ovulate this weekend? Because my levels were so low I think my body has recovered pretty quickly so I'm hoping my cycles won't be too screwed up. My nurse said it varies massively but I believe we know our bodies and I reckon mine is gearing up.

Are you tracking your cm justine and purple??

Xx

Miami81 · 09/06/2016 08:19

Mrs I really wish we could all chum round to yours and give you a big hug and a large extended shoulder to cry on. But stay with us and we will try to support you through this. I can't even imagine getting to due date, it makes me feel sick just thinking about it. Of course you have had a hard time recently with that coming up.
Thinking of you. Xx

JustineLittle · 09/06/2016 08:13

Purple - I counted my cd1 after my first miscarriage from the day I passed the sac and it was sort of accurate. Now I count it from the start of my bleeding as it is just like extended period.
My first MC took loooong weeks to recover and this on only 6 days so it's all different. How long did you bleed for? How far were you?

Hey hopeful was wondering where you had gone Smile we are back to TTC, dtd over the weekend but we've got a busy month so not sure we'll manage again. I've had pains which could be ovulation related, not really sure. Do you count the last day of bleeding from miscarriage as cd1 ?

Mrs nice to hear from you xx

Hope everyone else is ok too

JustineLittle · 08/06/2016 23:20

Fingers crossed Kate1980, it's always exciting when the right time and new hope come!
I'm looking forward to trying next week.
Still spotting after my 5+4 MC, on CD6 today.

HopefulKate1980 · 08/06/2016 22:52

And how is everyone else? Sorry didn't mean to only ask purple - it's just because we went through this recent MC at same time. I care about you all!! Xx

HopefulKate1980 · 08/06/2016 22:49

Hi all. Sorry I've been missing for a few days. Welcome to all the new people!!! You sound v lovely so pleased you are with us!

Mrs I feel your pain. Good to hear from you. Is there anything I can do to help? Sending you lots of love.

Me and DH started trying again tonight!! Not sure I'm ovulating yet as cm still sticky and creamy but it was so nice to be close to him. We are going to try and keep it up for 7-10 days. See how we do. It would be lucky either way so soon after the MC. Let's see.

purple how are you lady??

Xx

JustineLittle · 08/06/2016 22:03

Mrsunsure - the bad will always go past you and good time will come sooner or later! Sometimes we think there bad news are followed by more bad news and they are never-ending but there will be brighter days soon.
Keep strong and try to see something positive in your life and not think too much about what's negative.
Hugs xx

AmyB remember pharmacists can advise on minor medical issues, they'd probably be able to tell you which vitamins are safe to take together :)
