My temp was 37.2 this afternoon! Was 36.7 this morning before I got up. I could cry with these cramps this evening.

physicskate · 24/05/2016 19:58

CD 11

No ewcm yet, even though I've been taking epo and I normally get it for at least 4 days before ov... think it's going to be another long cycle! Stress, slight cold to add to the drama! I've been getting several temps below 36 before ov in a row in the last two months, but trend hasn't started yet. It's so weird how we are all hurrying up to wait with all this ttc lark!

PurpleOwl86 · 24/05/2016 19:20

Hi everyone, I think AF is about to arrive here. All symptoms I usually get, and bfn again this morning. It's still 2 days early, but I think she'll come tonight.

This morning I woke up with swollen lymph nodes on my neck - one big one and 4 little ones, all on the right side. I hope I'm not coming down with something. I have a blood test tomorrow, to check that my thyroid, cholesterol and blood sugar levels are fine, so I'll try to see if someone could check that out.

Footprints - what a healthy and yummy set of ingredients! I'm never that creative!

Jodders - I hope you'll sleep better tonight.

Jodders · 24/05/2016 19:10

The cramps are still there and quite uncomfortable. Really in my private parts. My back is sore too. I'm like a bitch too. So irritable but I think that's cos I'm in pain. I know I had cramps with my boys but I don't think I had them this early.

Tee4me · 24/05/2016 18:45

Very interesting Russ! I'm liking her approach to DTD. I don't think I'm going to overly stress about FW, and just try and be very regular throughout the cycle. Think it's all about keeping the swimmers gently active, but not overdoing it (which apparently can lower sperm count)

Not out until you're out jodders - fx for you.

Russ your acupuncture person sounds very helpful! I want to investigate this and can claim for it on my work health plan, but don't want them to know its for fertility... Wonder if they'll put another reason on the receipt for me ...

Russkispy · 24/05/2016 15:30

Just had my first fertility acupuncture, £85 and 3 hours later and lighter I've finally emerged, smelling of roses 😉 This price includes a consultation and first treatment. We talked a lot about fertility, ovulation, fertility window, foods, body chemicals, pregnancy etc really enjoyed the chat! She'll send me a list of food to incorporate into my diet. Will let you know. My 2nd appointment is in 2 weeks.
I'm currently on CD10, DTD on CD5, 7 and 9. She advised to DTD every other day from end of your period all the way through to CD21. Providing I'm usually 28-29 CDs. Which I am. Already changes in CM. "Science" continues till CD21 😉

Yes footprints last time I think it's was like 6/7 days! Cramps are really sore - in my lady bits! Have still the creamy discharge. Temp was 36.8 this morning first thing. Just waiting to see if this is the witch showing her face now. I really think it is SadSad

Footprints1 · 24/05/2016 12:59

CD2 Star

Jodders- you luteal phase is longer than last time. Am I right ? So that's promising...?
How u feeling now?

How's everyone today?

Key ingredients today- 1 glass of fresh grapefruit juice, 2kiwis, Yoghurt, spinach and onion egg white omelette with salad with 2 Brazil nuts so far..!
No cramps today but still heavy bleeding. Tummy feels so much better than last week. Must have been a big build up!

Jodders · 24/05/2016 09:16

CD 24 (10/11 DPO) Star

Think the witch is on her way...cramps. Strong ones today. Boobs sore. Tired. Warm.

Jodders · 24/05/2016 03:54

Urghhhh such a rubbish sleep I'm having! Awake on and off tossing and turning all night. Warm, thirsty and needing to pee. In would say PMT!!!

Jodders · 23/05/2016 22:29

I missed your post too Kate. Could you take a few days off sick?

Tee4me · 23/05/2016 22:28

Whoops pressed too early! Blush

I missed your post earlier Physics, think because I posted at the same time! Really sorry to hear you feel like this. Us women can't help but compare our successes and failures. You were already feeling down about work, so no wonder that bummed you out, even if you are pleased for her at the same time.
Hopefully you can reflect more deeply on work issues once you're on Maternity Leave. It's a good time to reassess everything.
Hope you feel better soon Flowers x

Physics- sorry you feel unwell. I know it's annoying when others around you seem to do really well and you are left are struggling. Would you be able to consider part- time? Take a bit of pressure off you? Do u get the school holidays off? If so; hopefully you will get some rest X

Tee4me · 23/05/2016 21:51

My coverline is around 36.3. Between 36.1-36.3 post AF and 36.4-36.7 in LP. Think when the dip starts to happen is different for everyone. I reckon a couple of days is probably most common. I think Radders was dropping a good few days before AF this cycle if I remember rightly. Sounds like Nimi doesn't get a temp drop warning at all! My temps are always higher in the afternoon too, so best to go with BBT which you record at the same time each morning when you first wake up. Will take a few cycles before you get familiar with what's normal for you, but let's hope you don't need to and get your BFP before you get down that route!!!

Jodders · 23/05/2016 21:46

Thank you ladies - I guess time will tell! GrinGrin

Footprints1 · 23/05/2016 20:11

This is a sample chart on fertility friend who got aBFP, obviously everyone's temps and charts vary but shows a dip to coverline.

SQUARE ONE'ers to GRADUATES - Supporting eachother on TTC journey
Footprints1 · 23/05/2016 20:04

Yes on some sample charts I've seen it can dip to coverline but should go back up

Footprints1 · 23/05/2016 20:01

Jodders- my coverline was 36.25, lowest temp was 36.10, and highest 36.70. So you are way up in the high which is a very good sign Grin. You may see a dip for implantation. Mine didn't drop until 9dpo went from 36.70 to 36.40 then slowly up and down by .1 then a massive drop when AF arrived to 36.10.

Hope that helps x

Jodders · 23/05/2016 19:59

Just checked again and it's 36.8. I'm thinking I will start go track in mornings

Jodders · 23/05/2016 19:58

Is it normal for them to drop back to cover line if you aren't PG? And when would you expect the drop?

Nimisha · 23/05/2016 19:21

I check my temps.my coverline is around. 36.5. Post ov around 36.7 My temps go way up when I have any alcohol or have a lie in, to over 37. My temps stay high until a couple of days into AF.They have last few cycles anyway.

Jodders · 23/05/2016 18:42

Ummmmm this is interesting isn't it. I have checked my temp before (to check if thermometer is working when boys had fever) and i actually recall it being 36.4 but I thought a rise would be much higher than this if that makes sense.
My hubby today has remarked that I'm noticeably tireder than usual. And really weirdly at dinner my 3 year old started talking about wanting a baby!!! A sister!
